We have stayed in the cabins at this KOA several times and always have a wonderful time and every one is very nice. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed in a cabin and the matress was very thin and uncomfortable. I liked that it had air conditioning, a mini fridge, and TV. Went to use the restroom and their was poop all over the toilet seat. Was nice that they had a gym, laundry, pool and spa.

Great location. Property was very clean. Our cabin was awesome and right near the kids area!! Lots of fun things for kids, my teens even had a blast!! Staff was all so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

staff friendly and helpful. we were surprised at how quiet it was being located near rt 192 a very busy road. the store had every thing you may need if you forgot any essentials.

We really appreciate the improved mattress pad. It felt much better than in the last cabins we stayed in at this campground. My only complaint was the women's restroom—it was in terrible condition. I'm not sure if the toilet overflowed, someone let their animal poop on the floor, or something else happened, but it was beyond gross. Other than that, we love staying at this location.

I came with my 2 toddler sons. They absolutely loved the air trampoline. The cabin was clean, felt maintained, and we were able to use the grill to cook everything. This was my first time staying in a KOA cabin as an adult, will definitely do so again.

Love this place, it's quiet yet friendly. All the amenities and more than I could hope for. It's in the heart of it all yet still feels secluded. Couldn't be happier.

We usually camp with our camper but because of maintenance issues, we stayed in a cabin. We had a great time, it was so cute and cozy.

Over all a very good experience. Clean and nicely kept campground. The cabin was well equipped but we did find the mattress to be too firm firm.

The cabin we were assigned was so close to the road and so loud at night with sirens and people and screams we could not sleep. After spending an entire day at Disney parks sleeping was important to us. When we asked for clean towels since the next day we would be at a park all day until closure the lady said she could not give us any unless we brought her dirty ones first was not helpful.

Overall the expeince was great! Just wish the deluxe cabin had some curtains or some covering on the windows on the top bunks. Also the bathroom door would lock us in our cabin, someone would have to open it from outside everytime.

Stay here if you want to hear… road noise all night, the employees at Waffle House all night, the 3am delivery truck to Waffle House honk his horn to announce his arrival followed by the back up alarm on his truck, the lowering of the automatic tailgate lift, the sound of the carts being rolled off the truck as he is chatting with the employees. This place is the best ! From the wonderful people who work here to give you the best possible experience, to how absolutely clean and beautiful they keep the property. You have access within 5 minutes to every restaurant, supermarket and clothing stores you could want. The cabins are so cozy and comfortable, you feel like home. We stay here every year for our Christmas holiday vacation.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!! Clean and well maintained grounds. Overall pretty safe considering the area. Cabin was super comfortable. However, porch light on the electric eye sensor was annoying and not helpful. Didn’t stay on long enough for mobility challenged husband to use stairs in darkness.

The stay was good. The location was convenient. The cabin was a bit dated and the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable but all of our needs we met. The staff at the front desk were very friendly!

We absolutely love this Campground. We just had our annual Christmas trip to Orlando, with our party of 20, here. We were able to book an area where we had our own compound including a site to use as a common gathering area for Campfires and Cocktails. The team here is outstanding and we can't wait for the dates to open so we can reserve our sites / cabins for next year's trip. Thank you!

Cabin was very clean. The bed cushion needs to be replaced. You can feel wooden planks from bed through the cushion. I woke up in the middle of the night with extreme back pain from feeling the wooden planks through the bed cushion. Bathrooms were gross and unclean. Smelled urine and feces, gross trash. Poop in shower. Both unisex bathrooms needed to be cleaned.

The cabin I rented for my family was not adequately cleaned. Found a half drank bottle of Gatorade under the sheets. Expressed this to the front desk staff whom was quickly moved us to another cabin. Upon going into this cabin, there were empty creamers on the floor next to the kitchenette. It was late and I was already frustrated so I decide not to complain and laundered all our bedding myself.

We had a great time in the cabin. We were shocked at how nice it was! We really enjoyed the privacy and security especially compared to staying in a hotel. We had a lot of fun around the campfire with my family who stayed in an rv. This place is well maintained! Thank you!

Longtime RVer. I've let my KOA rewards lapse for the past few years, and have largely avoided them. Long story short, my truck broke down on the way out of Fort Wilderness, so I limped it here and stayed a few days. KOA corporate needs to take note of this one. Unbelievably friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the location. Nice solidly sized spaces, level spaces. Clean. Everything KOA used to consistently be.

Office and maintenance staff were great. I was shown to a really nice and roomy site with concrete pad, table with chairs, and fire pit. They have a trash pickup at your site, and the facilities were clean and the park very well kept. I had a neighbor that allowed their dog to continually bark until I asked them to keep it quiet, but cannot blame the park for inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, excellent KOA.
