The Caboose was a great stay! This is our second stay at the caboose and we like the air conditioning improvements that were made since last year. We would love to see the rope ladder be able to be bolted to the floor somehow so that it is viable to get up to the other side of the caboose cupola. We're also excited for the completion of the 1950's train 2 bedroom suite. : )

Everything was clean and comfy. The tiny home we rented really did have all the conforts of home. The pool and playground were very nice as was the dog park. The added bonus was being able to do my laundry onsite. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We came in within an hour of closing and received a very friendly welcome. Was a wonderful experience, even got bottled water for each camper. The campground is beautiful, our site was great, and facilties were clean. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in the blue cabin and enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t like was taking a picture of my drivers license with a personal cell phone. I understand seeing the license, but not the picture

Great location for a overnight stop. Staff friendly and helpful. However there are some changes from the last time we were here. There are some repairs that haven't been taken care of like the gate on the doggy area. It has to be lifted up to patch or unlatch the gate. And the weed eater needs to be used. It's a clean friendly place, just needs some TLC.

Stayed in deluxe cabin with bathroom. Cabin needed a deep cleaning, mold along shower trim, toilet needed cleaned around and caulked. Looked like animal urine stains around corner of bed. Having air conditioning was great. A lot of road noise. Front desk and check in was great!

The young lady working there was amazing. She was multitasking like crazy helping customers on the phone and in person. I would recommend that they have a second person on duty to help. She did a great job but not all customers are as patient as others. The campground itself was clean and had nice spaces to pull into which was nice. The negative was that the grass and weeds were out of control.

We chose this KOA specifically because it had a pool and it was 100 degrees out. When we arrived the pool was closed because of some sort maintenance. When I went to throw out our trash the dumpsters were overfilled by at least 2 feet over the top and trash was falling on the ground. On a positive note the young woman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

we were there for just one night as we were transiting to Durango area, but the pull thru was good. I always appreciate that. Staff was very informative. We appreciated the Railroad theme with the engine, coach, and the caboose Kabin. If we would have had more time in the area, we would have loved to explored the area more.

Our stay in the Fleetwood cabin was ok, but not one we will repeat. There were no sheets to fit the queen foldout, only 2 sets of twin sheets. The AC unit in the main living area was not able to cool the area. The pool was a wonderful respite from the heat. Having a full bathroom and kitchen was great.

Nice campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was well cared for and perfect on a hot afternoon. We will visit again if in the area.

Nice folks. Great pool on a hot day. Small but very perfect. This is the second time in a few year we have stayed here. If in the area again will not hesitate to stay again. GREAT bbq at the entrance to the park.

My wife and I stay here about twice a year, i liked the motion lights that were added to our site and the new picnic tables. We always enjoy our stay here.

Campsite was very nice. Loved that we were next to the playground! Prices were reasonable and facilities were clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very good people there!

Very nice, we stayed in site 43. The only complaint I had was that at some point who ever stayed there when it was muddy left large ruts . It just needs a little grading and it would be fine . This was one of the better koa we’ve stayed in recently.

Just a couple of things for the Cabin B we stayed in. The shower curtain smelled terribly sour which made the tiny bathroom area smell. The mirror above sink was way too far for most people that have eye site problems to see into to get ready and the light over it was in a spot that didn’t give ample light.
