Hey KOA management. can’t believe you are turning the only decent campsites on the whole property into permanent sites. I don’t even feel safe walking or biking around this campground bc all the drunk, speeding, loud golf carts racing all over all hours of the night &day. Also your booking policy is crap. Our 10 families have been coming for 25 plus years & will not be back. Boo Westward Ho

The cabin we stayed in was nice, surprised we didn't have any instructions on what to do with the linens upon checkout. The pools were nice except there were only a few tables with umbrellas and the same people (I'm guessing your seasonal or permanent residents) had them all day long so the rest of your guests had to be in the sun all day.

Great little campground with friendly people. Great for kids with the three pools. Only negative was the camper sites are a little tight and you have to cut it 90 degrees to get in your site. It was difficult with all the trucks parked on the side of the road.

A fantastic area with this secluded RV resort hidden in the hills. Perfect for families or those with a lazy schedule passing through.

Literally to crowded. 90% seasonal. Reservation changed from FHU to back-in "Premium" electric/water. Premium was a cement slab on a 9% incline next to the playground. Roads narrow and site perpendicular to road. Kids playing catch right outside our door. Tent sites literally along side the road. Fear of being run over by golf carts. Will not being going back, can't recommend.

This KOA needs to be more forthcoming with it's wording of full hookup. I was charged for the drain connection in a full hookup site. I never had that happen in any other campground, including other KOA sites. Maybe this stemmed from the fact that they put us in the wrong site to start with, only had water & electric. They were good with giving us a full hookup site after, but charged for dumping.

We stay in the cabins for a girls weekend once a summer. It is always a fantastic time! The mattresses desperately need to be upgrade though. It's like sleeping on slab of wood.

We always stay at KOAs when traveling. I have to say, we expected much better and were disappointed. Young lady at check in acted like we were a bother, no one to direct us to our site like normal. Paid almost $70 for a site that said “for those wanting extra space.” The site was no bigger than normal. The sewer hook-up was up hill from the trailer. Who does that?!!

Our stay was great but I am very disappointed that it cost an extra $100 to have my dogs stay and that I was not made aware of this ahead of time. Nowhere when you book does it tell you how much the pet fee is. At other KOA's I have stayed at it was additional $10 - much more reasonable! My dogs did not cause any damage, disturb other campers, and I cleaned thoroughly before we left.

Very nice and everyone around our site sounded like they were enjoying themselves! (Upbeat Atmosphere!)....only complaint is the free wifi was extremely weak and very slow......I know I know - camping should be no internet but some people do- do some important work while camping!.... not me tho!

We have been coming here for about 6 years at least 3 days each summer and we love it. The pools are large and really clean and nice with lots of seating. The kids crafts are great and the store is super convenient and prices are reasonable. The setting is so calming with the hills of the Kettle Moraine forest surrounding you on all sides. Keep up the quality and we will be back again!

My group has been coming and renting out 7-8 cabins/deluxe cabins every year for 10 years. In that time we have seen the prices continue to rise but the upkeep of the property and cabins has gotten worse. This year was an extra charge to make sure we could keep our same cabins for next year. Loyal customers are treated poorly and the staff doesn't seem to care. We are looking at going elsewhere.

It is a wonderful campground. Everyone who is there is friendly. Mary at the office to check in was great!! I do feel coffee should be included in the stay. Also, the website should be updated to let people know if their cabin includes a grill and table and chairs. It would be less to have to transport in the vehicle or purchase. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we will be back agai

Paid a lot for a deluxe cabin to check in and find out the a/c wasn’t working and the portable AC didn’t cool the place at all. The bed in the main bedroom was busted and unable to be sleep on one side. The wasps at the pool were so bad that you couldn’t enjoy being in or around the pool. And then to top things off, they were spraying weed killer around and near the cabin we were in!

Park is mostly seasonal sites and lots of weekend events and partying. A little too much for us. We did like the fenced in dog park and pool and shower area.

It was okay. The pool temperature was cold. The showers were timed quickly. The neighbor had the TV blasting at 6 am. The staff did not allow me to swim past my check out time without paying an additional day pass.

I enjoyed staying with you. The only problem I have is that the bathrooms are being cleaned to late in the morning. 9-11AM is when many people are wanting to get in the bathrooms. Not everyone has access to a camper and a toilet. Please rethink the times you have set for bathroom cleanings. Thank you, Colleen

Upon checkin we noticed the tent site (#24) was too small and close to the main road. After paying some extra dollars, I was able to set up rent in an RV site in a much better location. The pools are great and mini golf was so much fun. We tried doing the trails but they are non existent, despite being marked in their map. My cabin had a hole in the floor under the the vinyl and management was unaware. We were unable to access the ATM because it was in a locked building and no management was on site to resolve the problem on a Saturday. It has always been a courtesy to returning campers every year to be able to reserve the same cabin for the same weekend every year and after 10 years we were charged $25 extra to so.

KOA removing all of our typical camping sites, to make MORE seasonals! During the second day of our stay while sitting outside they decided to ignore the campers/strong winds and spray a concentrated dose of weed poison. We were forced into our camper for the rest of our stay, but not before one of our dogs got deathly ILL. We had to leave a day early to get her to the vet hospital. VERY UPSET!!

Nice wooded areas, however the campsite we were assigned was not level. We had to raise one side of our Toyhauler over 6” to get it leveled. There were not enough chairs for the massive amount of people at the pool on Saturday, so if you weren’t in the pool, there was no place to sit. Dog park was nice, but overwhelming smell of sewer. The staff was great & entertainment excellent!

I will say it is very nicely kept up and we'll staffed.But at times it felt like we were being pushed out spraying weed killer on sites right next to us a the wind is blowing right at us,when you got ashma it isn't great , cleaning the fire pit as we standing right there trying to pack up,it was like they were rushing us out and we still had a hour and a half before check out.

The sites are extremely small. Not level. Way too many campers in the park. Everyone is on top of each other. The pools are very cold. It’s not like days of old.

I love staying here. We rent the same cabin every year, this is the first year we’ve been charged extra to lock in that specific cabin. I also noticed that for the last two years, the door handle on our cabin is starting to rust and is hard to open and close. I feel like the maintenance on these cabins could be a little better but all in all love the stay and convenience of the cabin.

Fun environment and great people. The staff was not very friendly though. We played bingo and the girl calling the numbers was rude to the little kids when they had questions. Other than that it was a great stay

The site was too crowded and somewhat difficult to back in to. The pools were fun and the kids loved the goats. Laundry facility needs to sell soaps and products but otherwise good. Activities were great.

The mattress in the cabins are horrible. There was no comfort at all . I felt like the middle was a sink hole. I couldn't sleep in the bed so we ended are stay one day earlier

My stay was enjoyable, however your $25 lock in fee is ridiculous. Two months prior to our stay I called and reserved a specific site, however on our arrival we found our site had been switched to a smaller site because we didn’t lock in our site with the $25 lock in fee, which we were never told about at the time of booking. Appears they are gouging their customers.

Always a perfect stay at Fond du lac KOA! Campers and seasonals always friendly, this campground is clean and has a ton of things to do all the way from the crafts for the littles to the great weekend bands. Our top choice KOA in Wisconsin.

Would be a 5 except for the dump station. Very poor setup. Plus couldn't dump tank full or something wrong with it.

Our not too far away summer home away from home with friendly and fun neighbors. Clean, paved roads, heated / clean pools, etc., etc. Looking forward to more great times going forward in 2024 and beyond.
