stayed many times in the past with RVs . this stay at cabin . exceeded our expectations in all catagories

We stayed in a cabin and it was great! We were very busy on our stay so we were only in it to sleep but we loved it. Especially loved the full fridge. Didn't understand the cooking prohibited with cooking stuff in the cupboards but thankfully we did take out anyway because we were so busy. I would have been disappointed and maybe panicked if I had planned to cook and couldn't.

Our stay was amazing. Check in was super easy and everyone so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the basic cabins but they were so nice and comfortable. We had to call after hours and they answered right away. Only thing kinda sad was the hot tub went down and after a long day at the park it’s all I wanted. But they tried their best to for it. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back agai

Absolutely wonderful! We have visited this campground before and loved it. Thus time rented 3 deluxe Cabins for our family as well. Stayed 6 nites! Best jumping off point and the grandkids loved the playground. Dog park is really nice. Pool and pool area are fantastic. Laundry is also wonderful. Only wish was that the cabin my daughter and grands occupied did not have the bunks made up for them.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. My 3 year old granddaughter was so excited. She loved the park and the bunk beds. We definitely plan to stay again in the near future!

Amanda and Chad were excellent hosts and accommodated us in a last minute booking. We appetite efforts in getting us into a cabin last minute. Facility is immaculate.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond by reading my registration notes and calling me before our arrival. They worked tirelessly to assist everyone in the park, clearly enjoying their jobs and genuinely caring for the guests. The only downside was the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable and hurt our backs. KOA in SW Orlando has better pads.

My husband and I stayed in a camping cabin for one night as we were in the area and needed a place for a competition we had to be up super early for the next day. We are avid campers and decided to give this a try. We absolutely LOVED it! Friendly staff, super clean cabin and bathroom facilities. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in a small cabin! Very close to the bathrooms and perfect for short trips. First time staying in a KOA and I was incredibly impressed.

Stayed in mini cabin. The door (and possibly screen door) could use some WD-40 as it creaks very loudly when opening/closing. Just a suggestion so it doesn’t disturb people the tent site next to it. The hot water and the water pressure seems to be hit or miss in various showers and times of day. Not really an issue unless it’s winter though. We have stayed in past & will in future!

It was clean and quiet but the cabin we stayed in could use a thicker foam padding on the bed- we both felt the slats. Also my husband is in construction and all the KOA cabin doors he says were put on wrong- so the doors all hang down into the floor. We have stayed in dozens of them and it’s the same for all of them! Otherwise KOA is consistent with cleanliness and organized camping campgrounds

The deluxe cabin was amazing. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Thanks so much for a delightful stay and the follow-up email updates following hurricane Milton allowing us to make the decision to take our family vacation as planned!

My first time at a KOA and absolutely loved it. Very affordable to say in the cabins and all facilities are so clean! Loved the pool and hot tub! Played cornhole and ping pong and even saw a bald eagle �� flying overhead! We definitely will stay at a KOA again!

No fitted sheets on the kid's beds. Spoke with night desk and was told that there should be fitted sheets and that she would fix the situation. No one ever showed up.

La pasamos super. Lugar hermoso y muy bien cuidado. La cabaña muy acogedora y limpia. Equipada con lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana o más días. El lugar donde se ubica el mobile home muy bien preparado. Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular. 100% recomendado. Muy merecido 5 estrellas.

The campground is very clean. They have made nice upgrades, for example the cabin concrete patio areas with table, chairs, fire pit are really nice, the new air conditioning units in the cabins are much better. The key pad locks on the doors are better than the the regular keys. I did have an issue accessing my cabin when I arrived, the staff showed up quickly to resolve the issues.

My husband and I rented the deluxe cabin for 4. It was clean, quiet and affordable. We enjoyed the patio and grilling area. The only downfall was lack of light by the grilling area. We returned to the cabin after dark a few times and it was hard to grill because of the lack of lighting on the patio. Over all wonderful visit! We look forward to retuning and staying at this KOA again.

The deluxe cabin was comfortable and had all of the comforts we hoped for! We realized about an hour after departure that we forgot our unopened drinks in the fridge. My apologies to the housekeeping staff. Very nice and clean park. We will be back!

Our entire stay was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the whole campground was well kept. The pool and hot tub were nice to soak in at nice. The laundry room was easy to use and bathrooms were always clean.

Stag was very friendly and accommodating. Camp site is super clean and well maintained. However the showers heads had sign of soap scum and mildew. One was even broken. Hot tub also needed some TLC. Washing machine Dryers were also well maintained. Dryers so Hot, I could bake a chicken-all in all great stay and we felt very safe. We will be back.

We always like staying at your KOA in Kissimmee. We have stayed for 3 separate weekends since June and will be coming back in September. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be to open up 1 or 2 more of your luxury cabins to be pet friendly, maybe for small dogs under 20 lbs. Otherwise, all praise and no complaints. Thank Ralph for bringing out the firewood :)

We had a group of cabins and an RV site. Cabins and sites are well maintained and super clean! Staff are always on point to help with the best customer service!

i will be calling emailing for a refund . the ac in both of our cabins didn’t work we put in an order request and they were not fixed . i said i was going to the pool and they can go in to fix it and we returned at 10 pm to our hot cabins . there were roaches inside and the cabins were sooo dirty. i have been staying at koa the last 5 years and i have never experienced what i did this weekend .

Office and maintenance staff were great. I was shown to a really nice and roomy site with concrete pad, table with chairs, and fire pit. They have a trash pickup at your site, and the facilities were clean and the park very well kept. I had a neighbor that allowed their dog to continually bark until I asked them to keep it quiet, but cannot blame the park for inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, excellent KOA.

Our second time staying here. Close to all the parks and very nice place to stay. The pool was very nice and all the amenities were excellent. We'll be coming back next year!
