A board came loose when we tried to move the sight's picnic table. We called and it was fixed within a half hour, and it was fixed in a quality manner.

We will definitely be coming back. Very well kept sites and grounds. Beautiful views of the countryside. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend! My site was nice with good utilities. Bathhouse was very clean and neat. Surrounding area was mostly quiet. Only complaint was that there were a lot of ticks. I understand I was in the woods but I did find three on me all within the campsite. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I look forward to returning for another relaxing stay! Thanks koa!

Beautiful campground with lovely landscaping and views. We have camped here for the last 3 years and plan on making it an annual trip.

This is our second visit here. This has to be the best KOA so far in all our travels. The sites are as spacious compared to other RV Parks. It is quiet, peaceful, very CLEAN and friendly, helpful staff! The fire pits are updated so I didn't worry about breathing smoke all night :) or my tires melting from the neighbor campfire! Great location to shopping, food and beautiful view of farms :)

This is our second stay at Lancaster/New Holland KOA & I must say that it is one of our favorite campgrounds! Spotless & beautifully landscaped with spacious sites that afford privacy. Definitely going back next year!!

I thought that the cabin was too small for the rate that I paid. It had no stove top to prepare my food. The toilet ran all the time while we were there.

The campground is very well kept. We have gone to this campground a few times, and each time we go there are more improvements. The owners are friendly and always on site. The views on the four lower levels are breathtaking. The additional sites they added, within the last few years on the higher tier are amazing. This campground does not come with many amenities. Views and area are all we need.

Very nice campground. We stayed 3 nights in a tent and were pleased with the site. The only thing we felt could use improvement was the picnic table provided - it was very small and not in the greatest condition. The bathroom was literally the nicest campground bathroom I've ever seen. It looked brand new and was immaculately clean. Thank you for a great stay!

The playground equipment needs immediate attention and repairs before children get hurt. Disappointed in the lack of maintenance when the overall facility/campground is so maintained.

we travel to this area a few times a year and have always stayed someplace else. We had a great site, clean restrooms, and was late leaving due to losing our days as to when we planned to pull out. Office staff great and got packed up in about 30 minutes and left at 215pm. We will be making plans to return this fall

We stop at this KOA every year on our way to and from New England. The staff is very friendly, campsites level and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. Laundry facility very clean, open 24 hours and is only $2 to wash and or dry.

This is the first time that my parents and i camped here. We stayed here from Sunday 5/21/2023 - Wednesday 5/24/2023. Very quiet campground, well maintained, even the restrooms were clean. This is different than other koas, as it is a KOA Journey, so it has no pool, nothing for young kids, no activities. Probably how it keeps quiet. besides even if they had a pool, would it be open by now? probably not. It also is kind of far from everything, but very beautiful views of the farmland that one can see. Also very limited cable channels (no scfy channel!) but i always bring dvds of my favorite horror movies anyways, and made myself happy watching channel 7. Overall good place to relax, and camp and enjoy nature.
