The host was very nice and accommodating but there was no firewood as advertised for purchase. The grass was too tall and wet to have a fire in the ring. We were in the rustic cabins but one of the heaters did not work. We wanted to ask for a refund and move elsewhere but after 6pm, the office is closed.

Lacked ADA access to areas of promoted activities , thereby I fell and landed with my mobility scooter landed on top of me. I sustained multiple injuries such as a concussion. While the staff helped me up they did not call ems I did call when I got back to my cabin, I could not go to the hospital due to special circumstances. It was a good stopping point from Michigan traveling south. We enjoyed the hot showers, wifi and heated cabin.

The cabin was nice and everything was comfortable. The staff was very kind and accommodating. However we are usually tent campers and walking past those sites they are loud and bright. I wouldn't recommend for tents.

We enjoyed our pet friendly stay with Foxfire. It was beautiful and peaceful. Very convenient even for rustic cabin which I appreciated the l last minute accomodations. The only negative being the cabin was a bit dirty underbefs n in corners. Table had sticker residue left on it. Could have used a deep clean which is why I left my card! Thank you it was a great holiday for me! Merry Christmas!

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin, which we have stayed before in a few years back. Unfortunately, the cabin needs a bit of a refresh...the mattress on the bunk beds was like a rock, the road noise was heavy and the mini-split unit went on and off (very loudly) every 2-3 minutes, all night long. The was the unit right outside the main bedroom area. No sleep all night long...

This is our 5th year spending a weekend at Fox Fire KOA for Halloween. We come with a large group that grows every year. Our kids have so much fun. We look forward to it every year!

I stayed in a rustic cabin and the beds were very uncomfortable. I had the cabin booked for 2 nights, but left the second night and returned home. The cabin felt damp inside and the sewer smell was awful at night. The festivities were fun, but my overall experience was less than pleasant.

It was a very nice campground. Everybody was very friendly. The only downside to this day, and I know nothing can be done about it, but it was very loud being right next to the interstate. That would be the only reason I would not stay there again.

We had several problems during this last visit and were very disappointed because we were not notified of the problems prior to check-in or even during check-in. Microwave not working or being difficult, nothing was said even though it was finally replaced on Saturday. Stove not being in another cabin, electric griddles and hot plates could have been brought down from MI.

Great stay! We stayed in a cabin and it was one of the cleanest that I've ever seen from a KOA. Worth another trip in the future.

We had a good stay overall. We loved it. Our cabin was really nice and we were amazed at the facility. All the employees were nice except for Gretchen. She was beyond rude to our family as well as the family that went with us. Honestly, I have never been treated as badly by a customer service person as I was by her. However, I called and spoke to her boss and he said he would address it.

We were in the Lodge .I went to the office the first day asking for light bulbs to be replaced in the dark kitchen and above the dining room table. They weren't replaced. A wall-mounted soap dispenser in bathroom is needed. The highway noise was unbelievably loud at night-- trucks and motorcycles. Over time would have gotten used to it, but didn't get much sleep. Lodge was clean.

Great KOA with friendly accommodating staff. Cabin was clean. Only issue was structural - the closest water spigot to my cabin was pretty far away. (no water at cabin or parking - had to go visit a tent site on the other side of the pond.) Otherwise this place was amazing.

The camp ground was nice place but the one lady was very rude. I told her that there was a hole in the fence of the k9 park and she accused me of leaving my dogs unattended

We stayed in the lodge. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. However, if you plan to cook while there, bring your own pans. The pans were scorched on the bottom and not fit to cook in. We bought a set to use while there. The grill was missing one the protective guards that keeps grease from dropping directly onto the flames. The kids loved the inflatables and swimming pond.

Seriously, all my kids (ages 7-13) said our day at the KOA was the best day ever! Staff was super helpful and friendly, all facilities were clean, and we especially loved the water area with the paddle boats. We can’t wait to go back!

Great time. I-64 traffic noise where we were in the deluxe cabin. Grounds need some work around cabin. Lots of weeds some pretty high next to cabin. Cabin had some issues and probably needs updated. Recliner chairs were hard to put down. Sinking floor in bathroom and raised hump on floor in bunk room. Hard to open sliding doors too. Overall it worked and we had a great time.

It was good. I really liked the place and people. Only downfall was not being aloud to fish or swim after 11 on check out day. I've stayed at many koa, Panama city being the most frequent one, and they always let the kids swim for a couple hours after and that would always help settle them down for the trip. So not sure I would stay with the little ones again unless I was staying longer, maybe!

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
