Site we were in was not very Level and extremely small. But…..I liked this campground and the staff. Everything worked as it should � The Breakfast was excellent � We will be back ��

We loved this campground until it rained. With two large dogs the mud at our site after it rained was a big downfall for us. We loved everything else about this campground. The staff were fabuous, breakfast and pizza available is a fantastic plus. There just needs to be some gravel or more ground cover put down in the spots with exposed dirt.

This is a nice KOA that is close to Wind Cave. Bathrooms were clean. Really nice staff. Pool was also clean and well maintained. Our site was a little tight, and there were a lot of bees buzzing around our van. Relatively quiet and lots of shade. Would stay here again.

Our spot had electrical surges and our surge protector shut everything down. Switched sites and still had problems. Sleepless night, hot with no fan or AC. Asked owner for refund, refused and said unless he is certain the problem was on his end, said he would check the electric and call me back. Did not get a call back. Terrible way to treat a KOA member!

The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Gave us a number of recommendations to do around the area and all were a must see and Topnotch!! Would definitely recommended AND visit again!!

I highly recommend staying at this very unique KOA, hosted by extremely welcoming hosts�ϋ�The grounds are beautiful & the views of the mountains with a full moon, coming up thru the trees was breathtaking.The site was very clean, as were the showers, bathrooms and laundry area. We loved all the amenities including the pool, game room, mini golf course, etc. Loved our stay there.

Look the other way seems to be the philosophy. We rented a back in site (10) only to find out a few hours later that our neighbors next door had TWO Campers and TWO tents on one site. For a total of 8+ people. Of course they then needed to use our electrical box to charge their phones, etc. KOA staff drove by no less than 6X in the golf cart and no one said a thing. We likely won't return.

This is a very nice shaded campground with easy access to the Black Hills and Badlands. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first stay at a Koa campground where you could order breakfast and they will cook it for you, as well as a propane campfire ring they will turn on upon request. The bathrooms were also very clean.

This is one of our "most favorite" KOA's, it's always on our short list & makes it an easy choice for where to stop as we're driving through. It has now repeatedly turned into this being at least 2-3 days of break time off the road. The nicest staff, a yummy breakfast make this a perfect starting point for a relaxing day at the KOA or as a starting point for a day of adventure in the Black Hills. Clean cabins and amenities, a good variety of rv sites as well as tent sites make this an easy choice.

We stayed at Hot Springs / Black Hills SD KOA 12-16 July, in our 5th wheel. It was 100+ degrees every day yet the power to the RV sites remained on at this pretty full campground. Almost everyone had their A/C units on full blast. Sites are pretty level for mostly gravel roads and sites some sites we well shaded, Pool was being used by many. We made our reservation a week prior so we could receive forwarded mail that arrived and was handed to us directly. Being full timers for over 8 years we stop at a lot of campgrounds and quite a few KOA's at that, This staff was Amazing and really enjoyed what they were doing and it showed. Kudos to Carol and Scott, Yvonne and Lauren & Zeze and last but not least, Jheri who was making wonderful made to order breakfast platers when we departed. Thanks for going out of your way, every day, we relly enjoyed our stay.

Great store with a little bit everything in it. The workers where phenomenal and helped in any way possible and offered fantastic places to visit during the holiday. Laundry facility was perfect. Lots of activities for the family. Pool and pool area was clean!! Would definitely stay here again!!
