Only complaint I had was someone had moved fire ring for fire before we stayed and campground moved it back to where it belonged but did not clean up after moving it. Even still beautiful campground have been going for almost 30 years. Hope to get in another 30.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were even greeted with cookies. Our sites were in the upper section and they were very spacious. Already booked for next year.

Site 44 had water running through it - from a leaky pipe somewhere? About a third of the site was swampy; water was running under our mats, we couldn't walk through the grass without getting shoes soaked. It's hard to believe no one in the office was aware of this - we should not have been given that site. On the positive, we appreciate the help we received backing into the site.

Love the location, the people around were friendly. The spot we had with the patio and chairs was amazing. The location to shops and stores was good. Only downside was spent to much at the shops and stores. Fall foliage was nice.

It was a very nice campground, however, there was only one bath house which was a little inconvenient. I would also recommend a swimming pool for their summer guests.

We had a beautiful site at the Lancaster/New Holland KOA. We thoroughly enjoyed our restful and peaceful stay, that included a newly constructed patio and fire pit. What a wonderful place! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful vista of the pastoral landscape. Could hear the clip-clop of horse’s hooves at night! Restrooms spotlessly clean and appreciated the extra touch of a heater fan in shower room for comfort.

We originally reserved a campsite for our travel trailer. However, things went wrong, as they sometimes do, and our travel trailer was not useable. We were camping with another couple, so we then reserved a cottage the night before our arrival. You were very kind and understanding, allowing us to cancel the campsite reservation with no charge. We had a great weekend. Your cottages are great!

Beautiful campground view of the valley Had issues with Wi-Fi access…not able to access It would be good to have the lighting at the campsites repaired making it safer to walk in evenings

We paid a premium price for no cable tv to our site, the tap water was dirty, and the internet was slow and did not allow streaming. The roads are very tight for a 3/4 ton truck with a 37’ 5th wheel. Our site was at the very back of the park. Otherwise, the park is well kept and clean. Sites near the entrance would be recommended for their beautiful vista.

We've been coming to Lancaster/KOA for quite a few years for our wedding anniversary, #33 this year. We've made new friends and met up with old ones. Very quiet, clean and a beautiful view. The new ownership is extremely helpful when you need them. We are already booked for next year!!!

Clean, beautiful campground. Everyone is very friendly, and the cookies are a bonus! The new section is beautiful - love the privacy of some of the sites and the new patios!!

Fourth time staying here. The views are incredible. We have stayed on the lower tier and the second tier and have never been disappointed. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to return in the Spring!

very nice campground, only concern was the electric plug was a little chipped, but worked fine, quiet and beautiful with the leaves changing. Also entertaining squirrels.

KOA New Holland is awesome. The work the new owners have done is beautiful!! The new sites with the tiered levels with fire pits and eating areas are incredible!! The staff is welcoming and helpful!! Love this place!

Gorgeous views! Basic but beautiful. My family and I stayed (are currently staying) here over the long Veteran's Day weekend 2022. Well situated in Lancaster County. We had a great time seeing all that the Amish Country has to provide. This KOA offered a quiet restful home base. We would definitely stay here again. One note that prevents my review from being 5-stars: Our water was orange/brown during our stay. I'm no expert on water quality, and we use a great filter, so we weren't worried about it terribly…. But if you don't have a good filter available, I'd be cautious about drinking the water here.
