Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed ourselves. The staff are friendly and helpful. They had a cookout and offered a cooked breakfast, we will be back!

Stayed for 9 days and we enjoyed every minute. The people I. The office were friendly and very helpful- great crew! I stay in Hot Springs whenever I visit the black hills (this was my fifth trip) this time I brought my brother and sister in-law. It was their first trip there and they fell in love with the area just as I have . Thank you for a wonderful time .

The staff was very friendly! This was my first stay at any KOA so they walked me through it and made sure I was comfortable! Hot pizza and a hot breakfast! Huge thanks!!

All gravel roads and sites. Staff & owner friendly. New Owners fixing issues at this Kampground. WiFi intermittent. They blamed it on offsite internet provider working on trunk. BUT that wouldn't make the WIFI weak. That would mean although connected to the WIFI there would be on internet availability.

We were first time RVers and didn’t know what to expect and were VERY pleasantly pleased with the park, bathrooms, staff and well everything! The park was very clean. All the staff was very welcoming, full of information for us and wanted to make sure we had a good experience and told us alot about Hot Springs that we decided to stay an extra day. Kudos to you all!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They delivered firewood to our site. They made Memorial Day weekend fun with all their planned activities for adults and children. They had live entertainment - wonderful music! We will definitely stay here again and will mention to our friends what a great KOA at Hot Springs SD there is! Thank you!

Staff was AMAZING. However, the location is too close to the highway to want to come back. Sites were quite small. The fire pits were terrible. We were hoping for a slightly larger pit with a flop-over grill, instead there was what appeared to be an old tractor rim for a fire pit with no ventilation to help wood burn and mitigate smoke.

Very nice management at check in! Loved our space plenty of room for our 45ft big rig and full size truck. Nice trees and setting. Close to Hot Springs town and Wind Cave Park

One of our favorite stop during our trip to Michigan from Colorado and return in the fall. Great check in experience to roomy sites with trees, and plenty of areas to walk/run our labs was a bonus! To top it off the restrooms were very clean and store was well stocked. Looking forward to our return trip to stay again.

Great customer services. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Showers were okay but the shower head was too short and was directed into the dry area and could not be adjusted. Rv site had some clay areas that require more gravel.

Well maintained grounds. Bathrooms were clean! Spots are spaced a lot better than most "sardine" campgrounds.

This is one of our "most favorite" KOA's, it's always on our short list & makes it an easy choice for where to stop as we're driving through. It has now repeatedly turned into this being at least 2-3 days of break time off the road. The nicest staff, a yummy breakfast make this a perfect starting point for a relaxing day at the KOA or as a starting point for a day of adventure in the Black Hills. Clean cabins and amenities, a good variety of rv sites as well as tent sites make this an easy choice.

We stayed at Hot Springs / Black Hills SD KOA 12-16 July, in our 5th wheel. It was 100+ degrees every day yet the power to the RV sites remained on at this pretty full campground. Almost everyone had their A/C units on full blast. Sites are pretty level for mostly gravel roads and sites some sites we well shaded, Pool was being used by many. We made our reservation a week prior so we could receive forwarded mail that arrived and was handed to us directly. Being full timers for over 8 years we stop at a lot of campgrounds and quite a few KOA's at that, This staff was Amazing and really enjoyed what they were doing and it showed. Kudos to Carol and Scott, Yvonne and Lauren & Zeze and last but not least, Jheri who was making wonderful made to order breakfast platers when we departed. Thanks for going out of your way, every day, we relly enjoyed our stay.

Great store with a little bit everything in it. The workers where phenomenal and helped in any way possible and offered fantastic places to visit during the holiday. Laundry facility was perfect. Lots of activities for the family. Pool and pool area was clean!! Would definitely stay here again!!
