Friendly staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Coffee and snacks in the morning. Ample tent space for my tent. Convenient community area for washing dishes. Free use of propane barbecue in my site was unexpected and a nice surprise. Had a great stay!

We have stayed at many KOAs in the past year. This was our favorite. Easy check in, nice clean site ours had a great view. The best, cleanest dog park that our Yorkie loved running in. A professional looking dog washing station with a shower and blow dryer. A beautiful pool, multiple showers were very nice. An outdoor kitchen that had a barbecue, stove top, microwave. It was perfect for us.

Definitely will stay again. Fresh baked cookies and great coffee every morning! One morning they had baked cinnamon rolls too. Very clean and pristine! We tent camped and had a grass pad. - wonderful

We stayed only one night and hope to return soon. The high-quality amenities (community kitchen with hot water, microwave, burners, and clean/modern/spacious showers) are wonderful.

We appreciate the convenience of the bathrooms, and how many there were. And we liked the extra space that was in our particular campsite. It’s just beautiful and well maintained! The price was good too.

Clean and well kept facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touches, like free coffee and snacks in the morning, and less expensive than other KOA's, at least for tenting. Most other KOA camprounds could learn from this site.

I tent camped in my converted van in this very clean and beautiful KOA for one night. This was my first time staying at a KOA and I loved it!

We’ve been traveling almost four years on the road and this was the one of the nicest resorts we’ve been to. The amenities were wonderful, especially the dog wash station. Our daughter loved the tether ball area, the bathrooms were so clean and well kept and over all the property was immaculate. The staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming and we’d love to stay again. Thank you!!

This was a great stay! The bathrooms, shower and laundry are recently renovated and very clean. The site for our 21 foot van was level and clean. The views of the mountains are great! Although the hwy is close we could hardly hear it. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go again!

Best KOA I stayed around the nation. Owner, Chris and staff worked super hard and friendly. A very clean campsite. Great breakfast room for bfast snack and to grab coffee. Awesome view of the mountains add beauty to this camp site. Highly recommended.

This is a 5 star KOA. It’s immaculate, staff is very helpful, has a nice fenced dog area, plenty of common areas to walk, sit and enjoy the view. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place very clean love the swings, the outdoor kitchen , the tenting sites . The people at the desks were very friendly and kind. The coffee and the breakfast snacks were a treat!

This has been our favourite KOA to date! The office staff were SO friendly and welcoming!!! The site was spotless, and they even provided the quests with coffee and cinnamon buns in the morning! Margarite (I think that was her name) was SO friendly and helpful, and so was the young man working the evening shift when we were there. We would highly recommend this KOA to anyone!!! Our favourite !

I return here often because of the convenient location, friendly people working there, and fabulous facilities! The remodeled laundry room and bathrooms were open this time and they are superb as well. Highly recommend this KOA. I drive an SUV with a roof-top-tent and the Premium tent sites with water and electric work wonderfully.

Clean and okay KOA. Tight pull-throughs. Over-priced IMO. Stayed here mid-Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #64 General: Nice store and grounds. Well-maintained with updated facilities. Staff: Staff are helpful when needed but honestly a bit less welcoming than other KOAs during each encounter. Sites: Bare necessities. Primarily nicely compressed gravel. There are snamm retaining walls between the pull-through sites and it is helpful that the KOA has concrete paths for your tires so helps avoid neighbors encroaching into your site with large slide-outs. Campground Road: Both gravel and pavement. Campground WiFi:Could not always connect to campground WiFi which is typical this (out last visit was better; maybe we were closer that time to a wifi tower on grounds. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Showers were really nice! MUCH better than most RV parks for sure! Laundry: Really nice and the machines worked very well. Dried and washed well. Location: Gas, groceries, and restaurants all within 5-10 min. Closest park/trail with views is 40 min to Organ Peak Mountain NM. 1 hour from White Sands NP. Near highway: Yes. Directly off of the interstate so you do hear the traffic. Near train: No. Cell using booster: Both AT&T (2 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 4 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings. Small moments of lag when using AT&T. Could stream as well on both networks.

My copilot employed all the available forecasts and advised we find the nearest port in a storm. 60 mph winds were warned and our little rig was starting talk to me. KOAs are always a cut above and this one is a cut above that. It's on a hill overlooking Las Cruces and if conditions are right overlooking your choices in life. Taking a day off from the "drive" can do wonders. As the dust clears, so does your out look.Of course clean bathrooms can't hurt.
