Extended an extra day but had to leave early they didn't even consider a refund I'm a 15 year loyal Koa Kamper and they treated me like money thanks for nothing. Experience good Customer service terrible I work in retail management and you should be ashamed go above and beyond not below standard.

Checking in was a breeze and the employee was very helpful! We were traveling home to KY and this was a nice place to lay our heads.

Friendly, helpful staff. Facility had a nice clean pool and spa. Also nice laundry facilities and on-site camp store. We had a full hookup pull through site on dirt/gavel pad that required some minor leveling.

We had to leave because of a family emergency and because my husband did not have enough medication. We were denied a refund and when I spoke to the manager he laughed at me and said that " we can't predict your family emergencies and that we are a business." KOA's policy for not being able to cancel in an emergency is not right. Kingman KOA charged us for 2 nights that we were not even there.

Had the perfect site. Right across from the pool and lots of shade trees. Steve, Heather, Susan and Julieann treated us like we knew one another for a long time. Good home base for our day trips to Bullhead City, Lake Havasu, Oatman ad Seligman

Our stay was fine but I did call one day after we left. We were missing part of our awning. I called to see if someone could check our site (111). I was told I would receive a call back but I never did. I hate that! I am pretty sure it had to be there. You were our first stop on a long trip.

When we first got there I was under the impression we would get a certain cabin. They had some new ones but were to small for 3 adults with one being stroke survivor. I did look and they had a mobile home which I didn't see at first when booking. They let us switch after one night. Price different but that was fine. It worked out great. Very friendly and quiet. Keep up the great work.

One night stay on July 14th with full, 50 amp hookup. Level pull thru gravel site. Friendly staff. Convenient to I40. Standout feature was the showers. Rate it 10 out of 10!

Kingman is a very nice and clean campground….the spaces are large, great patio’s and dog yards. This is a great place to use as a base to explore the Historic Route 66! Staff is friendly and sites are clean!

We were given a campsite with lots of shade as our camper doesn’t have AC. It was so hot outside we asked if we could stay in one of the cabins with AC we were so happy we could be cool at night. We had a great stay & all of workers were very friendly & helpful. This was our second time staying in one of the cabins, we stayed in 2010, they are great? Thanks DougVA

It was very clean and very friendly sites were good sizes and we were never crowded. If we ever come back this way that’s gonna be one of the places we’re gonna stay. It’s great.

We stayed in one of the patio sites that had seating, a fire pit and a bbq. Very nice and clean site. Laundry room was nice with plenty of machines. It would be even more awesome if there was air conditioning in there. Also store was very nice and well stocked.

A great place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers were clean. We used this KOA as a jumping off place to visit sites on the area.

Cable TV seems to be broken as it doesn’t work. Dog park good. Mini golf course is nice. Pool depth to deep for non swimming kids

Stayed at five different KOA campgrounds in the last three weeks. Kingman was our favorite. Nice and very responsive staff, clean grounds and facilities. Would stay agin if ever in the area.

We had the best time. Our family wanted to reset & recharge & we did just that. The deluxe cabin was cozy, comfortable, and so clean. The grounds and pool/rec area was well maintained and had such nice energy! We appreciate the tv with Wi-Fi, got to just chill in the cabin with music for a bit. Extremely nice people at the front desk as well. Thank you!! We will be back.

The best thing about camping is a campfire. You sold us wood, but when we got to the space, low and behold, no fire pit, no fire space, just a grill. Who has a campfire in an elevated grill? We would've rented a fire pit / space whatever, but instead they were only at these overblown spaces with elevated decks and adirondack chairs and a fire pit? So you either have to spend too much or not

I arrived just as the gentle soul, a woman whose name I don't recall, was leaving. She welcomed me in with kindness, saving me the ADHD brain confusion of after hours check in. (Dunno why tis so, but it befuddles me every time.) I am grateful to have encountered such care.

The Highlights: The staff here are absolutely awesome, and the facilities are incredibly clean and well-maintained. The pool is also a massive plus—perfect for cooling off. Overall, it's a really great setup. The Catch: The only downside for me is the communal fire pit situation. Look, I'm sure your other guests are lovely people, but when I'm traveling, the last thing I want to do is make awkward small talk with total strangers over a campfire. If you love a forced neighborhood block party vibe with people you'll never see again, you'll love it. If you value your peace, quiet, and personal space, just be prepared to skip the marshmallows. Still highly recommend for the quality of the grounds!

Amazing property and very chill vibe. Cabin we stayed in couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely staff. We were a bit bummed to have only stayed for one night. Will absolutely be back again
