The person who thinks he is an electrician,said my unit had a problem because it will work on my generator but not on the parks electricity.My surge protector showed one leg down.power is power regardless of where it comes from!You want more? Ask everyone that moved to another spot or spent the night w/o electric!

Nice staff. Poor run-down facilities. It was a place to stay. That was about it. We've been to so many great KOAs. This was not one of them.

We came into town for a college graduation event at Missouri Southern University. The location is very convenient and close to our family.

Very accommodating on an unscheduled early check in. Thanks. Nice shaded area. Unfortunately we had to move that evening because of a power outage. KOA host did there best to make the move simple

Very nice campground. Very flat, spacious site and easy in and out. Only one bath house. Would be nice if there was a bath house on the back of the campground.

Overnight stay. Owners very accommodating as we changed reservations a few times. Check in was quick and host escorted us to our site with full explanations of park amenities. Lost h2o pressure after hours. Hosts quickly alerted us of a water leak. They had a service crew on site almost immediately and pressure was restored in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service. Would def stay again.

Only 2 nights, enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings. Would have li,Ed a hot tub and another dumpster further back in the park, but those are the only suggestions. Loved the staff, very kind and helpful.

I was very happy with my greeting and escort to my site. My dogs loved the grass and Pond (the ducks like to tease the dogs) my stay was short but, I would stop again on my way thru on my travels.

We stayed two days and forgot to get a WIFI code for second night and they expired but it was after hours so no WIFI. A code is only good fir one night

Easy and wonderful. We had been on the road three day already, and the Joplin Kamp is like home as we headed on to St. Louis.

As with most KOAs these days the campgrounds are showing their age. Campsite was gravel but level. Had been raining and was good if you stayed on the gravel. Easy in and out for us, 38 foot Fifth wheel with a 4 door Ram truck. Pleasant staff that led us to our site. We stayed 1 night in a pull through.

The Joplin Journey KOA is a great campground on I44 in Joplin, Mo. easy access off and on ramps. The Owners / Managers are very nice and accommodating. There are restroom/ showers available , a full laundry , playground and dog park. You can also refill propane. In addition there are Large RV Pull-thru sites that can accommodate large RV's. Various tent sites with level ground and access. Easy check-in service for late arrivals. There are Truck plazas, fast food, grocery supplies all nearby. There is a small store on site with many convenience supplies. I full time and travel in a 40 ft Motorhome towing. ** there are dirt and gravel roads the owners grates so roads are not primarily paved but still in good condition and maintained. This is a campground that can easily accommodate large rvs with pull thrus and large groups. This is not a Rv resort but instead has nature and very clean and quiet. There is some noise level at various hours of the day due to the close proximity of the Interstate and nearby businesses. I have stayed at this park numerous times and will continue to stay because of the kindness of the local owners. The park is a family oriented park that is quiet and doesn't have loud parties and feels safe.

This place is very clean and pleasant Dave and Tina are helpful just ask... You can feed the turtles and geese ... Which is cool ...I'm staying in a long-term spot and it's nice . I hope they get the pool going !!
