We really like this KOA and have been here many times but the staff this time were somewhat rude. One guy actually snapped at me when I asked him a question! Typically a quiet place to be and enjoyable. Maybe staff had a hard week… just be mindful, this is a vacation to some of us.

Everything was great. Would definitely recommend. I would suggest adding a tap light under the kitchenette cabinets so you don’t have to wake up everyone to see to make coffee or quiet early morning stuff. Also the heater control doesn’t work at all. Spins around.

It was perfect. I mistakenly booked a day late. The two ladies tried their best for help my family check in and bring me blankets and pillows. We had a happy night on our trip. Thank you very much again ��������

Just a couple of thoughts - the sofa needs to be replaced. The upholstery is peeling off in several places. Not a good look. A curtain across the bunk beds would be nice to block light at night and let others move back and forth in privacy. A TV in the bedroom would make it more convenient for those sleeping in the living room to go to bed if the others want to watch TV later at night. Thanks.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly... parking was so convenient. But... only 2 AC outlets, neither close to bed. Microwave needed upgrade. Price was reasonable, but not great...

Stayed at the Kingman KOA in a deluxe cabin with porch for 2 nights and it far exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well insulated where we didn’t even need to run the heater in November. There were clean towels and linens, utensils, cutting board/knife, toiletries, gas grill, fire pit, and a nice table and chairs where we had our meals outside. The campgrounds was quiet and well patrolle

Since our last visit, they have added a bathroom to the basic cabin. The price remains reasonable. This is the best idea EVER! We will return!!

No one told me on the phone that the cabin we booked over the phone did not have a bathroom or shower in it. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We booked a two night stay and left after the first night. This place definitely needs some remodeling, a lot of things were worn down.

Nice option in Kingman with a small dog, away from the hustle and bustle but convenient to town. I like the experience of semi-camping in the camping cabins with electric and A/C. Property was quiet and well kept.

Stayed with my 9 year old grandson. We both enjoyed our stay. He loved the Wi-Fi. The place was clean and comfortable. I wondered why no cooking was allowed when the place had a fully equipped kitchen.

This was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time in a deluxe cabin with a bath. We really enjoyed the stay after a long day on the road.

Like the RV spots better then the cabins. Cabins are way to small for tall people and the beds are awful. They are uncomfortable and make a lot of creaking noises every time you move. Also if you have a sleep apnea machine you have to unplug frig to use outlet., only 1 outlet.

It is a great KOA for being in the middle of the town of Kingman. Naturally not as scenic , but convenient location. The pool and hot tub was open in October, that was great. Staff is friendly. Camping cabin with bathroom is cozy. We'd return

We rented a cute little cabin and it was more than we expected. Great place for a great value. A couple of suggestions: small bedside tables would be awesome (glasses, CPAP's, phones, etc) and using a fitted sheet instead of a top sheet would make the stay much better.

Cabins were too close to one another. I could hear our neighbor Snoring. They charged me a fee for my Service Dog. Bathroom required a code.

Gary & Crystal where fantastic to work with in kingman. PS The people in the hollbrook KOA were also great in canceling my stays as i booked the wrong place. The woman there was fantastic in helping me. (didn't get her name but very kind & helpful.

I went there to visit some friends and to see an old job site. I booked the Campground originally but once I found out that my friends were going to be there I canceled the reservation and stayed with them. I got charged anyway for the booking that I made. I'm not complaining about that I just want to give you a heads up that that can happen. It was a clean location and Central to everything. It's also taken care of and looked after by the staff

Staff is super friendly. Park is an easy in and out for quick overnight stay. Site was pull through but narrow, dirt with Oleander hedges providing shade and separation from next site.
