Staff was friendly and helpful. Hookups worked great. A lovely setting in the trees. We didn't use bath house laundry or pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Facilities were clean and updated, cabin was clean and perfect for our family. Facility is well-maintained and well-staffed. Staff is friendly and always aims to please. Highly recommend.

The campground has no cable and antenna was unable to pick up any channels. Its an older campground and needs updating especially on the landscaping.

The positives: location, quietness, serene surroundings Negatives: pads — impossible to keep sandy soil out of RV / vehicle; large number of big stones making walking around the campsite hard Internet - In this day and age, it is needed. Difficulty securing directions, reservations, answering important emails when the internet service is spotty and unreliable at best

Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet campground even though there were a number of children. One issue is too many people walked through our site in order to get to the store or restrooms. Clearer site delineation for those sites near the store would be an improvement.

These folks are obviously putting a lot of effort into improving the campground. We have a 40’ motor home that is difficult to get level; we have to be close to level to begin with, and we were level on the first try. New-looking pool. Friendly reception. Sites are mostly crushed stone. Roads are mostly compacted dirt. Easy to maneuver the beast to the site.

small campground. Good location. It is located near Saratoga and Lake George. If you are looking for a place to just stay and not hangout at the campground, this is a good place.

We booked one night and ended up staying three. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The washrooms were clean and always stocked. They are all updated. Park was quiet in evenings. I would recommend staying here. Lovely travels around the area.

The location was perfect for traveling to Saratoga for a concert. It looked like we were the first people to stay in the cabin since last year. There were lots of cob webs inside but otherwise everything was fine.

Very nice people, recently updated the bathrooms they look great. They are in a process of upgrading many sites but they will be nice when done. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs.

The couple who own this camp ground were so friendly and kind! You could tell they were making repairs to improve the camp site and putting in time and care! It was quiet and beautiful! The bathrooms were also kept incredibly clean

Very peaceful here, friendly staff, they have done a lot of work, and it looks great! Wi-Fi is good, cell is good. Laundry is good. I like that is so close to all kinds of hikes, shopping, kayaking, etc.

We understood only after checkin by a sign that read pardon the disturbances, that this campground is going through construction. Branches and root balls gathered in piles randomly. Heavy equipment parked in spots. Impression was low owner presence/pride. Gravel coverage through 20% of park, narrow roads not ideal for Class A. No privacy at pool/playground from busy road. No flowers plante

It was in a good area for Lake George activities. The campground is clean and our hosts were very nice. Bathrooms seemed newly done, and sites are being upgraded. (Check the sewer pipe direction on #58). Would recommend putting up a few signs pointing the way to the fishing water. Tried to follow the map when out walking, but never found it! Evenings were peaceful.

The stay was wonderful, my party is looking forward to revisiting the KOA again soon. The only concerns was the dust. the roads wasn't paved.

Nice updates to camping sites including pavers around fire ring since last year’s visit. Pool was closed and playground needs renovations. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Will go back!

The site was fantastic, the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful but the internet was all but nonexistent! In their defense it was a Spectrum issue but it did affect our stay.

Our stay has proven to be memorable. The owners/staff exceptionally friendly and ready to go the extra mile for a great experience. Given they had two or three sites available, we've been offered the chance to pick the most suitable for our rig. It turned out that best fit was the one we had previously requested; however, with sites being different it is greatly appreciated the opportunity to chose something that suits your needs the best. Proximity to Lake George and lots of attractions in the area makes it a perfect choice - will definitely return. Highly recommended. Cheers.
