Such a cute campground nestled on a hill. Staff was really friendly. Nice dog park for our beasts that needed some off the leash play time. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Highly recommend!!

We had a great family vacation thank you all for making it so special the park was great very clean bathrooms and showers with great hot water that's always a plus we loved it and can't wait for our next stay

The new camp host Mike and the rest of his crew treated us great it was a great experience for our second family reunion at the Hot Springs KOA. We had 34 family members for our family reunion and everyone had a great time with a mixture of cabins and campsites.

Very new to trailer camping and had a few issues ourselves with our trailer. The Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The grounds were nice and well kept. It was a wonderful stay.

Location and restrooms were good and good shape for restrooms. The cabin we stayed in was the worst in shape compared to all other KOAs. The cabin flooring were all falling a part, blinds are all damage and broken, ac couldn't really keep up, and the exterior needs some rehab . Second time staying at this location, no real improvements since last stay, a few years ago.

Back to the old quality of the previous owner family. Nice check in, great check-in host, guide to our spot. Grounds clean, all greenery well maintained; Glad to come back here !

Staff is good. Bathrooms were not so clean. Camp sites are small and can be difficult to get to. Store is spartan. They do offer $5 shuttle rides down town which is pretty cool. Very hilly. Bathrooms are unusually far away from the campsites. The last day I was there, staff accidentally double booked my spot. There was a lot of confusion and the other camper got grumpy. It did get resolved.

Cramped crowded camp sites. Very little area to walk dog. Many grassy areas have grass/weeds knee high. Staf was, however, friendly. Dangerous entry and exit. Many rigs scrape pulling in and out.

Just stayed one night. Took their shuttle into Hot Springs to walk the National Park. Nice to not have to worry about parking and directions. Did laundry in the evening. Lean and working well. Out pull through campsite had nice views. Top marks for their WiFi.

The road to get in is very steep and we scraped the front of our rv. Judging by the grooves in the street we are not the only ones. This is a nice park but spaces are a little tight.

Very nice park. Great facilities with many private restrooms with shower. Private and secluded in the trees, yet close to downtown. Shuttle service is convenient with drop-off at bathouse row. Very friendly staff. We were assigned spot C4. There are 2 large trees on this spot that make it very difficult to back in. It was too small for a 42' 5th wheel.

Overall nice KOA. Roads are a bit tight but we navigated them. If get paw pen go for the deluxe if you want to sit with your pet. The regular one is just a fenced area with artificial turf. For us it didn’t really work well. Nice dog park.

Stayed here 4 nights for family vacation with wife and kids. Place was really nice, spacious camp sites . All facilities were clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. All staff had a positive attitude and seemed they liked being there. The stay and amenities themselves are a 5/5. Only issue we has is we were getting ate up with red bugs (chiggers) took kids to the park and after that we got eaten alive for the remainder of the stay that we were outside. I believe it was just the time of year and getting fully into summer that triggered it. Gets like that at my house in louisiana every year until I end up spraying it. No fault to the KOA but it was rough the last 2 days fighting the red bugs . All in all I will be staying again.

Our rent/ Van set up is awesome. We're making great progress during this first leg of the trip. This KOA is beautiful. Pet friendly, people friendly, just love the vibe! I'm a hippie and I'm embracing the boho!!
