Not only was all the staff friendly and welcoming, the campground was amazing! From the freshly raked pads, to the ample patio seating, fire pit, and BBQ everything was immaculate! Our dogs LOVED their pawpen too! Highly recommend!

The weak nearly useless WiFi is a dealbreaker, not a feature of being at camp as this location's information page states—for the price, this KOA is inadequate—when I book hookups along my itinerary (instead of stealthing or boondocking), I'm counting on steady enough WiFi to get writing projects caught up—not streaming or gaming—but always impossible here—enough with new excuses—every

We do offer wi-fi, but it is free, we cannot guarantee it will work all the time that is why it is free, and we do offer other amenities, such as mini golf, pool, hot tub and a rec hall.

If the staff was really nice, this site are extremely narrow with trees infringing on parking area to the point of making it really hard to either open the slides or get the stairs down. Also beware, they have a policy of $25 per night for extra vehicles.

2 Night stopover on our way south for the winter. Staff and facilities were excellent, Spaces were very roomy and clean, Accessible shower was outstanding!!!

I arrived 67 minutes before check time. I was greated with a smile and a DEMAND for a $7.00 early check in fee. I was flabbergasted. I asked to speak to the manager. When she arrived I told her I as frustrated with the early check in fee. She was rude, indignant, steadfast and unwilling to comprimise. She told me that was their policy. I won't be back. I was disgusted by her additude.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do have an early check in fee of $7.00; had this for quite some time and other guest have never given us an issue about it. they understand that they pay for 1pm check in to 11am check out. We did explain this to the guest, and he said he would sit in the driveway for 67mins; we said no to that.

The staff members were great. The entertainment (Band) was phenomenal. Love the pool the hot tub. I highly recommend this KOA.

great...our trailer isn't particularly high, but the Grey/Black outlet was just barely higher than the site sewer connection. I opted not to bother with it on a one night visit.

Nice campground but the internet & TV did not work for the two days we were there despite telling the desk. Seems like a trend at KOA’s, you pay for it but don’t get it, the last 2 we were out were the same no internet or TV & they said the same thing. We are working on it. Not happy with KOA. Get a better a system.

I have mixed feelings about this park. On my way to the SW we stopped and had a great experience. On the way home we had to endure listening to a very loud live band for 3 hours. It was totally unacceptable and not restful to say the least. I was very annoyed and disappointed. Chances of me staying there again...very slim.

The facility was very nice. The way we were treated at the office, not so much. We tried to call in for a reservation, but just got an answering machine. We left our information, but did not get a return call. The first lady was helpful, said they had what we needed, then her boss came in and lied to us stating that all of the 30 amp spots were full. Campground was 1/2 full. Paid for 50 amp....

I made a reservation several weeks before our arrival on Oct13th at the Kingman KOA. On our trip we were running a day ahead of our planned trip. Because of this on Sunday October 11th I called KOA to move our arrival date up 1 day. Kingman KOA agreed to change our reservation; however, they informed me of a $17.50 surg charge because they were almost full. on arrival park was 50% full, unethical

Great site. A bit narrow, but since we only have a slide on one side, it worked for us. Privacy hedge on both sides of our pull thru site and along the road. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice park but the showers need updating, the power went out four times while I was showering and the water never did get warm. But my space was prefect between two massive trees!

Very disappointed in the care we received during the tropical storm. Alerts reporting to stay in place due to the flash floods. We watch the area in front of our RV spot fill up. When I asked the person at the desk was told no space available for the night. My option was to go to the Walmart. I asked for guidance on road conditions and emerg services and told to goggle it. WILL NOT RETURN

They were able to accommodate us at the last minute, greatly appreciated the kindness and friendliness of staff. We were able to visit Lake Havasu to see the London Bridge, and drive to Oatman to see the donkeys. Great stay!

We booked the space with patio, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, BBQ w propane, firepit and dog enclosure. It was reasonably priced, huge and perfect place for our small get together. The KOA has showers, laundry, convenience store, pool and spa. Staff are helpful and friendly.
