This rating is affected by the weather in Joplin during our stay (and some trouble we had with our RV) neither of which the KOA could control. The park was only partially full. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restrooms were dated but clean. The sites were level and large enough for us to settle comfortably. We had absolutely no problems with electricity or water.

It was a short stay, just one night, and the weather was very cold with a good amount of snow. The campsite is very nice and the person I dealt with was very nice and very helpful. I will be back.

I needed a place to stay for eight hours sleep that had a dog park and was close to the expressway, while on my trip to Arizona. It worked very well for that. I did not participate in any of the other amenities.

We come by here often on cross-country trips along Rt 66. Good spot even near the truck stops and highway.

Overnight stay so can only comment on after-hours. Picked Up reservation -- EASY Clear information for our spot! Easy to use for a first timer! Check out was simple (also no contact, pre-hours).

Pleasant. Had to extend our stay. Very nice and easy to do so. I felt like grounds were kept clean and neat. Pet area was enjoyed by our 8 month old puppy.

We have stayed here with the same owners once or twice a year for 15 years on our way to and from Texas. It is convenient and has all we need. Last year we stayed for almost a month due to RV problems and they took good care of us.

lady waited 10 minutes so we could check in, they were closing. Little disappointed that laundry was closed at that time too. Worker in store not friendly at all. Bathroom light on timer not enough time to even shower.Wont be back

Old small bathroom stalls and small showers with poor water pressure and very little hot water , another locaitons that needs an upgrade to offer prospective campers / RV 'ers

Just for an overnight, however it was a wonderful campground, neat clean, friendly people. All amenities looked new and well kept. The store was meticulously maintained, will be back.

The person at the desk was very unfriendly. The spot we had was fine but I did not like the fact that so many of the spots have people living in the RV park full time. We have stayed at many KOA parks but will not stay at this one again.

My dog got attacked by another dog and the front office didn't care .

The campground was pretty nice showers and bathroom were clean campsites clean and pretty level. My issue which is pretty important, the playground did not have benches to watch my Granddaughter play & there was no fire pit in our site only in the upgraded sites, we like to roast marshmallows on our last night. So that is why I only gave 3* overall.
