Spacious and level tent site with water and electric, however, no bathrooms near tent area. The only bathroom was a long ways away near the front entrance where the RVs were located. Very inconvenient.

Bathrooms not supplied with soap nor paper towels Vacationers RV site mixed in with unkept live there RV Unsupervised small children in roadways with large trucks and rigs going down hill. All street lights in tent area not working. Man with loaded double chest holder wandered around park. Employees unaware.

The camping sites were very nice and we were excited to camp in an empty tent campground. We set up and started a fire then, out of an entire empty campground, the attendants put a newly arrived group of four people at the very next tent site. There were plenty of spaces where we could have had some privacy but we were left listening to every word they said and they us. It was absurd and comical.

Awesome tent camping site, great shower facility and super helpful front desk. I’ve stayed at probably 10 other Koa tent camping sites, but this was the best one so far.

Great stay! Camp hosts are great and enjoyed having trash pickup right at our tent spot.

It was a beautiful, clean park and the host and workers all were very nice people. I would recommend anyone to stay at KOA

Our stay was only one night, but we enjoyed it. Ms. Melissa helped get is situated, she was very friendly and explained everything to us. The camp sites are nice, very clean, as were the bathrooms.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! We could not recommend it more to other people. Melissa at the check-in desk was awesome and helped us with everything we needed and Jesse the campground manager completely excelled in making sure we were have a good time and had everything we needed. After some severe weather came in they were more than accommodating for our safety! Loved our stay at the KOA!!

Great staff. I needed a place to stay short notice overnight while traveling to the area. The staff was very accommodating for after hours check-in as well as early departure.

Pool was still open first weekend of October Sites clean Electric posts new and unbroken The camper outdoor kitchen behind laundry could use a grill cleaning but industrial sink and sprayer nice to wash camp dishes. campground was clean and quite, only stayed one night and was traveling on motorcycle, arrived after hours and office was closed but they left campground map for me to find my spot, bathrooms were clean, I left in the morning before office opened. campground felt safe and friendly, would stay again.

We loved the tree line behind our campsite. The trash pick up from our site daily was very helpful. They had plenty of showers which were very clean. We never had to wait in line for one to become available. The pool was very refreshing and clean as well. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a phenomenal time !! Facilities were superbly clean and all staff friendly. A shoutout to the manager Jesse, as he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our stay excellent. Will be back soon.

The campground was very nice. We stay in a lot of KOA's and Hot Springs KOA met our expectations. We were arriving late, after the store closed, so we called ahead and pre-purchased firewood asking for the wood to be placed in our site before our arrival. I'm thrilled to say the wood was in our campsite! It was a quick visit as we're traveling across the country but KOA never disappoints!

Restrooms were very good. Tent campsite was nice but it was far away from the restooms. WIFI did not reach our tent campsite. Even close to the office, the WIFI was not great. I was told that the WIFI was outdated and didn't work well.

We stayed 2 nights and really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. This campsite is well manicured and all their sights looked great. Great park.
