Beautifully maintained park facilities. We used the gym, it was well equipped and very clean, the pool area was beautiful, all of the sites looked immaculate with thick green grassy areas, nice level spots, friendly staff. We’ve put 30k miles on our RV and while we’ve been to prettier destinations- this is among the top 3 rv parks we’ve stayed at!!

Good location, we had a very nice site. Only thing that is in need of improvement is the poor cable and wifi is almost none. These times internet should be good (even in campgrounds). But we would return.

Clean, well-maintained KOA with grounds that are always in great shape. The store is very nice and well stocked, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times and consistently have great experiences. We definitely plan on staying here again and highly recommend it.

We have stayed before and loved it. We stayed tis time from Jan 2- Jan 8, and our stay was not as good. The site we were given was terrible. Literally on the road. Every time 2 vehicles passed one of them was in the grass maybe 10 inches from the firepit so you could only sit on 1 side. The site was level and the amenities were good. The only time I spoke to staff was at checkin and they were nice

Mixed review. Wonderful staff, nice facilities BUT very small campsites. We had to park our truck on the side of the road which left it to be hit by bikes or other cars. Very loud area as well. Tourist helicopters fly over all day! There is the presence of homeless outside of the park near the intersection. Just do your research. Sam’s Club is across the street for some convenience.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit the Orlando area. Didn’t use any of your amenities. Did enjoy the space of our site.

During the first three days of our stay, the restrooms were found to be unhygienic with debris and toilet paper strewn about and trash cans overflowing. The park, while lovely, has considerable potential that could be further realized with some activities for the evenings and with improved janitorial focus.

The facilities was very clean and nice. Everyone that we talked to at this KOA was so helpful and courteous. Your Staff that helped us get reservations were outstanding and made it work out for us and we were so grateful and appreciative for all they did and helped us with getting the days that we needed and discounts as well. Thank you all again for all everyone did and enjoyed our stay.

Staff was simply outstanding!!!! Camp is a bit tight for larger units and being in an area with a lot of traffic is a challenge for moving large units in and out of the park.

My daughter recommended this KOA and had stayed here many times with her family. Conveniently located off of 192 near shopping and close to major attractions. The grounds and public areas were kept very clean. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice. My favorite part was all the colorful Polywood furniture on every site and the jump pad in the children’s playground.

Our stay overall was fine except that the water faucet is running all of the time. Makes it difficult to turn on and off. It has been two years that this has been happening. There also seems to be more than the one on site 105. I saw others will the same issue. I might need to notify the local water authority.

Fantastic stay, very kind staff, clean restrooms with warm showers, excellent pool and hot tub, quiet, clean grounds. Very close to Disney (14 minutes) and Universal (25 minutes) lots of shopping near by. We stayed in a back in, paved lot with a picnic table and fire ring it was a perfect size for our family of four and a travel trailer. We will be back! Thank you all for a great stay!

Enjoyed the week fully. Office staff were perfectly patient with all questions. Loved the lengthy pull throughs. Excellent WIFI. I would suggest having lighted lot signage with directional arrows. (My son-in-law and I spent an hour and a half helping direct seven campers in two evenings). Happy New Year

The campground itself is immaculate. The staff is friendly and the sites are gorgeous. Can't get enough of the tables and benches! Such a nice upgrade from a wooden picnic table. The pads were awesome and having the option of 2 sewer dumps was genius! Our biggest issue was the noise. Between the street traffic, dogs yapping, and constant leaf blowing, it was hard to just unwind. Not very peaceful.

Sites are very close together, but they are super nice. This is a perfect stay for all the theme parks type of trip. Don’t expect a peaceful wilderness location as it is in a very busy area. The park has done a great job of making the best of the space and making it very nice. The staff were wonderful. The pool and spa were super nice and well kept.

Absolutely every one of the staff is so nice. They work so hard taking care of the grounds and collecting garbage at the sites almost immediately. The staff in the office of course amazing, friendly and professional. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our cabin very much didn't spend to much time at the campground/ pool. Problem with laundry but man came and fixed asap. Also petestol tables would save banging knees. All in all great KOA, will return.

The issue I have is location, not facility or staff. They were fantastic. Druggies walking through the park from the neighborhood and the road noise, cars beeping horns, lihmghts from the waffle house in my rv sucked.

It was very noise. We were the second site in from the entrance. So much road noise and sirens and loud Spanish music at all hours of the night.

location near disney. Great! felt little punished for charging my plug-in using 120v outlet. lock of knowledge? maybe but was told I was risking fire on their grid lol. after short sharp exchange I was allowed. washing machines were disgusting as the rubber sleeves are ot cleaned. one had cockroach in it... propane service was quick, place is clean.

The campground is well maintained and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They graciously worked with us when our arrival was delayed a day due to car issues. Then, they quickly cleaned and readied a different cabin for us to move to when we found one of the two A/Cs in the cabin wasn't working. They really treated us well and we can't wait to go back!
