My family had never stayed at a KOA before and we found it to be a good experience. The campground was clean and our kids enjoyed the playground. Brad was very helpful checking in and helping us when we needed it. The campground was very quiet despite the highway being so near. The cabin was also surprisingly comfy. It was a great stay. We will be back!

Well kept KOA with extras like a good playground and cute train cabins. Near shopping and places to eat. I enjoyed the birds singing in the morning. Surprisingly there are lots of different kinds of birds there.

Great railroad-themed campground. Quiet & very well maintained. Charming remodeled rail cars are their “cabins”. Close to Walmart Super Center (for those items we forgot). Highly recommend.

The owners were great. It was cold out and there was no heat in the bathrooms. Restrooms were very clean. Campground was very nice.

Stayed in the cool Caboose. It's ideal for two. No sitting area or proper table and chairs indoors. Our weather was perfect so that wasn't a problem. Patio out back was private and the fire pit was perfect.

Stayed 2 nights. Sites designated for bigger Riggs are a little tight but reasonable. Management very friendly. They are upgrading the campground planting trees and modifying railroad cars into cabins.

A good place to stay for a few days to rest up. Lots of improvements happening at the camp. All utilities were fine; did not use the public restrooms or laundry. Long-termers need to take their dogs to the designated pet area instead of walking them through vacant sites, allowing their dogs to urinate on water and power hookups, trees, etc. Very Rude.

This is a great campground! Fun pool and mini golf. Interesting train cars. Good space between sites and ours was level!

We stayed in the Cool Caboose for a night! We were greeted with a warm welcome upon our arrival. An ice cold bottle of water for each of us was a nice touch. The caboose is very cozy and has everything you need for an overnight stay. We made great use of the back patio for dinner and breakfast. Caboose was fun!. BBQ area and amenities were nice. Downsides 2 coffee pods were provided instructed additional could be purchased, tried to exchange the tea and Cocoa pods for coffee but was also not possible. IMO it only truly sleeps 2 -3 adults comfortably. Top bunk more suited for a child, or perhaps a side sleeper in fetal position. Knowing this I would rent again but no more than 3 adults.

This was our first stay at a campground with full facilities. Everything worked perfectly! The folks running the place were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would be glad to stay there again.

Manager met us outside for check in! Diverse ways to stay from cabins to real train cars, plus camping sites. Overall was clean. Nearby shopping and couple of restaurants.

They were great!!! If anything came up, they were very attentive. The cabin was clean, and comfortable. We used both the air and heater and everything worked as it should. The grounds were clean and quiet. I would def stay here again!!!!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The campground was quiet and had many amenities/activities available. Site was nice and level. Would stay here again if in the area.

This is an outstanding campground; easy off and on highway 50, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff, clean and well-kept campground. Although all the RV sites are nice, I prefer the sites in the south part of the park. (South Park). If you are traveling in this part of Colorado this is the place to stay, one night or a week, you won't be disappointed!!

We booked the Caboose which was fun but … it was pretty warm the first full day we were there and the air conditioning was too loud to use while sleeping. I would stay again in chilly weather.

nicest people i deal with them for my propane needs they are professional and compassionate i had limited money to fill my tank they went ahead filled the tank to the amount of money i had which worked out great

I come here specifically to stay in the caboose. It's an amazing setup getting to sleep in a converted train caboose. It has its own Firepit and grill too. Worth the trip just to get to stay here.
