This is a very nice campground with large sites that are well spaced. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Have used the pool during prior visit, but it was too cold this year to take a dip. Access to Lake George is an easy 8 mile drive, with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The new bathroom building in the middle of the campground is nicely done, with separate full bathrooms .

Good location; very clean; new bathrooms get 5 ����’s; the black water drain in my site was EXTREMELY difficult to use (due to angle of drain & short hookup; staff was extremely polite & prepared. Saw many campers with pets & some were never on a leash. Fishing access was not desirable & I watched groups go down the path with fishing gear & returning quickly. I WILL recommend this KOA.

Our time at this campground was the second week of June 2025 before school is done so it was not crowded! Very clean bathrooms and showers are always a plus for me. Great location to tour Lake Goerge, Glenns Falls, and Saratoga Springs.

A small family owned KOA owned by the same family for over 50 years. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Wonderful accommodating owners. Enjoy.

Very pleasant staff but campground itself is not up to KOA standards. It looks like KOA bought an old campground and is upgrading it. Imagine in time it will be nice. Pool is nice and clean. Fishing pond is a little hike back from the campground . Hard to fish from shore, The location is a good 15 minutes from Lake George and not much around the campground itself.

Cabin was dirty there were wrappers and other trash in the cabin. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was a mildew smell. Bathrooms were mostly clean, but out of soap. Camp brown is very pretty, with all of the shade trees and birds. I would come back to use a tent site.But I would never stay in the cabin again.

It rained a little bit which isn't the fault of the KOA but it brought out lots of mosquitoes in the woodsy environment. I did laundry there and it would have been nice to have a sink in that room. Our water pressure wasn’t very strong on the morning we left. Hosts were nice and friendly

The host could not have been any more courteous, friendly and helpful. How are diesel engine through a belt and we were in need of a mechanic. Within a matter of 30 minutes they had sourced and the repair was underway. Our things to the entire camp and in particular Mr. Fuller for fixing our belt. For straight I’d say. Thank you.

It's my second stay, we first stayed right after the current franchisee took over the property. They have done a great job, and the place is very camper-friendly. It is quiet and open, and all the camp staff is very cheerful and welcoming.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Quiet and convenient location. Main restroom near the office was very clean. We booked very early, but still felt lucky to get a full service 50amp lot as there aren’t many.

We had a GREAT stay!! Everyone in the office was VERY nice and accommodating. We would definately stay there again some time!!!

Reservation was a Thursday through Monday. I intended to work from home on Friday but I was not able to as the WiFi was spotty at best. When we informed the campground of the issue we were told, we know and we are trying to get someone out to fix the issue. For those attempting to work from home while camping, this is an issue.

We love staying at your KOA, people are friendly and we always have a good time. This was our 3rd time, usually with the Grandson, but he was sick this year and we camped with just the 2 of us. Still had a great time.

Check-in was friendly, seamless and we were lead to our site. Bathrooms were clean and refreshed each day. Camp site was level and water, power and waste pipe were close and totally accessible. Very nice people and family. When there was a slight issue with the TV wifi reception, they worked to figure it out and solved the situation. It's a lovely place.

Absolutely no complaints. Nicely maintained campground. Lots of shaded sites, many with gravel pads. Staff was very friendly. They even came around to make sure we weren't using water when they had to repair a small leak. We'll definitely recommend and return to this campground if visiting lake George area. Only 10-15 minutes from the village in a nice quiet setting.
