It's a nice campground. Quiet and well maintained. The biggest opportunity for us were the mattresses in the deluxe cabins (we rented 2) and both were terribly uncomfortable. The shower houses were nice and the people were friendly.

We stayed in cabin 42 which was good but we did not have any dishes or silverware. Also could have used more k cups for two adults.

Main bedroom bed needs work, the floor is dirty, there’s no gate access/security to the KOA (from both sides), can’t recycle here, the store hours are limited. Please lock down the conditioner in shower (kids), replace bulb in kitchen fan, replace bulb above kitchen, the hole outside of main entrance cabin door needs covered, no lights work on steps, turn around papertowel holder and need tiss

We stayed in the cabin. It was perfect for us. We had two dogs with us. The employees were awesome.the grounds were clean we didn’t use the pool. My only criticism was, and I had spoken to the office personnel about it, was the floor in the cabin had not been cleaned properly in a while. She was extremely receptive about that and thanked me repeatedly for informing her of that situation.

Our stay was excellent! Our cabin was perfectly clean and we were able to enjoy some of the amenities during our short stay. My son especially loved the jump pad!

This was our 3rd time staying within the past year.This time was the first time we felt we needed to be more careful of our surroundings while outside in the evening. At least 4 individuals on property, that we could tell did not belong there.We had a very uneasy feeling.When we told staff of our concerns they did take note.Other then that everything was great.Clean facilities and great staff.

I made my reservation at the last minute to get a cabin. The check in person was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was comfortable and the new code door locks were nice. The pool and whirlpool were perfect to get into. The restrooms and showers were easy to use.

Please upgrade the mattress in the primitive cabins!!!! It truly feels like you are sleeping on the board not a mattress. Other than that it is fantastic . We stay here a lot and we love this Koa. The new additions to the play area (ladder ball, corn hole & the ping pong table) was a joyously welcome.

The staff in this facility truly keep everything moving. Their hard work, kindness, and teamwork shine through every day we were there. It’s the small things they do — the extra effort, the willingness to help, the pride in their work — that make this place feel more like a you don't want to leave. In fact, we did not want to go!!

Cabin was in somewhat disrepair and not properly cleaned. The A/c unit in the bedroom had not been cleaned in a very long time so we didn’t use it. There was a family of cats living under the unit which meant there were fleas everywhere outside the cabin.

Cabins are very nice, but for the ones facing east, they should have a blind or curtain for the window above the door. The sun shining in during the early morning is brutal. Also, the tv in cabin 40 needs an upgrade but overall a nice place to stay.

Great location near Disney, Target right up the road for groceries. Staff was amazing and friendly. I know it’s a camp ground but there could be more lighting on the porches we slipped every night. Shower in the cabin was like a pressure washer. However we will definitely be back!

The lock on the cabin door broke-we were locked inside-they had to take the door off the hinges so we could get out-after they fixed it, it was ok. The strings on the blinds on windows were broke making us use a towel to cover the opening in the window. Living room TV very fuzzy-the Hot Water on demand did not work, no ability to shower-they said they would have to take the entire unit apart.

We had a cabin with a bath and a half. It was perfect for our family. Once inside, there was no noise from the outside at all. We slept well at night, and really enjoyed our time at KOA.

First time stayed and will return in next 2 months, we really like the location, closed to places we like to go, the lodge was clean , cozy. Staff was very nice , friendly and helpful. We like the keyless lock, so convenient.

Love the Kissimmee KoA and all the staff, they are great. Suggestion, the cabins need a little loving. The last 2 cabins I’ve stayed in, no hot water, some of the blinds should be replaced, and front doors should be cleaned and fresh coat of paint. You may already have this planned as I’ve seen other improvements happening, concrete pads being replaced. I look forward to my next stay in Dec.

We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was a great experience but I would recommend that the cabin we were in be treated for mold and humidity. There is a dehumidifier in the room and it seems to be working as hard as it can, but each time we came into the room, everything felt damp. The floor in front of the shower is soft. We will still visit and stay again! Thanks

Would have been a five star except our cabin had tons of tiny ants in every room except the main bedroom. This is very unpleasant even my vitamin container ended up covered in them. They also need consider some type of curtains for the skylights on the peaks of the cabin. You feel like you're getting a tan in bed at 7am. Otherwise, this cabin was great & the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful.

The staff is always wonderful! Betsy is over & above friendly & helpful! We were very disappointed that the internet & TV service were affected by a lightning strike; no TV. I realize it’s beyond the staff’s control, but still a disappointment.Clean facilities & amenities Great pool!!

location near disney. Great! felt little punished for charging my plug-in using 120v outlet. lock of knowledge? maybe but was told I was risking fire on their grid lol. after short sharp exchange I was allowed. washing machines were disgusting as the rubber sleeves are ot cleaned. one had cockroach in it... propane service was quick, place is clean.

The campground is well maintained and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They graciously worked with us when our arrival was delayed a day due to car issues. Then, they quickly cleaned and readied a different cabin for us to move to when we found one of the two A/Cs in the cabin wasn't working. They really treated us well and we can't wait to go back!
