Just an overnight stop over but great place for the night, everything really clean and after hours check in was flawless ... we will stop again on the way back east! great amenities and camp grounds immaculate!

They charges us $150 for electricity for 15 days that’s more than I spend on my property for a month. Price was the same as The Galveston Hoiliday resort. Very disappointed. Not very friendly. I’ll tell people to stay away.

Too close to multiple truck stops. Lots of dead branches on trees overhanging kids playground. Pond is a lovely shade of green.

First, let me say we have been on a 8 week trip and stayed in many KOA's along the way. Upon arrival to the Joplin KOA the office smelled like animals/animal urine and appeared to be very run down. The campground itself was less than impressive. While sitting outside during the evening there was a domestic dispute including very loud yelling and foul language, in the very back of the park.

Campground was nice, quiet and clean. Whoever was in the office though was stand offish and non-personable.

Overall really enjoyed our visit. The only frustrations were that in our cabin we had to unplug everything to get to the main outlet just to use the provided coffee maker. There was also only one caffeinated coffee packet. Lastly, communication regarding check-in/check-out process was lacking. The process was super simple, we just would have liked it written somewhere. Thanks for a great stay!

I am not sure why there is a strict 10am check out for a campsite in a campground with numerous openings. 11am is best

Arrived after hours and in the dark. Someone with the Kampground happened to see us pull in, and even though they were in their pajamas, they led us to our site. Very nice piece of customer service right there.

Just passing through for a one nighter. Easy to navigate, setup on level ground, and sit back to relax.

People running this KOA were very friendly. The sites were flat. The only things I was concerned about were the wastewater pond and a puppy left unattended. The wastewater pond should have a fence around it to prevent anyone going into it. The puppy was left unattended and was under the camper to keep cool. There was a notice about dogs being left unattended, but this was a seasonal camper.

There was a large fallen tree branch in the exit road that nobody removed during the 20 hours we were there. Might be short staffed.

If the laundry facility isn’t working you should be discounting the stay. Even telling folks up front that it’s not working would be helpful. Also Had 2 dogs running loose in the campground in the morning.

The convenience of the RV is top notch, right on I-44. You cannot beat that type of location. The park looked empty, well there are other RVs there but you can tell those lots with RVs are under some type of seasonal situation. And the bath house was old but and cleaned but sort of on it's last leg. It needs a serious update. This RV park has so much potential.

Extremely hot one night stop. Didn’t use facilities just hookups. Looks like pretty good place. Maybe needs a little maintenance/touch ups here and there.

End cap was Great especially after a new 30amp breaker was replaced. I did find the small screw in the grass and replaced it for you.

With the addition of 3 Love's RV locations within 30 miles of this KOA I was disappointed in both the cost and condition of the Campground. (1) - Check-Out time 10:00 am??? - With No/Minimal clean-up need at the site why is there a 10:00 am check-out? (2) - Loves is offering 12:00 Check-In and 12:00 Check-Out, ~ $58.00, maintained lots (some are concrete pads), close proximity to food etc...

Well laid out cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work in updating your cabins. Having nice seating to watch TV was appreciated as was the microwave and full size fridge. Table and chairs also a plus. A/C worked well. Would definitely stay again.

This campground is a halfway point in our travels. Easy to get in and out. Perfect stopping point with full hook ups

Our stay was just an overnight so it was accommodating for that purpose. My impression is it appears to be an older park that needs some attention. Reason being is there was a serious electrical problem at the laundromat. I got the feeling it was a normal occurrence that is only fixed temporarily, never completely resolved.

We only stayed overnight in a cabin. They are rustic by a pond. The problem is the door didn’t close all the way to seal (we are talking 1 inch gap) So l luckily we had paper towels and stuffed the door seal. We probably won’t stop at this one again

I came in very late for the stay and did a self register at the front desk. The restroom code was not provided on the info packet which was quite inconvenient after long day driving! I checked other site packets and same issue and could not find it posted elsewhere. Otherwise campground is good but that was a BIG issue so deducted 2 stars.

The campground is kept very clean. The grass is kept nicely mowed with no weeds. The employees are very professional and courteous. The sites are nice and level with some shade.
