Stayed in a cabin which was super clean and well equipped with everything. Campers were very friendly as was the staff. We will be back!!

The grounds are gorgeous! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin 63 and loved it. Everything was provided for us that we needed. Really enjoyed Candy Bar Bingo and the Mini-Golf. My husband loved being able to rent a golf cart and our whole family took turns going around the grounds to enjoy Pickle Ball Court and many other areas. The rest of our family were in Settler's Gulch and we had the whole area.

Handicapped Cabin: It took 8 hours for the radiant floor heaters to heat the cabin. Perhaps in the future, you could have the heat turned on before campers arrive. Also the shower needs some major addressing. Day 1, the water was only lukewarm at best. It was adjusted twice and we had a satisfactory shower on the 2nd morning. The 3rd morning the water came out EXTREMELY slowly.

We loved the stay in the forest. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. The only drawback was the water pressure in the shower - could barely rinse hair.

We’ve stayed in the summer so this was our first fall stay. Family & friends always make this a fun time for us. Your staff is really friendly and knowledgeable.

Cigarette butts everywhere. RV's packed in so tight you were literally on top of each other, while there were many open spots. Needs more garbage receptacles throughout the location.

Since KOA has taken over, the service has dramatically decreased. Reservation and check in process is horrible. The additional $25 to guarantee your site is ridiculous. I have already chosen and paid for my site. Now I have to pay more to ensure I get it.

There was no mattress for the couch, but Tiffani was amazing by offering a discount for our troubles. The band was great, always enjoyed the DJ in the past too. I miss the Amish bakery on Saturdays. I am slightly concerned with how some of the cabins seem to be rotting. I'd recommend stepping into cabin 49A (our friends stayed there), the threashold seems weak. Thanks for all you do!

We have stayed here for about 5 years now always for the Halloween weekend with a large group and rent the cabins. We always have a blast and make great memories. Two things have changed since the new company has taken over. 1, a $25 hold fee. This is ridiculous when I am already paying in full to reserve. And 2, the change in giving us first dibs to book for next year during our stay.

We stayed in cabin 31A. First cabin we have had with a shower that allowed pets. Bedding was provided, nice patio area with plenty of shade. All playground areas were for small children, snack area only open on weekends. Forgot to mention to office that futon mattress is wore out, can feel slats when trying to sleep.

Some confusion about what "full kitchen" means in the description of what was available to us in our cabin. We had to switch cabins as we needed an oven. Staff was very helpful in making that change happen. We wished the pool would have opened earlier. Our kids were up early and the wait for the pool was tough for them. We usually camp at lakes where there is no wait! We loved our stay!

We stayed- for the first time- in a cabin on our camping trip. I was very impressed on how clean and well-furnished it was. It had everything we needed from plates, cups to linens and towels even coffee filters!!!. The check-in girl was very friendly and helpful. The other campers were very friendly. We loved our stay and will be back again. Thank you for your wonderful campground!!!

The campground and the cabins are well-maintained and offer a great deal of amenities. While we primarily spent our weekend at a friend's seasonal RV site, the deluxe cabin we slept in was perfect for us. We appreciated having a queen size bed, as well as a full bath with shower. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering a seasonal RV site for ourselves next year.

Pulled in paid our bill got our cabin # so all the things to do swim/play mini golf/get firewood buy things at general store! Went swimming got out to go into general store closed at 5 mini golf closed at 5 firewood closed at 5! we had to drive to Plymouth to get something to eat since we couldnt the food had! very dissapointing

Campground is nice with a variety of things to offer. Cabins are pricey. If they were less, I would stay more often! FYI: the newer cabin, the handicapped accessible one, railing isn't secure, several of the ballisters aren't even attached.

Our stay was very nice, just as it has been for the last 20 plus years. Unfortunately you guys did not give us the option of signing up for next year at the same time like we always have been doing. So it looks like our run is over with you guys as our group of 24 has to look for another campground. Very disappointed!!

We have been coming to this campground for 24 years. We have been staying in cabin 31 A The toilet was not flushing properly and the sink did not empty well. I meant to tell you that but I was distracted because after for the first time in forgot how many years, we were unable to book this cabin, which was extremely frustrating. The previous policy was you could book 1 year in advance.

Disappointing to say the least. The on site manager is rude and unaccommodating and make the intelligence to be in a position of authority. Place was dirty and after several attempts to speak with management we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Needless to say, we will NEVER return.

Very beautiful area with lots to do. Cabins are nice. Overall, great place to go. It’s a bit overpriced but would be worth it if things were better maintained. Only complaints would be the pools are very cold. Mini golf area not cleaned or kept up, shuffle board pucks were broken, and Chuck Wagon could use more help to speed up service. We especially Enjoyed the DJ on Saturday night!

Nice campground, it would have been better if there were more adult activities instead of just the horseshoe tournament. The arcade could be updated and should be monitored better, there was candy all over the floor from the kids and kids were unplugging the games. The store could have more items as well. Overall, it was a good weekend.

We stayed in cabin 32. With a couple of minor fixes, like fixing the steps and maybe a deck between the steps and the cabin. The stained carpets should be removed and replaced with flooring like the kitchen. Also the sofa bed should be replaced because it was in pretty sorry shape. Also maybe add a barbecue for this cabin as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The cabin we stayed in was nice, surprised we didn't have any instructions on what to do with the linens upon checkout. The pools were nice except there were only a few tables with umbrellas and the same people (I'm guessing your seasonal or permanent residents) had them all day long so the rest of your guests had to be in the sun all day.

We stay in the cabins for a girls weekend once a summer. It is always a fantastic time! The mattresses desperately need to be upgrade though. It's like sleeping on slab of wood.

Our stay was great but I am very disappointed that it cost an extra $100 to have my dogs stay and that I was not made aware of this ahead of time. Nowhere when you book does it tell you how much the pet fee is. At other KOA's I have stayed at it was additional $10 - much more reasonable! My dogs did not cause any damage, disturb other campers, and I cleaned thoroughly before we left.

My group has been coming and renting out 7-8 cabins/deluxe cabins every year for 10 years. In that time we have seen the prices continue to rise but the upkeep of the property and cabins has gotten worse. This year was an extra charge to make sure we could keep our same cabins for next year. Loyal customers are treated poorly and the staff doesn't seem to care. We are looking at going elsewhere.

It is a wonderful campground. Everyone who is there is friendly. Mary at the office to check in was great!! I do feel coffee should be included in the stay. Also, the website should be updated to let people know if their cabin includes a grill and table and chairs. It would be less to have to transport in the vehicle or purchase. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we will be back agai

Paid a lot for a deluxe cabin to check in and find out the a/c wasn’t working and the portable AC didn’t cool the place at all. The bed in the main bedroom was busted and unable to be sleep on one side. The wasps at the pool were so bad that you couldn’t enjoy being in or around the pool. And then to top things off, they were spraying weed killer around and near the cabin we were in!

What a great place! A friend and I rented a cabin from Westard Ho for a weekend in October. It was just a perfect size for the 2 of us. Wish it would have been a little warmer because it looks as if during the summer they have a lot of different thing going on. They had a band playing on Saturday night and they sounded very good. The cabin was well kept up, We will hope to be visiting again next summer. Also the price for the cabin was very reasonable and the staff was awesome!
