The service was fine.. nice staff. But bath and restrooms were old and miserable. Not the standard I was expecting from a koa campsite.

The checkin process went good. They escourted us to the site. There were only a few people at other sites. Our site was close to the waste water lagoon. This site was at the back of the park. There were several empty sites closer to the building. The sites were not maintained very well. There were long term sites on the perimeter that were not well kept. It was not what I would expect from a KOA.

Paid for premium site. Wondering why we had a rusty shaky metal table/chairs and bbq when others had nice recycled plastic patio furniture. The laundry was nice with numerous machines. The pizza was good.

Great location, right off the highway. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were clean and well kept. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

We had originally planned on only one night but decide to spend two nights here. Got caught up on laundry, etc. Nice office people, very helpful. Very clean park.

Everything was clean. The premium site was beautiful. Surroundings and offerings for kids were great. I had a medical emergency. Your staff was so supportive in offering us a late departure. They also let us know if we had to stay in town they would make sure we had another site. The staff was so kind and helpful.

Our stay was local to test out a new to us travel trailer. We booked our site for 30 days. We ended up staying 8 nights total due to a leak we had dealer repair. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool for half of the days (due to weather). Staff is friendly. Campground is clean and quiet.

Well kept site overall. No shade at our site. Some long term residents with poorly kept areas. Guests not keeping pets on their leashes could be a hazard; one pit bull and one German shepherd frequently running freely before owners would corral them. Swimming pool very refreshing. Courteous staff. A welcomed rest area after driving on I44. Thanks!

Kinda lame. Spent 57.00 for a night then bought a bottle of water. Clerk says I “needed to spend $5 to use a credit card”-I said “the $57 doesn’t count?” He said “No. I already rang that up” Kind of a dope, but who am I going to argue with? I’m

Seems unkept. Grass was long. Person working front desk wasn’t as friendly as other KOAs we have stayed at. It was fine for the overnight stay but would not stay there again.

This was an overnight stop for me. A little hard to find - signage could be a little more prominent. Easy check in. Everything worked as it should. A few more trees would be nice. Would stay again if I was in the area.

We had a level site. It was Site 657. I did laundry. Laundry room was OK. They had several washers and dryers. All seemed to be in working order. They also had a large heavy duty washer and dryer, which was nice for large items. Location was great, right off of I-44. Lots of gas options and fast food very close.

We always enjoy our visits here. Our main issue is the wifi system. Plus Joplin can be very rainy and the bathhouse can be a long wet walk. The hosts here are so nice and helpful.

We were parked in back by full time residents. Sites cluttered & not kept up. Old dilapidated rv’s. Not a park for travelers. Many koa should be roa’s. Residents of America.

The FHU pull through site was very spacious and our 30 foot trailer and 3/4 ton truck easily fit in the pull through spot. The park was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

I needed a place for a 1 night stay. Check in was smooth. When I got to the site there was no electricity which was fixed within 5 mins. I fished the pond and caught some small perch and saw some nice sized catfish. It was extremely quiet at night and I slept like a baby. Overall great stay

Beer drinking fellows at the pool with 5 kids looking for trouble the person at the office didn't seem to care the site smells like sewage notclean and the showers and toilets we unexceptable this turn us off from KOA in the future and we will be glad to tell all our friends about this camping in mo.

The host was rude. Blaming me for a camper for getting stuck in a muddy sight. Several other graveled sights but the host guided a heavy Rv into the mud. The camper was stupid for following but the host said it was because my truck was slightly hanging out in the pathway 2 or 3 feet. I reviewed my dash cam to verify this. One night.............RV Park is a zero.........gravel streets and sites, pot holes, nothing to rave about. Over priced at $74 per night. Will never return.

Very rude people that take care of you. A homeless man sleeping in the campground the caretakers drove right by him and didn’t do anything. A pond on the property said hazardous waste water. What is that about? The only good thing was the pool.

Bathrooms and laundry roomwere not as clean as other KOAs but were adequate. Sites grassy for tents but not so nice when its raining.

Near I44, yet with trees and design to reduce road noise. Washrooms need updating. Showers are cramped and the room is dark. Sites are close and not that private.
