A beautiful campground that is gorgeously maintained, lovely pool and hot tub, fun game room ( we enjoyed a hubby vs wife ping pong game) updated and pristinely clean bathrooms/ showers. Loved our site between the oleanders with a clean picnic table. So many options for picnic table slabs, dog kennels, and cabins. Super cute store with great merchandise!! Employees were friendly and helpful!!

Sites very narrow - bushes are overgrown especially overhead. NO room for picnic table at our door, could not put out awning. Putting out slides hit them as well as top of camper roof sides.

Great park, customer service, and amenities. It’s only downfall was the width of our site. We have a very small fifth wheel with only one slide, and barely fit in our site. Although the huge Oleanders provided nice shade and some privacy, walking out the camper door with our face directly into Oleanders (poisonous) with the dogs was a bit unsettling.

I would give you a 5 but the water in the showers for men and women was cold!! It never warmed up, it just got above Freezing!

its a bit crowded in general but the setting is gorgeous!! however, i did NOT appreciate being surprised by a $20 fee for checking in before 3:00 pm (we arrived about 1:30 pm). nowhere was this information stated, probably because it just started a week or so before, per the front desk. 3:00 is a late time to check in as far as KOA’s go, and this fee is just a money grab.

I was also here in December of 2025 at a tent site. This time, I was so happy to see that the chain link fencing had been replaced by a wooden privacy fence! I have also been impressed by the immaculate grounds maintenance, too! Bravo! The restrooms were clean and appeared to be well maintained, as well. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you!

Nice clean sites, separated by 10 ft high oleander hedges. Quiet, level, clean. Perfect overnight spot. Staff pleasant and very helpful!

If I ever come back this way I am staying again! Besides the normal KOA perks, I was really pleased with the beautiful landscaping and flowering bushes at my site and others, that offered nice shade.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay!! From the moment we arrived until we left everything was excellent!! The bathrooms/showers were clean, well maintained, and had well thought out features. Everything worked and was well laid out in the cabin we stayed in. The pillows, linen, and towels provided were quality products. The camp store was well stocked, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Our site was beautiful with the oleander trees lining and a big shade tree over the patio. The site was pretty level and the only issue we experienced was low water pressure. The park is clean, safe and well maintained. Very friendly staff.

We had a nice day in Kingman and a very restful night in our cabin, With a Bathroom!!! Super nice.!!! All KOA cabins should have the bathroom as part of the unit. Essential for older people in the middle of the night or family with small kids. We will come back here again!!

Nice location in a residential neighborhood making it very quiet. Well kept park and friendly staff. Close for checking our Rte 66.

Friendly staff. Nice shade. Nice paw sites for small dogs. Didn’t work for our larger dogs. Very good maintenance. Level sites. Nice patio, grill, fire ring, tables and chairs on nicer sites.

I travel in a self contained camper van, & usually all I need is a tent site so that’s what I booked. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn’t fit my 19 ft van in the tent site, ok-no big deal, I paid the extra $12 as what I really needed was a shower. The shower had no hot water, but I persevered. When I told the clerk, he said something like, “oh, I’ll have to let maintenance know.”

Sites are nicely separated by oleander hedges. Bathrooms are immaculate. Staff honored our request to be near the bathroom. Late reservation check-in was easy. A great stay!

All of the staff we encountered were excellent. They were very nice and most helpful from the time we scheduled our stay until we checked out. The facilities were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again and again. Thank so much!

I arrived just as the gentle soul, a woman whose name I don't recall, was leaving. She welcomed me in with kindness, saving me the ADHD brain confusion of after hours check in. (Dunno why tis so, but it befuddles me every time.) I am grateful to have encountered such care.

The Highlights: The staff here are absolutely awesome, and the facilities are incredibly clean and well-maintained. The pool is also a massive plus—perfect for cooling off. Overall, it's a really great setup. The Catch: The only downside for me is the communal fire pit situation. Look, I'm sure your other guests are lovely people, but when I'm traveling, the last thing I want to do is make awkward small talk with total strangers over a campfire. If you love a forced neighborhood block party vibe with people you'll never see again, you'll love it. If you value your peace, quiet, and personal space, just be prepared to skip the marshmallows. Still highly recommend for the quality of the grounds!

Amazing property and very chill vibe. Cabin we stayed in couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely staff. We were a bit bummed to have only stayed for one night. Will absolutely be back again
