We reserved a premium end spot and paid extra for it, which was to have patio furniture. Our spot was on the end, picnic table just like EVERY spot there. Office did make it right, which we were happy about. Cable was out in the majority of the campground during our entire 4 night stay. Staff was very helpful, grounds well kept and we would stay again.

I’m very happy for being able to get a site in the middle of this ice storm. I had no issues getting situated and getting supplies to bear through the winter storm. Customer service was excellent

Owners and staff were super friendly and accommodating & park facilities were kept tidy. Excellent dog park. Appreciated having propane available for the RV at a reasonable price. Location was quiet with easy access to Hwy 183.

Beautiful campground, very clean facilities. All in one bathrooms. Very nice outdoor covered gaming/tv area with grills and seating. Pool area was closed, but looked very clean. Everything is well kept. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating.

We stay here each time we come to the Austin area because they have the nicest and cleanest RV Park in the area. We have stayed at others in the past, but they cannot compare.

This was our second time to stay and think it's a great spot. So close to everything and felt safe with leaving the RV. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

The dog park is large but our Pekapoo and his black lab brother were running and playing only to find our Pekapoo completely mated by debris picked up in the dog park. We had to shave him since bathing and brushing did nothing. Also, had to leave early because of bad weather in MO so I went to the office to let them know we were leaving 3 days early, FIRST WORDS OUT OF THEIR mouth "NO REFUNDS"

Very clean and maintained campground. Restrooms and showers were climate controlled and comfortable in the cold weather. Very quiet and dog friendly. Great place to stay.

Campground management violated rule number by allowing repair work to be done on guest unit across from us, and allowed the washing of the fifth wheel unit next to us with chemicals. We were both chemically sensitive with breathing problems sever enough that we had to leave the KOA before 10am the second day of our 5 day stay and were refused a refund, Chemicals got on our personal chairs, grill,

Short but enjoyable, quality facility with good pool but cool with no hot tub. Good laundry etc. a lot of permanent residents but plenty of space for short term visits also. Fairly close to restaurants etc. Not impressed with Texas Tolls.

This is an awesome campground that we have been going to twice a year every year for several years now. It is very well maintained and clean and just a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

This RV park is our go to when in Georgetown visiting family! Such a nice and clean place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Richard, Stephanie, Bill and Terry and the ladies who keep the bathrooms and wash room nice and tidy are all assets to the park! Thank you Ronnie & Merrie�

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is immaculate! It’s had everything for a family with dogs - huge doggie yard, swings, tether ball, pool with a jacuzzi. I will be back again, and I will be bringing my 2 dogs!

Great park. Very clean. Paved streets throughout and nice level concrete pads. Nice amenities and lots of restaurants and shopping. The grass throughout is sticker free, except in the dog run. Nice big dog run and good location at the back, but it has grass burrs. The cable was not working, but the wifi was good enough to stream tv.

Stayed at the Koa to attend a concert in the area. The location is central to many restaraunts.The grounds and facilities were very well maintained and had a really nice outdoor fireplace, although it was not used at any time during our stay. As it was overcast because of the coming storm it would have been nice during the day to have the hot tub on, but we were told it wasn't heated till 6pm.

We arrived at 3:30 and there was no one in the office. We checked out about an hour late. Not sure which rules to follow. Close lines were hung from Trees to RVs to dry laundry. Dogs were walked without a leash and Not cleaned up after. We have stayed here several times because we like the Leander location. But the liberty Hill RV Park is half the cost so we will be going there.

This KOA only cares about the money! They gave us a short site that didn't fit my RV, so I had to upgrade to a longer premium site. After upgrading, I was hit with extra charges that felt like a scam. A different staff member at the office refunded part of the fee, but I still don't understand why I was double-charged for extra people that I had already paid for during the initial online booking.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest chose to move to a pull thru and the F1 rates for the pull-thru's end site and they are higher rate than the back in's. There was no scam for pricing! Sorry you were upset about the F1 upgrade.

Great campground. Clean and quiet. Great dog playground area. Very large. Only negative bring your own WiFi the campground is Very Glitchy! Buffet every few minutes, streaming using it is impossible. Office staff super friendly and kind. If we find ourselves in the Austin area again we would stay there again.

We were charged an extra $20 when our daughter and 2 small children came over to eat Weren’t told this till we got there I guess if they arrived after manger went home we wouldn’t have been charged. We went to their house the next night. But that’s one reason we picked the park to be close to them and they could enjoy hangout out with us a bit. Oh well lesson learned So

This Campground is perfect in every way and I would have given it a perfect 5 except for the reason I'll mention at the end. The site or Louisville paved and beautifully laid-out. It is very easy to get in and out of the campground. The amenities are as nice as any you could ask for. The pool is in a nice shaded location and kept very clean. The variety of cabins makes it ideal for any family weather camping in a motorhome, a camper, or staying in the cabins. The dog park is the largest I've ever seen and proved to be a lot of fun for my pets. The location provides easy access to and from all the sites around Austin while not being in the midst of the hectic City Life. The store is small but well-stocked. The only issue I ran into was with the owner Merry. On two occasions she confronted us with insignificant issues that we had already addressed when we checked in. But she seems to take pride in patrolling the campground to find issues. If not for that it would have been a perfect visit. We enjoyed the campground so much that we had actually extended our stay from 5 days to 7 days.

THERE'S LONGHORNS ROAMING RIGHT NEXT TO IT! So awesome. The camping cabin was cute and clean with a large porch and grill and the facilities were very well maintained. There's a big dog park in the back, a nice pool and hot tub, a playground, a fire pit, and a pool table. Bathrooms were very clean and it had a well stocked little shop in the office. I'm not from Texas and I had never been to HEB but I'm sad we don't have them! There's a good, close one. The staff was really welcoming.

Very nice park. Sites are all paved and large. Dog park is exceptionally nice we would stay here again. Good location to Austin and surrounding things to do. Highly recommended. The park managers were very friendly too.
