It was very comfortable in KK4. Luxurious even, considering the previous two nights were spent in a tent. It's a short walk to extremely hot showers, and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Not our first time, and won't be out last.

Great location and park. Staff was helpful in evaluating local activities and interests. Only suggestion is to enter the park from the North not the south. The short detour is worth the ease of entry into the very steep turn off the access road that will greatly reduce your chance of a hitch strike. Looking forward to returning again this winter and next spring!

Stayed for 2 days from out of state. It was a tightly packed crowded campground. No good spaces to walk our dog. Our 'deluxe' cabin was anything but. It was super outdated, not user-friendly (no hooks in cabin, especially in bathroom...no place to set your clothes or essentials when showering. Needs deep clean. Dust everywhere. Fridge broke, set to freezing, no way to adjust. Had to toss our food

Staff was amazing. Park was clean. Roads are very narrow and complicated to navigate. Site was level despite a very hilly campground … well done! Shuttle to downtown is a nice touch! Not sure what can be done about the layout … that’s the only reason for my non-5-star rating.

Campground is very nice , well kept but sites are too small. Couldn’t use awning or use fire pit…. Afraid we would burn our neighbors rig ���Ϝ

Hot Springs Koa Arkansas is a lovely facility! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service down to Central Avenue was convenient. The family activities were great! Our Mini Lodge was very nice and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the park, the lounge and fishing pond. We would definitely go back!

We spent one night in a cabin here. It was a great choice! The campground was decorated for the season in festive welcome fashion. The staff were friendly and very prepared to help us navigate our first visit to the area. The store had a variety of goods in stock. The cabin itself was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great overnight stop! Clean bathrooms, level sites, and excellent pre-arrival communication that made planning easy. Loved that a shuttle to downtown was available, though I didn’t use it. Two minor suggestions: avoid non-emergency texts before 9 a.m. (I received an extended-stay offer at 7:55 a.m.) and add a small shelf or stool in the showers for personal items.

I was put in a small tv site it worked. Grounds were clean and neat. No extras. So if you are looking for something to do a KOA not going to find it here.

Thank you for a great stay. Campground was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathrooms were clean, and store had everything you might have forgotten. Staff was lovely.

We tent camped for 1 night at the Hot Springs KOA while traveling through the area. The campground staff was very kind and friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the park was tidy. Worked well for us for a one night camping spot.

We followed the instructions on the welcome email for entering the park. We're 40' plus towing a jeep and we could have made the right hand turn into the park - but we chose to go up and make the u-turn making a left into the park. Little bit easier. However once in the park, hills, hills, hills. We pulled out of the park and went down the road to hook up when we left. Spots are very close toge

Very peaceful and beautiful. Everyone was pleasant and kind. Everything was clean and maintained. If we come back to Hot Springs we would definitely stay again.

Very nice visit. Very pretty park and surroundings. I like that there is a shuttle service offered to go to Bath House Row. I did find that the WIFI signal was a bit weak. We stayed at a site with a Dog Pen and it was very large area for both us and the dogs. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely campground. We were going to stay 1 night but extended our stay to check out the area. The couple who managed it were very friendly and informative. We used the shuttle service in to town and had a good time.

We had a great time. We have been to many KOAs across the country and this is one of the best. It has a lot of privacy and the trees and hills are very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

My only complaint was the roads to get to your spot were vere narrow & the corners were way too sharp for a big rv. The spot by the pond was very nice & relaxing. There were plenty of chairs around. The laundry room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. If we're in the area again we will definitely stay there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating however we did have issues with water pressure as well as low voltage with our electric numerous times. The roads are a bit tight for a big rig and even with the alternate directions provided we did still scrape a bit. Thankfully I watched another rig leaving and took notes on what not to do. Think it’s just issues of an older park.

Had a really nice stay. We thought the cabin would be a little small, but it ended up being bigger than the diagram implied. We were able to comfortably sleep 4 people and a dog in a small kamper cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the ac was quite loud. The dog park was spacious and clean. Our dog had a great time running around. Love the stick library!

We had a nice level gravel spot with dog fence area . Staff was very friendly and helpful the only little thing is the driveway off main road is a little steep and a big rig will scrape but they do send you an email and tell you how to come in from the opposite way and that helps keep your rig from dragging.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space. Room between RVs. And the staff is more than friendly. They will do what ever they can to meet your ever needs and wishes for a wonderful stay. If you need a great camp spot here it is. Don’t miss out.

The folks in the office were super nice. The sites were a little narrow and not as level as we would have liked. We were in a Class A motorhome. The grounds were clean.

The cabin that we stayed in was very welcoming and extremely clean. It was pet friendly very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us as well.
