We are open year-round and offer monthly rates for extended stays from October 1st to April 1st. (We have a very limited number of sites available for the full season - rates are subject to change between in-season and off-season).
This is a great option for families visiting loved ones in the Kansas City area. It is also convenient for people who travel by RV for work, such as construction workers and traveling nurses. Our laundry room has 4 sets of washers and dryers and is open 24/7. We also have a fully stocked store. All of our extended stay sites are 30/50 amp service full hookup with cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Monthly Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children; any extra people will have an additional fee. Sites come with cable, sewer, water, and WIFI. Sites are 30/50 amp back-in sites only. The rate is $1,000.00 per month, which includes your electric up to 500 KW (anything over that you pay).
We can fill up, so sites are subject to availability. Please contact us by emailing the completed forms listed below that include 1) type of rig, 2) length of rig, 3) year of rig, 4) pictures of all four sides if the rig is 10 years or older, and 5) contact phone number.
