Facilities were nice, but Customer relations would be rated poor, even unfriendly. Only 2 employees would receive 5�. Also the exceptionally tall grass (12 inch +)& weeds in the dog run was out of character for a KOA.

We were tent camping, and appreciated being close to the bathrooms and showers, which were very clean and well kept up. The tent site was very nice, and we really liked the sink and electric setup. But our site was just a little too close to the next site, where the people were noisy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, the exercise room and store.All of the staff were super friendly and helpful

One of the best places I have stayed at. When ever you stay in a tourist trap location you expect certain things, like tight sites and a lot of noise. This KOA was very clean, nice site, fantastic outdoor furniture, beautiful fire pits and concrete pads big enough to entertain and cook out. The Camp host was the best, we came in late and he got our late check-in packet. All at a really good price

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. Ceilings and walls coated in dust. Fridge, floors and bathroom were not clean. Cabin was in need of a deep clean. The dust was triggering for migraines, allergies, and asthma. The shower head couldn’t be used unless held manually, as water would go all over the floor. Impossible to adjust. Not good for disabilities.

We rented one of the cabins for our stay while our friends we using their camper. The cabin was very nice, clean and the AC worked great. The bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. Their is a place to sit outside as well.

We had everything we needed and more for our weekend stay. Location is close to Disney parks, and close to TONS of food and shopping needs. Site pricing is fantastic. We will definitely be back!

I was unable to use my air conditioner because of the electric outlet at site 110. I was worried it was my new AC unit but when I came home and plugged into my 30 amp outlet it worked fine.

Perk is very nice with paved streets and pads. Our concern was tha check in office is toward the back,of the park. After retrieving our late check in packet, we had to make several circles through the park to be able to turn into our very narrow assigned space. May have been better if we had been guided. Streets and rv spaces ver tight, narrow. Probably not going back there.

Dichtbij Disney. Prijs ok. Sanitair niet schoon en deuren konden niet dicht. Veel te veel chloor/zout in het zwembad. Badkleding kunnen we weggooien.

Just a bit too close to the road, concerns about passers by and road noise. It would have been nice to see some basic groceries in stock in the shop.

This is the cleanest KOA we have stayed at! The sites were paved and very large. The lawn furniture at the site was a great perk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool, hot tub and picnic area were clean and a unique perk. By far the best KOA we have stayed at.

We arrived after business hours from a long drive. Check-in was super easy! There was plenty of bedding and towels ready. Nice Clean cabin! The only issue we had was needing more instructions for the air conditioner. We had a hard time figuring out how to adjust it. Definitely a positive experience at this KOA! Nice quiet spot to retreat to!

The spots were great, easy to get in and out. For being in the middle of town, there was limited city noise. Swimming pool and hot was nice and the bathrooms were tidy. Trash pick up throughout the day! I think the only thing that was a slight issue was that the laundry room smelled mildest .. it may need to run some Affresh through the washers or add some ventilation in the room.

It is a great campground, once you get in. The entrance and exits are very small, not real friendly for anything bigger than a VW towing a pop up. Also, saw a few members of pants down crowd wondering through the park probably looking for something to take with them. Overall though, its a nice place.

This was our First time at this location and It was absolutely perfect. Very Clean and easy to navigate, very organized and friendly at check in, location was Great. our stay was absolutely perfect! Mostly great place. The kids enjoyed it. Next time, we will request a different site. Our site had too much nighttime noise from the road and from the activity behind the Waffle House.

We camp here because we have annual passes to Universal. It's quiet and clean, and service is friendly. More affordable than a hotel. Distance to park is 40 minutes away with traffic, not too bad.

Would give 10 stars if possible. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean, tidy, so functional with a full bathroom and kitchenette. It felt brand new honestly. The whole place is neat and clean. We noticed that some of the RV sites had private fenced in areas for pets. Pool, playground.. just wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to Disney. We enjoyed our stay in our little cabin more than our stays in fancy expensive resorts. Wish we could have stayed longer! Book your stay now!!!
