We were late arriving in Hot Springs and a lot of campgrounds were booked. I found KOA on the map and we dropped by. The office was already closed, but they leave a list of available campsites on the wooden board by the office. All we had to do was pick a spot, erase it from the board and pay in an envelope. We opted for cash, but you could also use a card. The showers/bath house were very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable and people wt so many dogs was annoying. There was 2 different cabins near us that had 5 dogs each. There was also some kind of little small black bugs in the cabin the staff Personal at KA they were great very friendly helpful.

Had a relaxing day at the pool one day and was able to do a day at Magic Springs. Cabin was nice and cozy.

This is the best campground I've stayed at by far. Everything was super clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful!

To start with. Nothing they could do about the weather. Internet for deluxe cabin tv didn't work 3 out of 5 days. We wanted the TV for something to so when it rained. You can only play so much cards. Wish the pool would be open earlier or later due to not being able to use it when it storms. Toilet in cabin was small and cramped. But the toilets in main building were spacious and clean.

Employees were very accommodating and friendly. Camp store was well stocked with useful items! Our site was right by the pond! Nice and flat site. Campground was very near downtown! The laundry could be updated. The only negative thing was that the ladies bath house nearest the pond was quite messy every day! The one nearest the pool was good! We would stay there again.

THE STAFF IN THIS FACILITY ARE AMAZING. I SAW ONE OF THE LADIES WHEN WALKING MY DOG, AND SHE CALLED ME BY NAME AND ASKED HOW MY STAY WAS. THEIR PARK WAS FULL, SO THIS IMPRESSED ME!!! THE PARK IS VERY CLEAN, THE STORE HAD THE ITEMS WE NEEDED!! WE LOVED IT TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The roads are very narrow and the sites are not very long. We had to lower the tailgate of our truck so we could back up part way under the 5th wheel overhang so we could get off the road. Very tight turns if you have a longer rig.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Everything was so clean! Our cabin was absolutely amazing, it was everything we needed. The pool was great, hiking trails were nice, the playground area was very cute. I had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Always a pleasure to stay at Hot Springs KOA - this was our third visit since May! Clean park, fun activities, exceptionally friendly staff, great location and affordable pet friendly cabins!

I liked the stay, the roads in my section of the campground made my back-in a little difficult. Other KOA's that I have stayed in proceeded me to my site and helped me back in. I think if a staff person familiar with the campground had helped me back in it would have been easier. In the end I asked someone to move their car so I would have more room to maneuver and they helped me back in.

This was the first KOA we have stayed at that did not have a staff member guide us to our spot. The roads in the park are hilly and curvy and difficult to navigate in a large RV. The lower laundry room was dirty & the area around our campsite could have used some weed eating also. Staff was friendly and we appreciated the shuttle service to downtown.

Nice scenery. Very friendly employees! Narrow roads in campground. The campsites are crowded right next to each other. It’s hard to get an RV around the campground.

We upgraded to a Kamping Kabin due to the heat. The staff was so helpful with the process and welcoming. The cabin was nice and cool and clean. The entire KOA was clean, safe, and shaded.

Deluxe cabin was cute, but a little small for a family of four. There are lots of activities although we didn't get to enjoy them because of moving on to our next destination. KOA is a short ride to downtown Hot Springs.

Our stay was PERFECT! Such a quiet, relaxing campground. Everything was so clean, easy access, and everything you need was right there on site. Beautiful pool, store, laundry facilities, dog walk…just so much! Thank you!

Quiet even with a lot going on. The pool was so welcome to cool off. Close to bathhouse row and all the hiking trails.

We had a fantastic time at the Hot Springs KOA! The staff was freindly, helpful, and took pride in their work. We drove from Wisconsin and stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins. The team made us feel right at home with fresh linens, clean beds, and freindly smiles. The shuttle service was such a nice amenitiy to have, and saved us a major headache! I would highly reccomend this KOA!

Spacious and level tent site with water and electric, however, no bathrooms near tent area. The only bathroom was a long ways away near the front entrance where the RVs were located. Very inconvenient.

Enjoyed the visit! I was greeted and welcomed with a smile by the Manager. The check in after hours process was very convenient. They have a stand with envelopes that include your key and room number and information about the campground. It was very convenient and so close to the water and theme park Magic Springs that we visited. They even have individual showers that were so clean and private!

We had two cabins and an adjacent RV site. I'd leave a detailed summary, but there are not enough characters. Staff and layout are nice. Campground is definitely dated with many areas in need of maintenance. Website says, "KOA Holidays Feature: RV Sites with a KOA Patio®" - we had one non-attached fire ring at our RV site. The cabins DID have nice patio areas. Pond was not attractive.

Nice clean park, on par with KOA Holiday standards. Friendly staff, nice office and store, pool, clean facilities. Sites are a little tight and narrow, but being hilly, the sites are terraced so you are not right on top of your neighbor.

Great campground overall! The pool was nice and the grounds were well maintained. The only downside is that the campsites are very rocky and not level. Unfortunately, my daughter landed on a rock wrong and broke her ankle in three places. The bathhouse was clean but could use some updates. We'd still come back and enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday. The campground was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Hot Springs National Park. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable outdoor experience.

Everything was great except the breakfast. I would advise against that/ pancakes served that were burned on both sides
