I am not sure why there is a strict 10am check out for a campsite in a campground with numerous openings. 11am is best

Arrived after hours and in the dark. Someone with the Kampground happened to see us pull in, and even though they were in their pajamas, they led us to our site. Very nice piece of customer service right there.

Just passing through for a one nighter. Easy to navigate, setup on level ground, and sit back to relax.

People running this KOA were very friendly. The sites were flat. The only things I was concerned about were the wastewater pond and a puppy left unattended. The wastewater pond should have a fence around it to prevent anyone going into it. The puppy was left unattended and was under the camper to keep cool. There was a notice about dogs being left unattended, but this was a seasonal camper.

There was a large fallen tree branch in the exit road that nobody removed during the 20 hours we were there. Might be short staffed.

If the laundry facility isn’t working you should be discounting the stay. Even telling folks up front that it’s not working would be helpful. Also Had 2 dogs running loose in the campground in the morning.

The convenience of the RV is top notch, right on I-44. You cannot beat that type of location. The park looked empty, well there are other RVs there but you can tell those lots with RVs are under some type of seasonal situation. And the bath house was old but and cleaned but sort of on it's last leg. It needs a serious update. This RV park has so much potential.

Extremely hot one night stop. Didn’t use facilities just hookups. Looks like pretty good place. Maybe needs a little maintenance/touch ups here and there.

End cap was Great especially after a new 30amp breaker was replaced. I did find the small screw in the grass and replaced it for you.

With the addition of 3 Love's RV locations within 30 miles of this KOA I was disappointed in both the cost and condition of the Campground. (1) - Check-Out time 10:00 am??? - With No/Minimal clean-up need at the site why is there a 10:00 am check-out? (2) - Loves is offering 12:00 Check-In and 12:00 Check-Out, ~ $58.00, maintained lots (some are concrete pads), close proximity to food etc...

This campground is a halfway point in our travels. Easy to get in and out. Perfect stopping point with full hook ups

Our stay was just an overnight so it was accommodating for that purpose. My impression is it appears to be an older park that needs some attention. Reason being is there was a serious electrical problem at the laundromat. I got the feeling it was a normal occurrence that is only fixed temporarily, never completely resolved.

I came in very late for the stay and did a self register at the front desk. The restroom code was not provided on the info packet which was quite inconvenient after long day driving! I checked other site packets and same issue and could not find it posted elsewhere. Otherwise campground is good but that was a BIG issue so deducted 2 stars.

This is message I shared with corporate KOA. The camp was so rundown that after being escorted to our site we never shutoff the engine and immediately found an alternate campground 45 minutes away and left.There was a row of what must have been long term stays that looked more like a dilapidated junk yard. The grass was not mowed and there was a moss covered "pond" at the back.

Check in person may have been having a bad day, and it showed. Compared to other KOAs, sites have some deferred maintenance.

Love this campground. The people were very friendly, campground was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and loved feeding the fish and turtles in their pond. High recommend.

Camp seemed very old and tired. Bathrooms were not clean. Grounds needed attention. One pond totally covered in algae. Other pond overgrown.

For perspective I was a long term RVer for almost 8 years. Till this day I have no idea why you would put a one nighter (me) between two long termers. We have different expectations. I was hoping for a view and some relaxation. Instead I got to watch the back (and crack) trying to fix his water situation. Think next time on placement of campers.

Upon arriving the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ask about topping off the propane before going to my site. The lady who greeted me was more than happy to take care of the propane and get me on my way. I was lead to the site which was nice. Given the wet weather they had the grounds were a bit soggy but manageable. Their pizza was great.

This park is very clean and the management is always ready to help!!! There is great laundry room on site as well and very clean!!!

The campground is kept very clean. The grass is kept nicely mowed with no weeds. The employees are very professional and courteous. The sites are nice and level with some shade.
