While there were several empty spots in the shade with some privacy, we were assigned an end spot with roads on 3 sides and no shade whatsoever. I think our space assignment was based on their convenience rather than our comfort.

Easy off and on. We had a level site in the back of park which was very quiet. Just there for one night but will definitely be back. Great staff.

Clean bathrooms lots of water pressure. Grass was a little high, definitely needed weed eating. Outdoor kitchen was nice except really dirty. Little TLC and it would have been a 10.

mostly full time living! Uncut grass things just look shabby. Stubs for the sewer connect are above the camper. Told just pull through another site to dump tanks. Place wasn't 1/2 full so why didn't you put us in a site that the sewer was usable. Short if you have another option don't stay here.

Staff was super friendly. Cabins are awesome and clean, but the bathrooms and showers are a rough.

I like that there was plenty of space between campers. Nice and quiet. Campground was better then some KoA holidays.

I can always depend on KOA journey campgrounds. Joplin KOA, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hook ups are well placed. Good consistent electrical power. Water pressure was also at least 50 psi. I’m pleased , and a Happy Camper.

Easy to get to, staff is great, sites are nice and level with all the utilities including cable. The campground is clean, safe and up to date. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place - maybe you can plant more trees. We were only passing through so it didn't matter TOO much to us, but trees are always nice. Possibly make a note to people in the women's restroom that the timer is the light switch. It went off during my shower - someone turned it on I guess because the lights came back on, but I didn't think to look for that to be a light switch.

We love this KOA!! Very well maintained, the bathrooms and cabins are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Our dogs love playing in the dog park and checking for birds near the pond. While close to some major roads you would never know it.

My husband is a disabled veteran who needs medical equipment to send updates to his Dr. The internet will not run fast enough to transfer the needed data. We have stayed here several times before it is convenient, this time we had little to no internet.

We were just there one night. Front desk very friendly. One recommendation would be when the weather is stormy let travelers know if you have a storm shelter. I forgot to ask.

We stayed twice this summer. The first time, I was nice and close to the dog park so I could take my pups there to be off leash. The second time, there was quite a powerful storm around 4am. We ended up with some rain in our camper, but other than that it was a nice stay. We know you had nothing to do with the weather. Will probably stay here again.

I only use the bathhouse while doing laundry next door. I've stayed here several times, the bathhouse has never been as clean as it should be but this time it was disgusting. Also it was in the 90s but the AC in the laundry room wasn't on.

Your showers were small and the men’s side showers were dirty. There were ants in both the basic cabin and the deluxe cabin. We appreciated the easy access and trees.

They're doing the best they can with what they've got. Level site, good water, weak wifi. Free fish food for the pond.

The workers were very friendly and when we came in late we were showed which cabin was ours. There were bugs all over the ceiling and walls in the 1st one. They moved us over to the next cabin. Floors needed a good mopping, fridge was dirty, mouse poop in drawers. Workers were kind to let us stay till noon with the wife being sick the next morning. This KOA needs help getting in shape.

The staff is great! The location is convenient. Our site was well maintained. I rate it as mediocre because aside from the pool and showers it doesn't appear much effort is made to maintain the place. The gazebo by the pond to feed the fish had spider webs between every beam of the fence and all around the roof. And there was a homeless person laying down there.

I was not happy that the lights at each site were so bright and contribute to light pollution (due to no shield to keep light directed down to surrounding area). Otherwise, well maintained

Bathrooms and laundry roomwere not as clean as other KOAs but were adequate. Sites grassy for tents but not so nice when its raining.

Near I44, yet with trees and design to reduce road noise. Washrooms need updating. Showers are cramped and the room is dark. Sites are close and not that private.
