The campground is very clean and nice. We got to use the pool and hot tub and they were nice. The sites were tight and our neighbor was messy and had his tv on until 1am. I asked him to keep it down and he did, but the next night he had the tv on much later than quiet time. You could hear the tv in our bedroom. The tv hung from a tree. I didn't want to call the office since it was 1am.

Stayed in a cabin and the matress was very thin and uncomfortable. I liked that it had air conditioning, a mini fridge, and TV. Went to use the restroom and their was poop all over the toilet seat. Was nice that they had a gym, laundry, pool and spa.

Great stay as usual! The sites seem to be updated since we were there last, and they are very nice! We had a nice pull through site, but all sites are nice in this KOA. Staff is pleasant and helpful. We had a nice stay!

Great location. Property was very clean. Our cabin was awesome and right near the kids area!! Lots of fun things for kids, my teens even had a blast!! Staff was all so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

This KOA is very well run, very good facilities and conveniently located near Disney World. There are lots of places to shop and activities. We enjoyed our time there.

Shower water was usually cold. Shower water pressure was inconsistent depending on which one you used. Not the campgrounds fault but a very noisy area typically past midnight. We have to play white noise to block it out when sleeping. The day of our departure we had an issue with our levelers not retracting. We notified the office of the problem and were working to fix it. Staff is great and everyone works very hard at keeping this park a preferred destination. Our only complaint was that our RV was parked under a tree that made a huge mess daily. Perhaps another variety of tree might be an option?

staff friendly and helpful. we were surprised at how quiet it was being located near rt 192 a very busy road. the store had every thing you may need if you forgot any essentials.

Convenient location, although local traffic -- like all of the wider Orlando area -- is awful. Clean, well-kept property. Bathroom stalls very tight. (How do fat people deal with these??) The all-in-one bathroom is very good. RV sites pretty tight too, but clean and easy to access. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Betsy. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Friendliest greeting upon arrival, professional assistance provided by every staff member and the cleanest campground I’ve ever seen. The amenities were amazingly well maintained from the pool/hot tub, laundry area. Playground and even the dog park. The convenience store of the campground was immaculate and Betsy was always a ray of sunshine, always with a smile and made you feel very welcomed.

While the heated pool and garbage service was excellent, the showers never had warm or hot water - showers were cold or cool at best. The laundry was down while we were there and not sure if that is working or not. On the day of our departure, the sewer in the bathrooms were backing up so that when a toilet flushed, sewer would come up onto the bathroom floor through the floor drain.

Our stay was great. Only negative is the pet area. It is right next to the kids play area and it smells terrible. The artificial turf has pet urine and it smells. It’d they replaced it with grass or something that can absorb it; it would be a lot better.

We really appreciate the improved mattress pad. It felt much better than in the last cabins we stayed in at this campground. My only complaint was the women's restroom—it was in terrible condition. I'm not sure if the toilet overflowed, someone let their animal poop on the floor, or something else happened, but it was beyond gross. Other than that, we love staying at this location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. 15-20 min from Disney. Campground was clean. The only negative we found was the gym. It could use an upgrade in equipment. It’s also a very small room and had an odd smell in it. But besides that we had no complaints at all. Would love to go back!

Something is very wrong with the water, it dried out my entire family’s hair, it became crisp and brittle. Maybe the pool water too? Also the laundry room was out of service for almost a week which was extremely inconvenient, especially because we select KOAs for every other stop in our travels to use the showers/laundry facilities. Both were very disappointing during our stay.

Great park and location to visit area attractions. Staff was very helpful, professional, and polite. Had a small issue with our power pedestal that was immediately addressed and corrected. Would stay again and recommend to others.

First of all it’s a little overpriced, but I guess you pay what you get. You know they have a lot of amenities a lot of nice people a lot of interactions everything is around there. Not sure what happened to our review. It is on their website. So here it is again. We love this place. Been here many many times. Not 5 stars this time because we booked a site that had a fenced area for pets. Site 113. Well, the grass was tall and we could barely get the gate open to use it. We called and asked them to cut it but they never did. Really needed it because we have a new puppy and it would have helped a lot. Maybe they need to use astro turf like at dog park.
