When we arrived, our campsite was not what we reserved. (We reserved full, got W/E.) In 2 days, never could get connected to the wifi.

Super communication and super customer service. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Facility is well maintained and clean. They have a variety of beautiful trees that provided a lot of shade. I do need to point we had a difficult time pulling into entrance. It was tight due to the busy gas pump in the front and we have a 40 ft RV with a tow vehicle.

last year when we stayed at klamath falls KOA we were given site 37, closest to the exit and entrance, very noisy all night long. this year we were again given site 37 they would not put us in another site even though we explained the problem we had last year. i do not think we'll staying here again.

Had a great stay. Couldn't be happier. The whole facility is obviously very well managed and maintained. Restrooms and showers were in excellent condition, continuously clean! Great job there. Reservation person didn't give us a site near a bathroom, despite our request. Site staff moved us a bit closer, even though they were full. They also offered us a refund. Site was clean and in good repair. I really appreciate them spending the extra money to have Cintas provide bathroom supplies, carpets, etc. to ensure there things were clean and well stocked. Adequate shade.

Staff wonderful! They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. Restroom/showers clean. Campground well maintained, but very, very dusty (lots of gravel and dirt). Sites are extremely tight (you’re right on top of your neighbors). Pretty invasive. Campground is right off two main roads so it’s very noisy (right in the middle of the city).

Camp was clean and well kept. Some neighbors were loud late in the evening but overall a good camping experience.

Why have an unheated pool?

We stay at KOA campgrounds. This one was clean however I feel like we were shoved in an afterthought spot. I made the reservation in February for a 4 night in stay in June. I feel like our spot was like we just drove in with no reservation. We left after 1st night. Road traffic and people racing thru right by our trailer.

This KOA is perhaps the most clean, well maintained Rv resort we have ever visited. Really a great place and super staff. They seem to work tirelessly to keep everything looking great! You can’t miss here!

Nice park with incredibly nice and friendly staff - convenient to Crater Lake and Klamath Falls is a nice town! This park is well maintained - first KOA we’ve seen in a long while with all washers and dryers � working!!! Sites are a little close - my only in-positive comment.

Liked the close proximity to the walking trail. Showers and bathroom were clean. Basketball court was gravel and uneven but I brought a ball and enjoyed using it.

KOAs are always immaculately maintained, clean, and uber user friendly, as one this one. My one, and for our family rather large, complaint is that there was no fire ring at the tent sites (#66 row), and while the communal fireplace was an option, there was NO indication on the website or campsite details that the communal fire pit would be the only option. This detail should not be omitted.

A smaller park than most KOAs, location is great--right in town but not along a busy road. Park is well-maintained. Staff is friendly. The only real downside is what's typical of most KOA parks: It's overpriced by about $10-20. I paid $62 per night. I am writing this review from an RV park in Grants Pass that has most of the same amenities but is located right on the banks of the Rogue River and yet is $20 cheaper.
