As always the staff is AMAZING. The facilities are always clean are ready for use. Loving staying at Oak Grove KOA. This was our 9th years staying here and coming back next year

There was no one there when we got there at 6 pm and didn't know what site to go to. It took a long time in the dark and cold to figure out that they had left a note in the laundry room. There was no electric. I paid $66 for a lousy parking spot that didn't even have any electricity, no place to deposit trash and no water. I'm surprised KOA will allow this place to associate its name.

Easy to find and very friendly staff. You are next to a highway, can be loud. Hookups are in nice shape.

We were only there for one night but we had no problem finding our site (in the dark, not our favorite time to be pulling in) and in the morning we took a walk; the campground was well maintained and showers were clean and nicer than past KOAs we have stayed at. The interstate was a little noisy but we knew that it would be where we were parked. We would definitely stay again!

Good place for and overnight if you are traveling. The staff is very Friendly and they make sure you have everything you need. The camp just needs a lot of up grades.

The employees were very warm and kind. We felt safe and comfortable with our stay. We loved being next to the jumping pillow for the kids. We just wish they'd blown the leaves off each day:)

Very close to I40 so noise was a problem. Signs missing to indicate where to turn once off freeway. Sites are nicely placed among trees but makes it tight to maneuver with a large RV. Only stayed one night but that was enough.

I arrived about 30 minutes after closing. The host was very quick to come down and ask if he could escort me to the site. Very helpful. I would stay again.

Was very noisy but that is calming to me so I was OK with it. We were told we wouldn't have cable because of a liightning strike but we tried it and had it and it was good. Wifi was good. It was close to anything you need.

We really liked this KOA. We did have some problems with checking as the system was down but it got corrected. This one had great cable and the washrooms were nice and clean. I like seeing the hair blowers in the shower area.

Very unlevel sites. No cable, no WiFi. Should offer discounts when you list amenities and then don’t provide them. Also seemed crowded.

Some things were beyond the control of the staff, such as the hard rain, but it made it less enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being close to the highway there was truck noise often. My biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. The facilities were very clean though.

Stayed here 5 nights while visiting with family in the Kansas City area. Nice campground Awesome manager and it showed in the attitudes of the employees that I spoke with.

I arrived after 5:00 as expected. The site (#24) info was easily available. The sites and the roads look about the same, so I had to get another guest to help me find my site. It was not level. The most annoying was the electricity that kept flashing on and off. (it was not our trailer having issues, as we had no trouble before or after). We could not cook or use our a/c or fan.

The park was clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The facilities were great for the little children (3 and 6) who were camping with us.

The staff are very friendly. The park is easy to maneuver through, although the sites are not all level. The playground and jump pad are awesome for kids. I had a full hookup, pull-through site and everything worked as expected.

Though office hours were supposed to be until 6pm, they were closed, the store was closed, and I had to pick up my registration in the laundry room. Had a some trouble finding my site and wasn’t impressed when I did, as it was not very level. Street light was out so very dark walking dog, and dark when I left the next morning and returned the next night. Not impressed, overall.

The BEST KOA we have had the pleasure of staying at .From the wonderful well kept sites too the spotless bathrooms , showers and laundry. The staff was friendly helpful and always there. We are looking forward to staying there again at a future date.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
