First cabin (127) had backed up plumbing, once we were moved to our new cabin (218) there were multiple significant soft spots in the floor due to the AC unit’s dripping on the floor. The AC units also did not adequately cool the second cabin. The rear burner on cabin 218 did not work very well as on high for 25 minutes small pot of water would not boil.

Very polite, efficient - cabin is absolutely beautiful. Hot tub - fantastic and what was needed to relax. Great time - highly recommend to stay.

We have been a member since 2014 when I tell you we are city girls but love Glamping at our favorite spots which is every KOA we are not lying to you !! The grounds are always clean and well taken care of the staff are always friendly helping and professional we just love it here we wanted to extend our stay longer but we had to get back home but we will be back again thank you

My favorite place of all we had a wonderful stay. Everything as always so nice and clean. We stay in a cabin and everything is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, it's like your family. We will be staying their again and again.

This time we had no A/C in the main bedroom, and it made for a rather uncomfortable time during our stay. Some of the cabins have quite dated furniture, which is scarred or damaged, so I always bring a tablecloth to cover the table. We usually have good A/C, but this time was the exception.

We had a campsite (great) and a cabin (not great). Cabin was dirty and evidence of mice. With the extreme humidity a shower (bath house) that had AC would have been nice. The campsite and location were good. It was clean and we felt safe.

A great place to stay and so much more affordable than two hotel rooms. Plus, you get a fridge and a stove top (no oven). A few extra trash bags would be nice.

First night cabin 114 AC not working. Could not be fixed. Was given box fan for the night. Next day after returning from Sea World still not fixed no explanation. Next day reported during checkout only got an ok still no explanation nor an apology family left night before due being uncomfortable.

We reserved 4 cabins for our families starting on 7/16. That first night cabin 114 had problems with the AC unit in the bedroom leaving the room very warm. We checked in very late and left too early to speak to anyone a few days later, however, the cabin we stayed in was clean and ready. After-hours check-in was very simple and easy. All info needed was provided clearly and the grounds and bathrooms were VERY clean. Very happy with our stay and will absolutely be coming back!

Great place. Very nice staff. I stayed in one of the very basic cabins. Very close to the bathrooms, which were very clean. The only suggestion I have if getting thicker mats for the beds. I would stay here again!

The cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed the playground and splash pad. Only 20 minutes from Disney World! The deluxe cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy to get to and close to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin was very clean and the staff friendly. We were not at the campground very much as we were running around seeing the rest of Florida, so I cannot comment on all the amenities, but boy did the pool feel nice after a long day in the sun!

We loved this campground and the cabin we rented. Our only issue was that the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not working. We were unable to get it fixed while we were staying there but were able to keep the room cool by leaving the door open so that the other unit in the living room cooled it.

Great little campground, good location. We stayed in a cabin and it was nice for the two of us. My small complaint is the top window over the door needs a shade, the sun comes in at an angle that is blinding.

We had a time here! The bed was very uncomfortable might consider get new queens sunk to the middle. But very fun time every thing is nice and kept up. Employees were nice and helpful.

Over all great stay, however the cabins should be throughly cleaned. A lot of dustbin fans & walls. The linen did not looked like they were changed.

We had an excellent stay. The cabins are cozy. We had a little issue and the office and maintenance were on top of it immediately. The campground is very clean and all the staff were very nice! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice little cabin! Cute setup. Stocked up for us. Only complaints is the entire door was coming off the hinges. It completely moved anytime you would open or shut it and it was very hard to close the door, and the ac didn’t work well. So we were really hot the entire time besides the main bedroom. Otherwise we had fun, pool was great too, play area was nice. Swings were a bit rusted though.

In the early afternoon on June 23, there was a women working the office that was wonderful. She was so sweet and helpful. Every other employee acted like we were a nuisance. They would ignore us when we walked in the door. It was 2 men and 2 women that I believe are retirees (my parents have worked @KOA) and they acted like we weren’t there. Then they were rude about everything, even registering

It was close to everything we had planned, there was plenty of space for all of us and my mom was able to use her wheelchair freely within the cabin. The pool was very clean and a great way to relax after theme parks.

We were very happy to have been able to obtain a cabin that had 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Our stay at the cabin was great! The only thing that was not pleasant was the rain. Thanks for the memories!

Our cabin was great!!!!! Could live there! Ladies in the office were very nice as we arrived on a flight early morning and since our cabin was ready they let us in and we used the pool til our other family arrived. The campground was very clean and pool area very nice!

We had a great time of rest, relaxation, and fun. We always return to Kissimmee KOA whenever we’re heading to Disney. After a morning at Disney, we return to our cabin to rest in the heat of the day, then head back for a fun evening at one of the theme parks. KOA is close to everything!

We thought our cabin would have had paper plates and utensils included so we did not bring ours. We arrived and found out that the studio cabins do not come with them. A little disappointing.

Longtime RVer. I've let my KOA rewards lapse for the past few years, and have largely avoided them. Long story short, my truck broke down on the way out of Fort Wilderness, so I limped it here and stayed a few days. KOA corporate needs to take note of this one. Unbelievably friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the location. Nice solidly sized spaces, level spaces. Clean. Everything KOA used to consistently be.

Office and maintenance staff were great. I was shown to a really nice and roomy site with concrete pad, table with chairs, and fire pit. They have a trash pickup at your site, and the facilities were clean and the park very well kept. I had a neighbor that allowed their dog to continually bark until I asked them to keep it quiet, but cannot blame the park for inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, excellent KOA.
