cabin was inadequate in offering a kitchen for food preparation; bathroom had no room and had no door at all; cheerless was the word for decor and ambience; pool was lovely but without an inch of shade. Staff were polite and helpful; a refund for time not spent there because of a guest's illness, very fair to us. We have enjoyed many other KOA campgrounds that knew how to make the park a happy.

Overall really enjoyed our visit. The only frustrations were that in our cabin we had to unplug everything to get to the main outlet just to use the provided coffee maker. There was also only one caffeinated coffee packet. Lastly, communication regarding check-in/check-out process was lacking. The process was super simple, we just would have liked it written somewhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Well laid out cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work in updating your cabins. Having nice seating to watch TV was appreciated as was the microwave and full size fridge. Table and chairs also a plus. A/C worked well. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed overnight in a cabin. They are rustic by a pond. The problem is the door didn’t close all the way to seal (we are talking 1 inch gap) So l luckily we had paper towels and stuffed the door seal. We probably won’t stop at this one again

The cabin was full of ants! The grass was uncut. The women's bathroom shower had mildew on the walls.I have stayed at many KOA throughout the country, this was very disappointing.

Facilities are in need of updates, no one seems to care what the place looks like. Deluxe cabin was rough, and looked like a poor college student's apartment. Things were clean, just unappealing, not what I expect at KOA. Corporate should do something fast!

Our cabin was fine. I don't know why they gave us the one that looked the worst, when there was nobody else there. The others looked updated from the outside and had better porch to sit on. Ours was run down.

Loved the cabin location. The campgrounds were very quaint. If I had one thing to share would be the refrigerator was not clean. I had to wipe it down and put paper towels on the shelves.

All staff super helpful and sweet. Cabins clean and cozy, beautiful pond view, great dog park. I was just passing through on my way to Texas but I'm so thankful I reserved a spot here. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Great place to stay!

The Cozy cabin was clean and had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The owners/host were met us to make sure we had what we needed even though it was after hours. Thank you! There is a nice pet park and plenty of room to walk your pet.

Typical KOA cleanliness and decent Amenities for cabin, unfortunately the cabin didn’t have a heater and night time temps dropped in the 40s so the cabin temp was 50ish degrees. The cabins can use painting too

Disappointed. Stayed in a rustic one room cabin. The good: pleasant husband/team. Slept well. Quiet. The bad: Although clean on the inside, huge spider & webs on the outside. Torn window screen. Bathroom needs updating and just felt unclean. Left without using the shower. Not what I expect from a KOA. Will not return.

We got to the KOA to find an unpleasant host, who also happened to be very unkept person.She tells us a man on a golf cart will show us where the cabin is. He was rude also. We are not used to this type of behavior as we have stayed at MANY KOA camps. We get to our Delux cabin to find fithy floor and mouse droppings in the kitchen, the man yelled at us and said it was ants in the drawer, said we

We love this KOA!! Very well maintained, the bathrooms and cabins are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Our dogs love playing in the dog park and checking for birds near the pond. While close to some major roads you would never know it.

The campground is kept very clean. The grass is kept nicely mowed with no weeds. The employees are very professional and courteous. The sites are nice and level with some shade.
