good for overnight stays. Highway is loud at times. Not much in the store and not many other campers. There are a few permanent campers

I couldn't get into the bathroom. One of the numbers on the key pad would not work and I got timed out. I called, no one answered. Thought I would try again and a man driving by stopped by and helped He said it was the handle but he couldn't get it opened either and was timed out. He was able to override and I got in briefly. Sink handle fell off, I couldn't get in again so no shower.

Easy access if you are just passing through or visiting Joplin. Sites are close but level. Hookups worked well. Amenities are clean. Nearby falls are a must see. Would definitely use this campground again.

Apart from an easy off/on the highway and available full hookups, I would not recommend this campground. Clearly the owners of this KOA do not care about the campground because everything is worn, tired and broken down. Walk around and you'll see things like random wood debris laying in the grass, roof shingles in the roads, porch boards on the KOA cabins warped.

Tree in campsites had shed tons of prickly black gum balls that my dog had to step on. Big mud holes on the gravel edge roadway. Dog Park was good size and centrally located. Great greenspace and nice ponds.

As with all KOAs, Joplin had what I needed as a tent camper. I annually stop here going down to watch college baseball.

Cut the grass by the sites. We love this place but the lawn is always crazy high. Hard to pick up dog poo

Great place to stop when we're visiting family. Nothing fancy about the grounds but a very clean, well maintained campground. Love the pizza delivery.

We had some issues with the landing gear on our fifth wheel when trying to check out, causing us to have to check out late. Staff here was very understanding of the situation and made an unfortunate situation manageable.

Our camping experience was very enjoyable. My family loved the fishing pond my 5 year old son caught his first ever fish by him self and then continued to catch 5 more. We also loved the feeding pond. My only suggestion is put one of those coin operate we machines with fish food on the feed pond and also which I know this is just from the wind but there was alot of litter in the feed pond

No grass was cut anywhere even our site. Then smelled sewer the site next to us no camper there but the sewer was plugged and all over the ground so we moved to another site. The guy was very friendly and nice but we will not stay there again.

Over priced for the condition. The grass wasn't mowed and sites are close together. Junk everywhere - old washer or dryer on the basketball court. A little maintenance and a fewer trips to the landfill would improve the place.

Our spot was fine although it seemed all the campers in the park were on top of us. With your lack of bathhouses I found this to be uncomfortable. I understand it’s a journey. Also it was loud from hwy

Site was full of dead leaves from last fall. Looks like no maintenance has been done since winter or last summer. The cost was way too high for what we got. Won’t stay here again.

They were very friendly and helped us with whatever we would need. The campground was very clean. The showers were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our first KOA experience. To be honest it was just fine. Nothing wrong, just nothing special. We came in at 5:30 PM. The office was still open. We were led to our campsite by a gentleman in a golf cart. That was very kind. The K9 dog park grass was long but it is March so I’m sure the grass has not been cut yet. Neighbors were kind and the area was mostly clean.

I won't recommend because no one I know will be in the vicinity. KOAs, for the most part, are over-priced for the facilities. The sites, the ambience, and the restrooms are often average at best.. I resent paying over $60 to pull in, sleep, and leave, using no facilities. There should be options for people to sleep safely for a night. For these reasons, I've not renewed my Rewards.

Just stayed one night on the way home It was super convenient to get to The camping spots were large and easy to get in to The showers were very nice and everything was very clean

Bathrooms and laundry roomwere not as clean as other KOAs but were adequate. Sites grassy for tents but not so nice when its raining.

Near I44, yet with trees and design to reduce road noise. Washrooms need updating. Showers are cramped and the room is dark. Sites are close and not that private.
