Front desk was very courteous. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Showers were hot and the park was clean and easy to maneuver.

Dog park is one of the best in the country. Clean laundry, top notch koa. The guy that checked us in was friendly.

Good location but had reserved an extra long site. I was put in a regular short site so my car stuck out in the road. I was charged for a extra long which was more than the site I was put in. After a long day of travel very disapointing.

As always this park is clean, quiet and hospitable. We are always greeted with a smile and the staff is super helpful. We would not stay anywhere else in this area. Keep up the awesome work.

I now know NOT to stay at a KOA Journey. I have many times in the past and realize it is not “a resort” but good for overnite. I was told by teenagers to move my class A about 6 inches after approx 2hours after a teenager had told me it was in far enough. I am a 79 yo woman with a demented husband. The spot I cleared way for was vacant all night. This park with a KOAname was very poorly manage

There appeared to be only 2 transient RVs in the park. The office parked us side by side. It would have been preferable to space us out.

It was fine, the people were polite, place was clean and the power box was up to date. I would give them 5 stars, but they’ve chosen to lock their restrooms and showers outside of office hours for the off-season. So, if you are staying one night on the way through, no shower. I arrived just before 7 and they told me everything was locked up until 9am. I looked at the app and it was on banner.

Rating this a 3 for utility value. It was ok for our 2 night stay. The campground is clean & convenient off the main highway. Full hookup sites are at the front behind the store and entrance. They sell propane to the public so non stop traffic in front of our site all day. It’s noisy & smelly from diesel truck fumes.

WiFi only accessible between 6 and 8 am in a half empty campground. Great site, full hookups, available and cheap propane, large store with gas station. Very helpful, friendly staff.

An older campground in the center of town, just blocks from the grocery. Well maintained and level sites. Power, water and sewer were easily accessible and functional. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was guided to my site by friendly staff. I didn’t use the restrooms or laundry.

We absolutely love this little gem! The owners and staff keep the campground pristine and beautifully landscaped in the warmer months with potted flowers everywhere. Full stop campground with a nicely stocked store, propane and fuel. The nicest laundry room we’ve ever seen and the cleanest bathrooms. We will be back!!

We were only there two nights — wanted an early start to Crater Lake and not drive home after. So we didn’t use any facilities other than our site. I did pop into the laundry room to use the john and it was super clean and really cutely decorated. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We got an escort to our site always a plus! Some parks just let you drive around lost.

A lot of outside traffic because they sold a lot of propane we Were far enough away, so it didn’t really bother us. Sites were kind of small but nice would stay there again in a heart Beat.

NIce campground! Great gift shop. I think they could rent electric bikes since the bike trail is right above this campground. Great job!

Second time with Klamath Falls KOA. We love the space, location, and services. Best laundry room, everything is spotless, plus eggs. We ran out and the grocery store was a breakfast save.

On our way home to Az from Washington, decided to stay in K Falls and looked for a KOA right off the 97...glad we were able to get a spot.. staff was very friendly and got us situated right away. Very clean, very quiet.

Very sparce location. Did not see any planned activities for campers. Staff were cordial and polite, but did not offer to help with our setup or takedown.

I think they have the best price in town on Propane! Friendly, efficient staff. Lots of mature trees in the campground felt like they were keeping the temperature down. Nice little convenience store on site too.

This KOA Journey is the nicest Journey we've ever stopped at. Friendly, helpful staff, well maintained and meticulously clean sites and services. The laundry room is big and also has one commercial washer and dryer. You are greeted with fresh baked chocolate cookies on arrival. The store is well stocked with local souvenirs and camping supplies. Kudos!
