The bunglow is comfortable and thank you for exchanging the mattress! It would be nice to have kleenex and a full roll of paper towels and a few tea bags. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, very clean and well run. The front desk was able to help me get a second heater for my cabin when it was a bit colder than expected. 10/10

The grounds were clean and nice. Bathrooms were very clean. The major issue was that they had an electronic deadbolt on the cabin door that I did not get a code to. I got a key. Key did fit the deadbolt but it would not turn it. The door would not lock. Huge safety hazard. I told the lady at check out and she seemed irritated about it. I was very uncomfortable about not being able to lock my door

We can't say enough about the wonderful staff! I would give them a 10 if I could. The Couples Cabins # 2 and 8 were clean, and comfortable. The bed was great, the table and bistro chairs were perfect. Due to the weather we were not able sit outside. The reason for a 4 instead of a 5, the thermostate in #2 is broken--either it's on or it's off. The heater in 8 needs numbers show up or down.

Fond the Koa people vary friendly. Cabin was vary clean. I will return in the future.

Excellent check-in experience, person at desk was very helpful and professional. Beautiful cabin, very clean. Loved the luxurious towels! Quiet park. Maintenance person responded immediately when our gas grill didn't work, replaced the entire unit.

Very comfortable at this fully equipped tiny home. We got in late and needed to use the cooktop for a late hot dinner. It was a bit of a challenge to figure out. A job aid on the fridge might have been helpful. Some of the cooking equipment was not as clean as I would have liked from the previous lodger, but it was not a big enough deal to reduce rating. Just FYI. Friendly staff. Would return.Thx

The location is close enough to restaurants and retail. The campground was very clean including our cabin. We checked in after hours. The host immediately greeted us and showed us to our cabin. Good vale for money and clean!

Cabin was nice and comfortable for the 5 days we were there, staff was friendly. Only issue is how the park is laid out my family rented 3 spots all by each other Koa put us by the people who stay full time. This was an issue because each night we were warned to be quite very promptly at 1030. There were 17 people in our group KOA staff should have tried to facilitate us father way from full time

Checked in to a cabin and there was no hot water. A breaker had tripped and so the water in the tank was very cold. It likely would have taken 45 minutes or more to get hot. We moved to the cabin next door that had a full size and a bunk bed. My wife got the bottom bunk. It seems that whoever unlocked the cabin for us prior to our arrival could have made a once over.

Our family didn't sleep well there! The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. The bedroom and bathroom doors squeaked too loudly for others to stay asleep. The cabin was very cramped, esp. because of the poor lay-out.

The TV in our cabin would loose connection frequently. Because it was an intermittent problem the staff was unable to see the problem. Other than that the stay was great.

The bungalow above the pool is cute and cozy. However, the mattress needs to be replaced. It is too soft and both people roll to the middle when trying to sleep. Otherwise, the reception is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Staff awesome. Stayed in Kk02… great lodging. Would recommend more readily identifying it’s upstairs! (Also a second nightstand a reading lamps would make it perfect!)

Nice location. Close to highway, food, and gas. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Plenty of linens. My only comment on improvement is the WiFi was slow.

Had a beautiful lodge which worked perfectly for a Halloween get away with our grandson. Friendly staff worked hard to get us in early. The cleaning lady couldn't have been nicer! Happy memories of this park from our real camping days. Well kept up park.

We love the small cottages and the ability to bring our dog. Kingman KOA is a great inbetween stop for our trip from Los Osos CA to Pagosa Springs CO.

I liked the rustic cabin. My wife would have preferred a bit more room and comforts. I wish there had been an electrical outlet on the cabin exterior so we could have plugged in our electric car. (A NEMA 14-50 would have been ideal, but even a 110v outlet would have allowed us to add 60 miles of range during our 14-hour stay.) KOAs could be very attractive to folks traveling in electric vehicles

Loved it. We arrived in the dark and much later than we would have liked. Only there one night so didn’t experience the full potential but the cabin was lively. Clean and bed comfortable. Only thing for us lacking was plug sockets and table by bed for husbands CPAP machine. We slept upsidedown to accommodate this but loved the place and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a cabin with a bathroom. It was very clean & cozy. I loved the quilt on the bed, the hardwood floors & the wood panel walls. I got the rest that I needed from the stress of the highway. I do feel that a new mattress is needed but other than that everything was wonderful. The staff was kind. The cabin was quiet. It was helpful to me on my long trip home from Santa Fe to LA. Thank You

My husband and I brought two of our grandkids to have a glamping weekend. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting by a campfire. The people who worked there were very helpful and friendly and it was very clean. We will be back.

The cabin and around the cabin was clean and tidy. Exactly as seen on the web site. Camp grounds was also neat and tidy. This was our first time staying at KOA and we will be returning. There was a lot of things for the kids to do.

Clean, well-maintained, good staff and customer service sense. The location is "too" good: looking for quiet and to tent-camp in Kingman? Might as well ask for dry rain. Kingman's a big area and the K O A is between Route 66 and Walmart, and near train tracks
