We have stayed in many different RV campgrounds/resorts and this was a GEM. We really enjoyed the location. It was clean, graveled well, and amenities were great.

Have stayed here twice now, clean, and nice. Wifi not as good as they think, and their sites are close to each other and need some gravel

Immaculate grounds, attentive staff, plenty of activities. Sites, although mostly in an odd configuration, were not cramped. The dog park was somewhat neglected but there was a large, mowed field to walk your dogs. The park was quiet and the long term sites well kept with no add-ons or storage buildings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again!

Great layover spot for use while traveling from Indiana to North Carolina. Always a friendly staff member to check us in and I’d say probably the easiest and fastest check ever.

It was good. I really liked the place and people. Only downfall was not being aloud to fish or swim after 11 on check out day. I've stayed at many koa, Panama city being the most frequent one, and they always let the kids swim for a couple hours after and that would always help settle them down for the trip. So not sure I would stay with the little ones again unless I was staying longer, maybe!

Plenty of amenities for multi day stays. Sites themselves are terrible. Gravel (some) overgrown with weeds, tree roots showing. The sites with patio slab were poured above ground meaning your steps may not extend or if you park away from the slab, slides may hit utility pole. Typical KOA pricing, $20+ higher than non KOA parks.

Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. Need arrows showing direction of travel. Saw too many people traveling the wrong way in the campground. Need to cut back some of the trees at the entrance.

Our family met here for a long weekend getaway. The reservations were easily booked and the campground is well maintained with friendly staff.

Check was seamless, courteous and pleasant. We were then guided to our spot which was awesome. He even assisted with spotting the length into the proper position. Grandkids loves the swimming hole. I really like the log style restrooms and cedar interior.

Did not really know what to expect when arriving to KOA but when we drove up WOW! Small Swimming lake with beach! Fishing ponds! Guided to our site by a very nice person on Golf cart, he even went to camp store and brought us some ice! Our campsite included a charbroil grill, nice fire pit, rocking chair and table and chairs! The big field for our pets was a bonus!

Not impressed with this place. Felt like you were stuffed in a sardine can. You are literally right on top of your neighbor.

Very clean with good pull-through sites. Bathrooms were "family" which was very nice, and there was a off leash dog area.

Our spot wasn't very level and we were on top of the trailer next to us. They bathrooms were very clean and they had great green space for playing ball with our dog. They were very accommodating when I got sick and needed to stay an extra day. You can hear the highway, but it wasn't bad, it was pretty quiet at night.

Just overnight, but seems like a nice campground, with a pond for swimming, but as I say we were in and out. Bathhouse was very good.

Hosts were awesome! But campground needs to be closed for repair. No fire rings, landscaping minimal. Worst was 30/50 service…, even using 30 amp was inadequate to run for minimal use. Love KOAs, hope you fix this one.

We were coming through and just needed a spot for the night. We have a 40 foot fifth wheel and arrived right around 9:30. A kind gentleman, unfortunately, I did not catch his name, happened to be walking through and gave us advice on how to get to our site. It was a end pull through site, which was very convenient and level. We didn’t even have to unhook. We will definitely stay there again.

The best part of this park is the pools, laundry, restrooms and private showers plus a great office /general store. The sites are large and spacious and activities are outstanding. There are immature trees at almost every site with gravel pads and grass. There has been very little rain this year so the grass is very parse.

The campgrounds were clean, the bath houses were nice and spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. My kids had a blast and we will definitely be back.

I was very impressed by this KOA! The staff was by far the friendliest staff we've ever met, so helpful and kind. The bathrooms we're very clean and the sites were well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the beach and inflatables. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
