The lady at the counter (Merry) couldn't be nicer. We were going to stay in a tent, but Merry told us about a storm and let us move to a cabin for the night. Thank you for watching out for us!!

I got to know all the employees during my Cabin stay; from Merry down the hierarchy to Richard, Olivia, and Donna, all are terrific people! And I liked Cabin 8 best!!

We virtually had the place to ourselves (mid-April)! Perfect location for getting in and out of Austin. Very clean, great pool - and everyone was very friendly. We stayed in a cabin right near bathroom and laundry room.

Very clean and cute KOA. Most different thing was that it wasn't gated. Also, the bathrooms didn't need a code. It made me a little uneasy since evey KOA I've been to requires codes for their facilities. That area must be a low crime area or something LOL. It did have cameras everywhere, so that was nice. Would probably stay there again some day.

The grounds are beautiful, the camping cabin is perfect for my needs, Merry and Bill are amazing. This is my home away from home when I come visit my son.

always ecellent with one exception . the bed pad is very thin and worn making it very uncomfortable to sleep. it hurts my hips and back.

If you stayed in a Kamping Cabin, the mattresses are one single padding, that why they are less expensive, maybe next visit you may want to upgrade to a cabin with a bathroom and queen beds. They are very nice. come again soon.

Leander KOA was very clean and quiet. Shopping was close and convenient, but not intrusive. Host were kind and friendly. I stayed in Cabin 3 and it was quaint and comfortable. The walk to the bathhouse made me hesitant at dark to walk alone. The other cabins that don’t allow pets, are very convenient to the bathhouse. I highly recommend this KOA.

The good: The property is very clean and adequate. The best: Stephanie in the office is AWESOME! Why I don't recommend: Owner only concerned about herself & making money. Poorest example of customer service I've experienced in a while. Too busy to speak on first call. Asked me to call back. Had to leave a message & wait another hour to be called back. She's a difficult personality in general.

Friendly staff, clean park. Cabins were not good. Air did not work well. Sweated all night. Bed was uncomfortable for the room price. T V was difficult to work and non- functional for most of the stay. Pet park was spacious but had no trees or shade. Hitch hikers and stickers were terrible. Reserved and paid for two nights but cabin was so bad left after first night. Pet fees were misleading.

My husband and I are taking a road trip and staying at several KOA's across the country. Leander was a wonderful place for us to call home for 4 nights. Quiet, clean and a lovely pool

We rented a cabin and it was perfect for our stay. We were close to the tool road and highway for easy access but far enough out you felt like you were out in the country. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our day in San Antonio.

Very clean and well maintained. Many fun activities on site -- tether ball, swiming, playground, sand, pool table, etc. We were disappointed to arrive and learn there was a burn ban, would've been nice if they had notified us about that before arriving. Also didn't seem to be anywhere to fill up water bottles when staying at a cabin unless we just missed that. Pleasant stay, would come again.

The campgrounds are small, but absolutely packed with well designed amenities. They’ve somehow figured out how to make the best use of every square foot of that place and it’s impressive. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, and while the little ACs couldn’t keep up with the Texas heat, it was still miles better than going without any AC. I would suggest a mini split just to keep up with the Texas h

The absolute best KOA campground I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in multiple places from the northwest part of the nation to the southeast part of the nation. A very, very well maintained and clean.

This Campground is perfect in every way and I would have given it a perfect 5 except for the reason I'll mention at the end. The site or Louisville paved and beautifully laid-out. It is very easy to get in and out of the campground. The amenities are as nice as any you could ask for. The pool is in a nice shaded location and kept very clean. The variety of cabins makes it ideal for any family weather camping in a motorhome, a camper, or staying in the cabins. The dog park is the largest I've ever seen and proved to be a lot of fun for my pets. The location provides easy access to and from all the sites around Austin while not being in the midst of the hectic City Life. The store is small but well-stocked. The only issue I ran into was with the owner Merry. On two occasions she confronted us with insignificant issues that we had already addressed when we checked in. But she seems to take pride in patrolling the campground to find issues. If not for that it would have been a perfect visit. We enjoyed the campground so much that we had actually extended our stay from 5 days to 7 days.

THERE'S LONGHORNS ROAMING RIGHT NEXT TO IT! So awesome. The camping cabin was cute and clean with a large porch and grill and the facilities were very well maintained. There's a big dog park in the back, a nice pool and hot tub, a playground, a fire pit, and a pool table. Bathrooms were very clean and it had a well stocked little shop in the office. I'm not from Texas and I had never been to HEB but I'm sad we don't have them! There's a good, close one. The staff was really welcoming.

Very nice park. Sites are all paved and large. Dog park is exceptionally nice we would stay here again. Good location to Austin and surrounding things to do. Highly recommended. The park managers were very friendly too.
