�� 1 Star The staff were friendly, which is the only reason I gave this KOA 1 star. The cabin was moldy inside and out, the area around it was a complete mud hole, and the railing was unsafe and falling apart. The bathhouse was disgusting—smelled like sewage, had moldy shower curtains, grime, and cobwebs. Overall, the maintenance and upkeep were terrible. I would not stay here again.

Very rude supplied very poor linens the blankets was thinner than the sheets ,then when we checkout my husband cleaned the cabin better than when we arrived and the lady said the housekeeper told her it was ok and said it very condensing the cabin outside smelled like raw sewage so we cooked out at the cabin my daughter rented k2 wasn't relaxing or what we expected

It was beautiful and very clean , only down fall is the cabin at k2 heat didn’t work in one of the rooms and the heat in the other room isn’t enough to keep cabin warm . We froze … it was awful

We stayed here last year, and loved it! So this year we decided to stay here again. We rented a cabin this time, and it was just as nice. The staff was incredible as always! Thank you for a great stay! We look forward to staying again soon.

Always a great stay, staff is always very kind no matter who is in the office. I love coming to this location every time such a mom and pop feel. I love the privacy also, nobody bothers anyone, everyone keeps to themselves. The best part, the little orange cat, he is the best! 3 years in a row, see you next year!

No hot water in cabin when I arrived. Called after hours phone and left message. No return phone call. Called office next morning at 9am. I was asked to try the work-a- around to fix problem. Did not work. Maintenance arrived quickly. Were not able to fix. Second person arrived quickly and got it going. Had to use the work-a- around many times a day to get hot water.

We were not aware you were still having issues with the hot water. We absolutely would have come back down to take a better look if you had let us know or even offered you a different cabin to give you hot water.

The cabin was filthy! Mouse poop everywhere, cobwebs everywhere. The only thing clean were the linens because they smelled like bleach. We had 4 towels/wash clothes and had to continuously take them to the office and wait for them to be washed, no new towels were provided.

We are disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. I wish you would've told us while you were here. We did replace your linens each day because you brought them to us. We do not normally do this because there are laundry facilities on site. You were given new towels each time.

We loved our stay, but the water did not get warm enough in the shower. A staff member checked it for us, but it still didn't get hot.

Was thankful that this cabin had linens, pillows, sheets. blanket.. everything one would need. After driving 9 hours one wya, and arriving here that was a blessing! I was disappointed that there was no hot water throughout the stay! Yes it was an on demand hot water heater, but because the propane was running low to this cabin, there wasn't enough juice to make the hot water.Big burneron tove also

Staff are extremely friendly and hours of operation are great. Stayed in a cabin this visit, table and chairs were sticky and we had to wash food residue off off both. Five out of six window blinds had broken/ missing blades, furniture very worn and expensive pet fees...$100 for our two pups. Pet fees should cover some repairs. Shower was very nice with plenty of warm water.

Thank you for your feedback. We will look into getting the windows fixed. New furniture has been ordered after a previous guest had done some damage. It just takes awhile to get it delivered becuase it is a custom size for this cabin.

The cabin needs a good cleaning and some repairs. The railing is detaching from the posts on the steps and I did not feel safe in using it. We stay here at least twice a year and love the campgrounds. Just needs some TLC

Had a GREAT time. But the restrooms stayed dirty/out of the paper towels. I rented a cabin and the mattress was horrible. No I did not tell anybody because I think they know how thick that mattress is. But the staff was fantastic over and beyond wonderful. The campground itself was great, clean wonderful would I pull my camper there absolutely felt safe the activities for the kids GREAT!

The bathrooms were filthy and smelled moldy. The door on cabin wouldn't open correctly. Highway noise was very noticable.

Cleanliness is not up to par as most other KOAs. From the campground to the cabins to the rv sites. However, staff and hospitality are outstanding.

Thank you for staying in one of our deluxe cabins. We are in the process of changing our cleaning procedures for these cabins. Not sure what opinion you would have on the rv sites since you stayed in a cabin, but we will take your comments into consideration.

I had a great time, it was a perfect spot to stop on a roadtrip. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and introduced me to the campground cats. I stayed in the cabin, and it was so nice and cozy. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. Our cabin was nice, but we had to remove 3 large bugs. The restrooms and showers were just gross. Some of it was dirt and mud being tracked in on people's feet. Toilets literally rocked on their base or didn't flush properly. Strong smell of septic. The dishwashing sink was full of cobwebs. On the plus side we were in front of a nice small pond with a fountain.

We liked the quaint cabin and the office people, especially the young lady that fixed our tv remote. I was disappointed with the qualities of some of the cabins items. The wood table was sticky because it needs to be refinished or at least put a table cloth on it. The holes in the blinds and kitchen dish towel and dish rag need to be replaced. One lady said the big bed felt like it was hay.

My only complaint is the money paid to stay in the cabin should include a washer/dryer to be used not separately (and the dryer did not work) I went to dry clothes at dryers in the laundry facilities with most of them not working as they need to be serviced and cleaned out so the air could flow!! I paid $1.50 per load and took 3 rounds to dry a load!! Love the camp ground, not our first time here

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the cabin, but have a few complaints. The kitchen table is very sticky and needs a good cleaning, as do the floors. I spilled some water on the floor and when i wiped it up, the paper towel was brown. The floors are dirty. There is some mold in the bathroom and the toilet wasn't cleaned very well. Thank you

The cabin was spotless—I was so impressed! Since we were right in front of the pond, I expected there might be some issues, but everything was incredibly clean and felt brand new. The entire property was very well maintained, and you can tell the owners take real pride in their place. Great job to them! �

It was terrible! I have stayed there many times in the past with great pleasure but will seek out another campground in the future. It was clear that our cabin hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Cobwebs everywhere, bathroom sink that backed up, shower curtain not long enough to keep water out of the floor and curtain was filthy,, filthy blinds broken or missing, pee stains in the bed. I could go on

not many activities for children, yes, fishing ponds good activity—- Miss a swimming pool and recreation room for kids. Should have floor mat outside of cabin and rug inside door way to wipe shoes off . Very rainy and mud , needed a rug! Good that there were not a lot of mosquitoes �

We do have a swim lake with the inflatbables in the water for everyone to enjoy. We also have a Gem Mine sluth, bike rentals, and a basketball hoop. We will look into getting floor mats thank you for the recommendation.

We had a great stay at the Huntington/ Fox Fire KOA! We stayed Monday thru Friday and it was a very relaxing and nice experience! We would like to visit again sometime!

We went looking for somewhere with something all of us could enjoy and found that here at your Milton KOA. Swimming, fishing, gem mine, kayaking, you name it! Every staff member we encountered (and even guests) were extra friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. We had the best time, only wish it was longer.

We had a great time 4th of July Weekend! Lots of activities, they don't allow fireworks in the park but they did provide sparklers for the kids, which I thought was a nice touch. The swimming ponds kept us cool in the heat wave. I would highly recommend this park to anyone traveling with kids.

We came with a group but there was no meeting place or game room - thought holidays were required to have. Bathrooms were not kept up.

Bring back the Saturday night movie during the summer. Staff was great. A new basketball rim wouldn’t hurt either or just rig up something to make it level.

Staff was very rude this year. Last year we had a great experience. We had a total of 8 campsites, so we had a lot of people. Owners said that we were letting more people stay than what we told them which is not true at all. I had friends stay the week prior and they said the same thing to them. They really ruined the experience for the adults. Was very rude and disrespectful.

KOA rules state a limit of 6 ppl per site. Rules also state quiet hours after 10pm, but you failed to mention the kids playing & riding bikes after midnight and the party that went on till 4:30AM, so yes our polite and respectful attitude was spent. Hope you find better accomodations next year!

This is a campground with cabins also but we were traveling thru to a destination. We stayed in our camper. We liked it well enough that we stayed again on our way home.
