Highly recommend this campground if you want to be close to the action in Lake George, but a short ride from touristy area. It is an older campground, but sites were maintained, and lots of wooded sites. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Very clean campground including bathrooms. Our stay there was very enjoyable.

Nice big sites with shade canopy from trees. The grounds were well kept with clean bathrooms and showers. Never noisy during quiet hours.

Other then the owners kids who just recently took over the Lake George KOA the place needs alot of help!! Definitely not made for bigger 5th wheels!! Very peaceful and attracts a peaceful crowd. But other then that there's not amenities! The pool is old and cold even in direct sun. I don't think it's insulated. Very hard to get in the pool if you are older. The owners of Lake George KOA are just the nicest people ever. This is a beautifully deeply wooded campground with all the amenities you need. Best KOA ever that we have stayed in.

The people are extremely nice and helpful. They were the best part of the stay. We did not receive a patio site which was requested and confirmed. The site seemed to be an “add-on”, even an after thought. Uneven, muddy, sewer overflowed when we emptied the tanks. Other than mud it was overgrown grass. Grade so steep had to use 4 wheel drive to leave. The people were great very friendly.

It was a. Nice convenient place. Lake George was so nice.. the area.. the tshirt row you can take. We would stay in the camp again. Nice people and goid walking areas for dog even with no dog park.

This is our 3 rd stay since 2019. This was our best stay so far. Lots of improvements appear to have been made !! Keep up the great work!!!

Dave and Tammy were very gracious hosts. This was our first time out with a brand-new class C RV. While we were there we had a lot of trouble with the electric system. We ended up staying an extra night due to this trouble. Dave and Tammy checked in on us all day and offered to loan us their vehicle to get parts or food. They made an unpleasant experience tolerable. Thank You again Dave and Tammy

Very beautiful. stayed at a tent site for 4 nights Tammy was great to talk to in the morning! Her grandson was the cutest little thing and loved our pup! Close to lake George village Bolton landing little stores all around!

We needed a night with 50 amp RV power, water and sewer.....you had it at a nice pull through location. It was perfect. Check in was easy.

Spacious site in the wooded area which was nice. Swimming pool did not have any bathroom facilities nearby, which was a negative. Campground is in a nice location, approximately half way between Lake George & Saratoga. Had some dumping issues & staff were as helpful as they could be.

The Lake George KOA is in a period of renovation. The owners were friendly & helpful. Our site was excellent with shade from pines and hemlocks . The washrooms were clean and adequate with good showers. The pool was operating, the deck and patio requires updating. We spoke to the KOA owners when a group of 50 teens arrived by tour bus and 6 large tents were erected around us. Bad planning.

We had a nice stay. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very shaded sites towards middle and back amongst many pine trees. Good value for the money.

I have been to many koa's from montreal,QC to south carolina and although they are all great these new owners have that southern hospitality in the north.camp was well maintained and staff were very friendly and informative.i will be definately be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. We weren't crazy about being right in front of the office - but the incoming traffic wasn't too bad, and being there during the week made it lighter than usual, I think. Pool was nice and clean. Showers were clean and hot. Very friendly family that runs this campground. Thanks

Loved loved. Family that runs this KOA are wonderful. Extremely helpful and friendly. They keep the grounds beautiful and clean. Their grandson James would make our day by coming by on his training bike to see if we needed help with anything. I would highly recommend staying at this KOA

We weren't there long enough to hang out at camp - too much to explore in the area! There are some upgrades in process, perhaps a change in ownership. Very wooded and private.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Campground was well taken care of. Loved the garbage pickup. The only thing that we feels needs to be addressed is the pool area. Could use an update and some lounge chairs

Showers were great - excellent water pressure and nice hot water. Our site (59) was roomy and pleasant once we got level - the site needs some work to create a level pad. Otherwise great experience and very convenient to area attractions

Our stay has proven to be memorable. The owners/staff exceptionally friendly and ready to go the extra mile for a great experience. Given they had two or three sites available, we've been offered the chance to pick the most suitable for our rig. It turned out that best fit was the one we had previously requested; however, with sites being different it is greatly appreciated the opportunity to chose something that suits your needs the best. Proximity to Lake George and lots of attractions in the area makes it a perfect choice - will definitely return. Highly recommended. Cheers.
