An awesome campground except for the fact that the men's shower near the office backed up with 2+ inches of water. I reported the drain clog to management and they assured me it would be promptly addressed. Since I only stayed one night, I didn't have a chance to verify resolution of the clog, but based on the friendliness and expressed concern of the staff, I'm very confident they had it redolv

Nice and quiet place to stay. Staff was so kind and helpful. The only improvement we would suggest is less dirt - maybe more gravel or pavement.

Park was clean, personnel were friendly. It was very wind during our stay and a lot of dust. Only complaint, were we stayed the wifi signal was weak. Perhaps they could boost the signal. Since it was cold and windy, tried to utilize the internet to watch YouTube (Couldn't go outside).

The location is close enough to restaurants and retail. The campground was very clean including our cabin. We checked in after hours. The host immediately greeted us and showed us to our cabin. Good vale for money and clean!

Cabin was nice and comfortable for the 5 days we were there, staff was friendly. Only issue is how the park is laid out my family rented 3 spots all by each other Koa put us by the people who stay full time. This was an issue because each night we were warned to be quite very promptly at 1030. There were 17 people in our group KOA staff should have tried to facilitate us father way from full time

All was well except a sudden & quick transfer of sites … management was quickly on the problem.would return. Didn’t use any facilities because of family in the area.

Checked in to a cabin and there was no hot water. A breaker had tripped and so the water in the tank was very cold. It likely would have taken 45 minutes or more to get hot. We moved to the cabin next door that had a full size and a bunk bed. My wife got the bottom bunk. It seems that whoever unlocked the cabin for us prior to our arrival could have made a once over.

Our family didn't sleep well there! The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. The bedroom and bathroom doors squeaked too loudly for others to stay asleep. The cabin was very cramped, esp. because of the poor lay-out.

We stayed 2 nights passing thru area staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean Our site was large, level and clean.

Stayed 1 night in this park to & from.our holiday trip. Grounds are clean, well kept and we especially enjoyed the pet pen next to our site as we brought our Husky with us.

Very clean & well maintained RV park. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Roads leading to RV sites are wide as well as the RV sites. We especially like the rhododendron partitions on the RV sites. The high hedges on the edges provide a lot of security & privacy. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. Will return next year en route to Tucson.

Clean quiet and friendly! We arrived and after a long day we opted for Pizza for dinner! It was the best, sauce was amazing and toppings fresh! Can’t wait to return!!

Only spent 4 days on a stopover to points farther south. Kingman is a great place to visit and the KOA is a great place to stay.. Clean and well maintained with helpful people.

Both days we got in late but all the info we needed was waiting for us. Campground is clean with fantastic shower facilities. Staff are very friendly.

The TV in our cabin would loose connection frequently. Because it was an intermittent problem the staff was unable to see the problem. Other than that the stay was great.

I paid for a full hookup site and after setting up notice there’s no sewer dump at the site. So at checkout I was 4th in line to dump. And the dump couldn’t handle the flow of a fully opened valve and excess poop water spilled out for everyone of us. Pretty disgusting.

The bungalow above the pool is cute and cozy. However, the mattress needs to be replaced. It is too soft and both people roll to the middle when trying to sleep. Otherwise, the reception is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Excellent KOA! Well-managed, clean, friendly and beautiful. They had everything I could need, with the minor exception of a charging cable ;) I loved their collection of specialty chocolate �ϋ� I will definitely be back next time I'm in Kingman!

It was just an overnight stay so we didn’t get to see or enjoy the park. The part we saw we enjoyed.

Campground was clean and comfortable. We had a pet pen site which worked out well. Good areas for dog walking as well.

Staff awesome. Stayed in Kk02… great lodging. Would recommend more readily identifying it’s upstairs! (Also a second nightstand a reading lamps would make it perfect!)

Clean, well-maintained, good staff and customer service sense. The location is "too" good: looking for quiet and to tent-camp in Kingman? Might as well ask for dry rain. Kingman's a big area and the K O A is between Route 66 and Walmart, and near train tracks

The deluxe cabin was a fantastic retreat during our roadtrip. Quiet, cozy, clean and everything you need. Also the staff was super friendly.

Great staff, weird location, and privacy. I ended up here because of bad weather. Who knew it snowed in Kingman. Every person I met working was nice and helpful. Checking in took a minute because the lady was alone and the phone was a bother, but they have a fully stocked store to entice you while you wait. Sites, while small, were a tad more private than many KOAs (who invented these buddy sites? ) Dog Park was confusing. I walked around 10 minutes to figure out how to enter the dang thing. Dump station was clogged, so I used a campsite's dump. They started working a remedy immediately when notified - I found that impressive and deserving is 5 stars itself. The weather was terrible while there, so the place looked a little sad, BUT it's a rarity and I bet it's a beautiful fun stay when the sun is out and it's not wet (or snowing). They even have mini golf.
