My stay was excellent and the dog park is one of the very best in all of KOA land. The owners were flexible with our schedule as we got in quite late but they maintained contact by phone to ensure we were secured. Laundry and showers wonderful, they even received a package for me! It was so nice we actually thought about driving back to stay ! Thanks Leander KOA, we completely enjoyed our stay.

The staff is amazing. We had wonderful neighbors (Brian and Ashlee) and the facilities are so clean. The large dog park is a real favorite for us and it is always pretty clean.

Very clean, well kept campground. My dogs absolutely loved the large dog park. The absolute joy they had in their face as they enjoyed the large park will make us return if we are in the area again.

Just an overnight stop but very pleasant. Nice pull through site, clean and wide with patio. Restrooms very clean. Huge, grassy off-leash dogpark! Friendly attentive staff. Would stay longer if we could!

I stored my RV from Nov '23 to Dec '24. Everything was great! Every time I had contact with NW Austin KOA, they were very helpful, and kind. The day before I left to take my RV to Kansas City, MO, I booked a 1 night stay. All went well with that. I am very satisfied with how KOA worked with me, & I like the way the park is set up. This is a great place to stay.

Very easy to get to and maneuver with a Class A coach towing, very well kept, clean/tidy, staff were all pleasant, nice long pull through sites with all the right hook ups. Highly recommend

I was in town to visit family and my first choice was KOA. Even though I only stayed one night, I could tell this KOA is worth visiting again!

Beautiful KOA, nice clean laundry, owner was so nice & very helpful. Pool & hot tub looked awesome ( too busy with family to use). RV sites were paved & great area to be outside. Thanks Leander KOA.

We stayed one night; big pull thru site, table and chairs, grill, level. We camped in a motor home towing.

Check in was easy and Herb was very nice and helpful. The park is very clean and seems like someone is always cleaning around the park. The dog park is the biggest one I have ever seen, (which is great, we have a Great Dane!). We have stayed here before, our son lives close by, we will definitely stay here again.

Had chance for return visit - got to enjoy Thanksgiving luncheon hosted by Park Owners Mary and husband and staff - more food than us park guests could eat. What a place! Really enjoyed staying and the hot tub was HOT. Mary welcome each of us by name - Awesome bunch of good folks. Will be back.

Unless I am wrong, I traveled from Houston TX to WinStar OK and this is the ONLY KOA with hot tub. While I understand closing pool for the season, I don't understand why KOA don't have the added luxury of a hot tub. Daily rates are in the luxury category. The manager at this KOA is on top of everything - place is clean. Will try to swing back for their Thanksgiving luncheon. Awesome-Thank you.

Was disappointed couldn't swim or use hot tub. Hotel next time.

Oh nooo! Chances are, we were treating our pool so that our guests could safely enjoy it, knowing the chemical levels were safe and everything was clean! We do have to allow some time for this. It's not typical during the day but we do hope you'll try visiting us again!

The park was nice. We came into the park and we had wasps in our slide and the owner was very nice and helpful he brought spray to get rid of our wasps. I would recommend Staying at this Park!!!

This Campground is perfect in every way and I would have given it a perfect 5 except for the reason I'll mention at the end. The site or Louisville paved and beautifully laid-out. It is very easy to get in and out of the campground. The amenities are as nice as any you could ask for. The pool is in a nice shaded location and kept very clean. The variety of cabins makes it ideal for any family weather camping in a motorhome, a camper, or staying in the cabins. The dog park is the largest I've ever seen and proved to be a lot of fun for my pets. The location provides easy access to and from all the sites around Austin while not being in the midst of the hectic City Life. The store is small but well-stocked. The only issue I ran into was with the owner Merry. On two occasions she confronted us with insignificant issues that we had already addressed when we checked in. But she seems to take pride in patrolling the campground to find issues. If not for that it would have been a perfect visit. We enjoyed the campground so much that we had actually extended our stay from 5 days to 7 days.

THERE'S LONGHORNS ROAMING RIGHT NEXT TO IT! So awesome. The camping cabin was cute and clean with a large porch and grill and the facilities were very well maintained. There's a big dog park in the back, a nice pool and hot tub, a playground, a fire pit, and a pool table. Bathrooms were very clean and it had a well stocked little shop in the office. I'm not from Texas and I had never been to HEB but I'm sad we don't have them! There's a good, close one. The staff was really welcoming.

Very nice park. Sites are all paved and large. Dog park is exceptionally nice we would stay here again. Good location to Austin and surrounding things to do. Highly recommended. The park managers were very friendly too.
