First, the staff we interacted with was amazing, helpful and friendly. Park and facilities were well maintained and beautiful. What ruined the experience was 50% or more of the sites taken by long term renters that are living there. Unkept RV’s with multiple vehicles, lots of smoking (weed/cigs), and arguing family’s. Didn’t really feel like a camping trip. Was more like camping in downtown

We are very sorry you had a negative experience during your stay with us. We do allow Month to Month rentals during the Winter only. However, the circumstances you describe experiencing here are unacceptable. Our After Hours number is just for that type of issue and we would be there immediately.

My three teenagers and I had a wonderful time in the cabin. We came in late after the office was closed and the instructions to get to our cabin were easy to follow. The cabin was set up with everything we needed.

Campground was clean. We were greeted with a staff member that was very helpful and pleasant. He then drove us to our camp spot ensuring we were aware of any tight corners or things to watch out for.

Clean bathrooms, noisy family across from us and their kids ran through our campsite constantly to get to the creek. Clean and well maintained sites.

Our campsite itself was all just mud which made it hard to be at camp. Fire pits are just tire rims and ours had 3 different locations so mud and burnt grass is all that our site was. Yet we paid the same as if we went to a different campground that would have been nicer. Basketball court had a swing in it so the one place for older kids was taken up by a swing. Very run down campground

Wow, a ZER0? That's as negative a review you could write yet we didn't hear a thing about how unhappy you were during your 3-night stay with us. We tell every Guest at check-in to tell us if they have an issue, not after you leave. Sorry, but we are definitely not a "run down campground"! Good luck.

We stayed one night on our trip down the coast and this spot was perfect. Clean and everything worked. Staff was helpful with check in. Would recommend.

Cozy cabin, nice campground, and the staff were wonderful! The location was very close to all the shops and fun stuff in Lincoln city. Great KOA!

The smell inside our cabin was very unpleasant. The mattresses smelled like body odor or like a dog had been sleeping on them, I’m not sure which. The bathroom and shower facilities, while clean, felt outdated and inadequate. The key to our cabin was lost had to be located which took several minutes before we checked in. The campground did not feel family friendly and we left to find a new place

At check-in we tell every Guest to report any issues while they are here not after they leave in a review which is too late for us to fix. Our bathrooms have had a major upgrade (new windows, sinks, counters, sensor toilets, fixtures, grout) just so you are aware. We wish you well. Safe travels.

We will be back! Really fun adventure, hiking trail, seeing Elk, and a mini fridge and toilet in our cabin. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond our expectations by delivering our wood and linen packages to our cabin.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. Our only issue was that we kept tripping the power supply. Very frustrating.

We appreciate your comments. The site you were booked in (Deluxe Patio Paw Pen) is a 30 amp. Maybe a 50 amp site could have resolved the power issue being a Fifth Wheel, not sure. We hope you'll visit again soon! Take care.

Missed not getting sunday morning breakfast. but our stay was good.

Need more amenities for families with children. Delux cabins should include linens, not pay extra.

During the Winter months we do not have all our yard games set up like volleyball/badminton, disc golf, pedal carts, and our weekend activities such as free s'mores and our Ice Cream Social. Our laundry room is mainly for Guest use and not equipped for commercial loads. Take care and safe travels.

We were there over New Year's and spent time at the casino and meeting with friends. The weather was bad and we didn't do much around the camp ground, but it looked like it would be nice in good weather. The people who worked there were great! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even after hours when we had a little electrical issue, Erin was quick to help and solve the issue. Very well maintained park. We will return.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds were kept well and the location is nice and woodsy. One comment is the are a lot of cabins. If you were to make one or two into bathrooms, not showers, that would be very convenient and appreciated.

We wish the campground would’ve had more amenities and allowed more people to stay together instead of limited it.

Log-term residents gave this place a trailer park vibe. We usually tent camp but "splurged" on a cabin. Unfortunately bathrooms were so gross that I never could shower: dirty and constantly stank of weed/cigarettes. A long-term resident died and we had to see the body being taken by the coroner while we walked the dog. Extremely awkward and rude staff at check-out. Ruined my birthday weekend.

We beg to differ. Our Maintenance Staff spend up to 2 hours daily deep cleaning our restrooms. We do NOT allow smoking anywhere in our buildings so this needs to be addressed with whomever is violating our policy. Unfortunately our Guest passed away suddenly and his family was devastated. RIP John

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and they are very nice! The grounds themselves are well kept with great accommodations for kids! Super quick drive to the beach. We will be back for sure! Bill and Terry were the camp hosts and they we both lovely, kind, and helpful ❤️

I stayed at the Lincoln City KOA Holiday for two nights while traveling along the Oregon coast (5/25/2026 & 5/26/2026). When checking in, the Hosts (Terry and Bill Pacheco) were very friendly and extremely helpful in providing information about hiking trails, sightseeing, dining, and other activities that were available in the area. The facility is clean, accessible, and very well maintained and managed. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to staying at Lincoln City KOA Holiday on my next time though. Thank you! No corporate feel here! The staff all went above and beyond to help us dial in our stay. Diane in particular went out of her way to help us pick the right site for our family, and there were s'mores and ice cream socials and lots of human connection and freedom for the kids. It's not on the ocean--but this turns out to be a real plus if you tire of cold wind after a day at the beach nearby!
