There several issues that we never had before staying here: 1. Cable went out in the afternoon and wasn't fixed until the next day, 2. Laundry room was unavailable for several days, 3. Internet was very slow and had to use my hotspot. The price increased this year, with all the issues this unacceptable.

Staff are very kind and friendly. Very helpful. Plenty of pull thru sites for our 45 ft RV. Pool is always clean. Only downside is homeless who frequently walk thru looking for a handout. Keep your bikes locked up.

The campground and staff were awesome. The site we had was great. My 2 complaints are as follows. 1st and foremost the campground is in a high traffic noise area. So if you’re looking for peace and quiet you won’t get too much. My 2nd complaint is the entrance/ exit to the campground is one tight lane. Incoming traffic can I turn into the campground if another car is exiting

Love this KOA. We had a conflict with the time we would be checking out and our daughter's cheerleading competition. They were AWESOME working with us so we didn't miss that important part if our family experience. We'll definitely be back.

They have the friendliest staff and great grounds. Always picking up trash and cleaning or yard Maintenance. The compound itself is great but the surrounding area is not so nice. They do have every store you can think of nearby. Target Sam’s Applebees all walking distance. It is a little pricey but great sites

I came with my 2 toddler sons. They absolutely loved the air trampoline. The cabin was clean, felt maintained, and we were able to use the grill to cook everything. This was my first time staying in a KOA cabin as an adult, will definitely do so again.

Very clean KOA. All staff were very nice and friendly. Location was a bit louder than we’d like but it is right in Kissimmee so that is to be expected. Our site was very long with plenty of room to park both the rv and the Jeep. Sites were very close together where we were. If we put out our awning it would have covered the entire area we had to sit. Site did have nice furniture and a fire pit.

Great stay! Very clean, many amenities to choose from. The trash pick up from the site was a nice perk, the kids loved the hot tub and pool! We were traveling to Universal Studios during our stay and the drive there was very decent timewise.

Love this place, it's quiet yet friendly. All the amenities and more than I could hope for. It's in the heart of it all yet still feels secluded. Couldn't be happier.

It was not a "perfect" campground but they did what they could with what they had. The gentleman who escorted us to our site was very accommodating in making sure we could fit our rig and trailer on our lot even with Mr Grumpy Camper behind us. Please have Maintenance fix the street light at site #10. Kept going on/off/on/off all night.

The place is very clean, staff super friendly the only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise in the wood behind the camping witch they can't Do nothing about would certainly Come back thank's for a wonderful stay

We only stayed one night but we would absolutely stay here again for a longer time. Check-in was quick and easy. We had a pull through site. While narrow it was very long. All sites were very well maintained and well appointed. Any staff that we had contact with were very friendly and welcoming.

We experienced an enjoyable stay during our time at the campground. The staff (we spoke with Betsy and Kenny) were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The campsites and grounds were clean and other campers were quiet and courteous. The only issue we had was the surrounding noise as the grounds are close to a highway and apartment complex. This can be disturbing at times. Would stay again.

Small sites, bad road noise, short store hours compared to other KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Facilities were kept very clean though.

Campground is very nice. Great location to go out shopping, restaurants, or local attractions. Staff is very nice and helpful. Pool area is nice and the pavilion was great.

Beautiful, very clean camping. The lady at the front desk was so nice, cheerful and polite (I wish I could remember her name). And the gentleman who took care of the camping sites (Ken if I remember correctly) was super helpful. Only positive things to say about this campground. Keep up the good work.

Not sure what happened to our review. It is on their website. So here it is again. We love this place. Been here many many times. Not 5 stars this time because we booked a site that had a fenced area for pets. Site 113. Well, the grass was tall and we could barely get the gate open to use it. We called and asked them to cut it but they never did. Really needed it because we have a new puppy and it would have helped a lot. Maybe they need to use astro turf like at dog park.
