We will definitely be back! Brittany was so helpful during our mechanical issues we were having and made sure we got a spot and instructions on overnight arrivals in case we were late, which we were! Easy spot to get to, that was level and convenient to get out of in the early AM. The gentleman in the morning was very kind as well! Highly recommend a stay here!

Even though a snowstorm came in or was coming in, and I had to leave early the time that I was there, the people that I dealt with was so gracious and kind and helping to me I would definitely come again actually, this is the second time I have stayed at this away

Deluxe cabin was as advertised. The cable was out for our entire stay, the wifi worked fine until our last 2 days. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful, clean campground. Staff was great! Brittany and James went above and beyond and helped me and my family during our stay! We can’t wait to return next season! Patio 97!

We have been to several KOA’s on our travels the last 22 weeks and this is by far the best ever!!! Brittany, Shelby, Nick, James and Carol are all amazing helpful employees! We ended u staying for almost 10 days due to an issue with our slide and everyone was so helpful they made what could have been a horrible visit into an awesome stay. This is a very convenient location to KC without the busy and noise. We were in town for a family event and stayed in a Kabin. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The host was absolutely the friendliest person. She and her crew definitely care about the property and the guests. She does great events and really cares. Bathrooms - the cleanest I have ever had at campgrounds.

The facility was very well kept and amenities were wonderful. The cabin I stayed in met my needs completely. Brittany, the site manager, was immensely helpful to me dealing with a personal situation where I needed early check-in to get some extra sleep as a safety factor for my cross country travel. I am extremely grateful for her kindness.

Had a good time,but one thing we did not care for was the beds,hard to sleep in them, the bunk beds were to hard,the big bed was like a water bed not nice at all to sleep on.

We loved the accessibility of this KOA and the closeness to the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shelby at the office was exceptionally great. And the guys picking up garbage was a nice surprise! What we didn't favor was the RV sites didn't have any shade, but nice spots for cooler weather. The deluxe cabins were great, just the right size & A/C was cool!

Couldn't get door to cabin to open from code then realized the doesn't even shut completely. Table by the was sticky from something and ac very weak and only 1 vent adjusted. Had tent spot 1st and thought I was upgrading for another 73 and change...not worth 110+ at all. Told the counter girl about all this, she said "ok" no offer to move, no discount, no help.. reimburse for tent site

Wonderful stay! Staff was so awesome! Shelby in the office, and Nick was our Escort! Cleanest pool we’ve been to in our whole KOA stay across the country! The entire campground great! Spoke with Brittany, the new park manager, while she was putting on the foam party for the kids. So nice and helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Definitely will stay again. We highly recommend! I can not say enough good things about this KOA!! The staff goes above and beyond! They really are a well oiled machine here!! We had a wonderful stay at the KOA in Oak Grove. We've already had people ask about our trip and have recommended they visit there. We were impressed with the amount of things available for our kids. They had a lot of fun. Thanks for making our visit worth it!

We absolutely loved the deluxe cabins. It was perfect for our needs, cozy (in a great way), and the park was beautiful. The pedal cars the kids rented need a little maintenance, but otherwise we all had a good time.

It was beautiful! We had an amazing experience! Lois and Dean are awesome! The girls In the store were so friendly and helpful! They helped us out when we had issues with our RV. Louis put fresh rock down on our site and made it look amazing!

The staff is super friendly , my kids had a good time .we stayed in a delux cabin it’s so nice and clean I liked how it came with plates,cups , utensils , and coffee. The cabin was very clean and comfy. My kids had a good time can’t wait to comeback!

Got in to check in at 5:15 PM and the front desk was already closed so we couldn’t get any firewood. Our keypad to the cabin was finicky. Bathrooms need some cleaning.

This cabin was the cleanest cabin we have even stayed. Very nice. Our only complaint was there were no trash bags and we couldn’t have the garbage. BUT other than that this cabin was lovely!

We Stayed For A Long Weekend In The Wagon Here In December. The Wagon, Store, and Bath Houses Were Very Clean. We Ran Into Some Hiccups Our First Night, But After Having A Very Friendly Conversation With The Lady At The Counter And The Manager, Our Issues Were Addressed and A More Than Reasonable Solution Was Enacted Upon By The Manager. Will Stay Here Again!

Two night stay, very friendly staff, our site was fairly level and long enough to leave our tow dolly attach and park our car. Power post & sewer dump are spaced apart enough to be reached with standard power cable & 20' sewer hose. Clean facilities with plenty of hot water.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.
