I had lot 119 it was horrible because when it rains the space got flooded. It was very messy and uncomfortable to feel my feet wet all the time.

Very friendly and accommodating staff; very spacious, nicely equipped and manicured sites; and beautiful well maintained campground. There was a lovely pool and the camp store had a great variety of items. The location is very convenient for shopping and theme parks, etc.. We will definitely return to this 5 star KOA campground!!

The sites are very small, but very nice. We had to unhook to stay there, as we are only a 50ft rig. While that typically isn't a problem, we were only staying one night and had to leave early in the morning. We were also warned to lock anything that was out to prevent it from being stolen.

This was a very nice KOA. We would/will return on another trip to Orlando. Location is central to parks. Facilities are clean and offer great customer service.

Housekeeping staff is doing the bare minimum. The toilet was not cleaned properly. Feces on the toilet from the previous guest. The pillows were heavily stained. Dust all around the fridge including underneath and side. Anything higher than eye level had not been dusted in at least a month or more. Check in clerk grew impatient after I asked several questions. Check out clerk was very nice.

We enjoy staying at this RV park, the staff is friendly and professional, the park is clean and in a great central location. It would nice if you had some activities laid on during the weekend and utilize the bar near the pool.

It was ok. The cabin serves its purpose but the mattress is too thin and makes for a hard nights sleep. We ended up moving the bunk mattresses on top of the main bed and that helped. But the close proximity to a busy street also meant it was a bit load as well. Not my usual quiet hearing of nature kind of campground... but the trade off I guess is being close to the parks.

we usually stay with our RV, we decided to stay in a cabin because we had our son and grandchildren-very clean, staff was the GREATEST!

Wow have they been making very nice improvements to this campground. New paver pads and rocks at the backend sites. New polywood furniture through the grounds. Nice stationary firepits and mini-splits in the small cabins! Super nice staff and the store is nicely stocked. 100% will be back.

Staff was kind, we arrived late but before the office closed, they ensured we knew how to get to our site in the easiest possible route with our large 5th wheel. The grounds are very well kept, clean, and sites are level. It was a perfect one night stop for us and we would definitely return.

Customer service is great. The front desk explained everything to us about the resort at check in. The location is very nice. We stayed for 5 days, but would definitely stay for more days in the future. Only thing i could say is need better drainage.

Lovely visit. Only issue we had was when we arrived on the patio was loaded with popcorn on the ground from previous customers. We swept it up ourselves as it was very sticky. The front desk staff were lovely.

We have stayed here many times before bith by camper and cabin. I feel our cabin needs updated. The bathroom fan is so dirty and the floor needs to be mopped. We couldn't use the air conditioner in bedroom, because how dirty it was. Overall we love the campgrounds and the people who work there. My comments are suggestions that need to be addressed.

Kissimmee KOA is a great little campground... very clean and well maintained. Betsy and all of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful!

location near disney. Great! felt little punished for charging my plug-in using 120v outlet. lock of knowledge? maybe but was told I was risking fire on their grid lol. after short sharp exchange I was allowed. washing machines were disgusting as the rubber sleeves are ot cleaned. one had cockroach in it... propane service was quick, place is clean.

The campground is well maintained and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They graciously worked with us when our arrival was delayed a day due to car issues. Then, they quickly cleaned and readied a different cabin for us to move to when we found one of the two A/Cs in the cabin wasn't working. They really treated us well and we can't wait to go back!
