The young ladies in the office were very nice and it was very clean in there-I was quite disappointed when I was told that I had to move my vehicle away from my spot because it was “in the road”- it was not blocking or obstructing traffic in any way and only maybe an inch of bumper was out-I thought it was ridiculous that I was told the bosses were angry about it! Clean campground and friendly check-in staff, but major concerns. High traffic from propane customers all day, and my propane tank and fire pit were stolen. Staff helped minimally and showed little concern or follow-up. No security or warnings to others.Sites were small and campers cramped next to one another despite low occupancy. Very little privacy and felt unsafe overall. Wouldn’t stay again

Great location with an easy access. The campground, gift shop and small grocery store are very clean. I would have given it a 5 rating, but we were in the first line of campsites and due to their gas pump and propane tank location there was a lot of traffic driving by on a gravel road. Even though they drove slowly, it still created a lot of dust. We couldn't open our trailer door or windows.

Impeccably maintained mature facility. Sunny welcoming staff with an efficient and reassuring procedure to personally guide you to your site. Very convenient location, with gas and propane on site. Will stay again anytime we travel through Klamath Falls!

After a very long driving day I was greeted by Lane who very quickly checked me in and led me to my level, pull through site. Then he gave me chocolate chip cookies! What could be better? Bathrooms were nice. A bike path runs right beside the campground so you can walk after a long day in the truck. Perfect!

We were only there for 1 night but would/will definitely return. Camp host was great! Nice warm cookie upon arrival and an escorted trip to our site.

Helpful and kind staff, clean restrooms, showers and coin operated laundry. They offer a large selection in the on-site store/gift shop, good size, evergreen trees. Adequately spaced RV and tenting sites in the campground, with nicely fenced dog exercise area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quick sign in, escorted to site. Site was very small with a small table and a patch of grass. site was really to short for by pickup and trailer (26ft). We stayed 4 nights. The KOA campground was in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly. Campground was exceptionally clean!!!!!!! Had an enclosed dog walk area that was lit up at night, very well maintained!!!!! Would do again

In this day and age, no excuse for such unreliable WiFi, especially since the campground was nearly empty. Gravel of the site was easily tracked into trailer. We expect more from a KOS

We stayed one night as we were on the road traveling. The campground was clean, and the staff was helpful. It was quiet even given the proximity to hwy 97 We will stay here again sometime.

Overnight only. Park was quiet. Space was level. Electrical hook-up a little iffy, but it worked.

We stayed on Xmas. we made our reservation last minute, pulled in after dark. the automated system didn't give us the bathroom code so we were freaking out b/c the bathrooms were locked & the office closed (understandably). We were pleasantly surprised (shocked, really) when the owners pulled up to check on us & see if we needed anything!They gave us the codes then.Truly great service.

Didn’t get to see much. Came in after dark and left as the sun was coming up. Seemed like a nice campground. Traffic was a little noisy. Lots of racing vehicles. Nice bathrooms and store. Great customer service! Would stay again though.

we were there for the weekend. always very peaceful. just 2 things, the cable wasn't working and I tried 2 different sites. the Wi-Fi was 2 spaces away and it didn't reach our site. but still 10/10. those things don't bother me, but it might others.

We needed a last minute early check in stay while traveling through Klamath Falls. This KOA was friendly, clean, safe, accommodating and welcoming. Low cost Propane and fuel station on site as well. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Family oriented park, with many activities for families. Amenities were welcomed by day long weary travelers. Even a Laundry Room, but the posted hours, don't accommodate travelers, closing at 630 PM.

Overall an OK stay. At your store closing both nights we stayed, a very strange occurrence. I'm guessing it was KOA staff that would start their diesel trucks, and let them run for HOURS, gasing the camp ground/us out! WTH

Wonderful stay! The campground was clean and pretty. Loved our own dog pen for the pups. That, and the welcome delicious cookies, made for a perfect arrival after a long day on the road.

The person at checked-in was very nice. What a good idea to have a cookie for us! There was a beautiful rose at our campsite along with other flowers. We had a comfortable stay!

The park is nice. We have stayed there a number of times on our way down south for the winter & also on our trip home in the spring. The people are friendly. The one thing I would like to see is a little better TV selection. Or maybe some of your cable outlets need to be replaced because the channels we did get were very snowy. These were the analog channels. The cable ones did not come in at all.

First site had terrible power (123v/89v). Mgr said nothing wrong, removed my EMS from the pedestal and said her voltmeter was accurate and no problems. Rude, BUT moved us to another site where my EMS showed 124v/124v. All good. Everybody has bad days. Thankfully my coach was not damaged.

The employees were excellent. We were a little disappointed that there was no water connection included in full hookup.

Absolute gem of a KOA. The Amenities were delightful and the peace and serenity were second to none. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, genuinely excited for us to stay. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
