This stay started well. Easy check-in, nice staff. The space was setup nicely, good placement of hook-ups. The issue came when another camper left her dogs in the dog run unattended and we couldn't get in. When we reported it to the office, the response was, "There's another one." Then, we realized there is NO pet policy at this campground. None. Shame on you KOA for giving them awards!

We have stayed at the Klamath Falls KOA several times (visiting family in K.Falls) & always it is a nice stay, clean bathrooms & showers, nice staff, pretty planter boxes at each of the sites & nice swimming pool. The sites are close together & the gravel road a bit dusty. Small things, not a big deal. What can you do about the noisy traffic on the road above the park!! haha

This KOA is kinda right in town. There is a walking trail located right behind the KOA. The staff was amazing and the gift shop was awesome. You can tell the owners love their job. Some of the sites were close to each other but with the KOA right in town it makes up for the close neighbors lol. Highly recommend this Journey KOA for any road weary Kampers

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to you and any concerns you had. The gravel roads, make a lot of dust. Very nice sites.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA - some people had their campfires burning (it was way toooo hot) The shower/rest room facility was great. We hope to stop by there again

This KOA sets a very high bar for every other KOA. It’s an oasis in busy Klamath Falls. It’s immaculate in every way. Clean, tidy, with everything in good repair and working order. Sites, are bit tight and small, but well maintained with a manicured grassy area and clean picnic table. Dog park is lovely and clean. Pool, deck and furnishing are sparkling. Staff friendly & helpful. Highly recomm

Standard KOA with clean restrooms, good spaces between sites, and friendly staff. A bit loud at night due to road traffic but I would stay again. Thanks!

We were only there overnight. However, several years ago we stayed at this KOA for about a week. This is a really nice campground and anytime we are in the area, we will stay there.

Friendly staff. Very clean and nicely landscaped. Great location. Bathrooms and laundry above average for camping. Only feedback and not sure you can do anything about it- water hookups underground were difficult to use for my 73 year old hubby. May want to see if you can find a way to add an extension to bring them above ground for making it easier for older campers to use. A great KOA!

I really like KOA's. Everyone's so nice & helpful. Klammoth Falls takes this a step further. The staff (and this takes nothing away from the great people at all KOA's) is so very helpful, not just when you ask for help,but are genuinely proactive in ensuring your stay is memorable. Very convenient to canoe launches and Crater Lake.

Super nice & efficient staff, we saw many new arrivals checked-in and directed to their camp-site in a smooth and timely manner. The staff leads you 2 your site & waits until you are parked, they make sure your RV is centered and placed within the site before the guide leaves. We stayed 2-nights, purchased propane, (very quick & easy). Nice big trees & shade, the utilities were easy to connect.

My only complaint is about the stability of the wi-fi. When I could get on, I would constantly get knocked off. Good location. Great dog park. Very clean.

Nice for an overnight stop, but sites are too close together. I'm reminded of the old Grey Poupon TV ad where a Rolls Royce stops next to another Rolls Royce, and the car owner ask the other if they have any Grey Poupon mustard. We could have done the same with the RV parked next to us, passing the mustard from our dining window to their's. They do, however, have a very nice K9 park!

Very nice facility - every site has grass. We enjoyed the dog run area. Well maintained and clean. The entire facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a neighboring camper that had his music booming from 8:00-9:15pm, so loud we couldn’t hear anything inside our trailer over the booming. My husband finally had to go out to tell him to lower his volume. No camp staff came out to address, disappointing.

One of the nicest KOA’s in the US! Nicely treed, well laid out, and full of amenities. The dog park grass area is better kept than most people’s lawns! Just loved our stay there!

We had a back in site #63! All grass!!! Beautiful!!! It was under trees and a very big site ( roomy )! No sewer but we did not need it at that time (had power and water).

Absolute gem of a KOA. The Amenities were delightful and the peace and serenity were second to none. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, genuinely excited for us to stay. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

I think they have the best price in town on Propane! Friendly, efficient staff. Lots of mature trees in the campground felt like they were keeping the temperature down. Nice little convenience store on site too.
